I’ve enjoyed four wonderful days and nights at this wonderful hotel! The staff was so friendly and kind and made one feel so welcomed! The hotel is two minutes away from the train station. Good continental breakfast. I already miss the hotel, the staff and beautiful Inverness. Best regards/ Alexander

Stayed 2 nights

We arrived late in the evening nobody has a front desk we finally got the key and get up to the room and in the bathroom there’s a corner shower with no door on it. There was no bath mat in front of the shower. Next we opened the window there’s no screen and what looks like mold along the bottom of it frame for the window. Bird poop on the second window. Must have been 10 or more sea gulls making noise all night long. The next day we put a note on the desk cause when we left no one was in the front desk to ask for a bathmat and some extra toilet paper. When we got back the lady at the front desk tossed the bath mat at her to my friend to get the toilet paper off the table. She asked if front desk could call a taxi for us the next morning oh, we don’t do that. You have to do that yourself. Friend and I would never ever stay in a place like this because we were arriving at 9 o’clock at night. Didn’t have much choice to try to spend the night Some where else. I am a Gold member .
