The staff is outstanding, the facility is impeccably clean, and our room was incredibly comfortable and peaceful at night. Breakfast is wonderful, though it would be nice to have scrambled eggs available for those of us who prefer them without cheese. We didn't utilize the gym, but we certainly appreciated the lobby and additional seating. My only complaint was there is NO parking for a tall truck and we had to park 2 streets and 2 blocks away. For $365/nt there should be parking available for all passenger vehicles

Ice maker does not work on 15th floor. Rooms very clean. Lots of construction around the property. Hard to notice where entrance is. Not very well laid out instructions once you actually find the door. Parking is very pricey for valet.

Though this hotel is in an old building, the rooms look pretty much like any other Hampton. The bed was comfy. Water pressure was good. But after parking in the garage the hotel uses next door, I discovered the elevator was broken. I had to haul two suitcases down three flights of stairs. The parking garage is also incredibly dirty and there were homeless people sleeping inside. Additionally, I was told parking was $30. When I left, I was charged $45 for overnight at the gate. I think the hotel assumes everyone is going to valet. Bad assumption. Aside from the awful parking experience, the breakfast was excellent and included in the price.

Hotel was okay, parking was a the worst!!!! The staff was very friendly. The view from our room was terrible. The amenities were old and ran down. The pool table had rips in the felt. The line for the provided breakfast was terrible, food was okay.

Property was clean and felt safe. There were many people around at all times and key cards were required to operate elevators. Only around 8 blocks to stadiums. Street level noise was very noticeable late into the evening from our 10th floor rooms. Room was very spacious and a lot of windows . Parking is next door and very expensive but that's a big city thing anymore. Elevators in the parking garage were all out. Not a hotel issue just making aware.

Check-in/check out process was easy; staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the better ones I've had. Having a nice fitness center on the property was a bonus. My only complaint was on the parking- it was was extra and expensive. Location was close enough to the Reds stadium so we could walk.

Everything seemed clean, but not kept up. Stains of the carpets, discolored walls, scuffs and scraped floors. Nothing overtly dirty, just unkempt. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, but room felt clean. Staff was perfectly nice and helpful.

Carpet was unswept, there are pieces of old cereal between the beds. Clearly had crumbs and dirt from previous clients. Couchs has food on them and counters had water marks.

The room was not ready at check in so we had to wait with many others. We were on a timeframe (to get to the baseball game). So it was a bit frustrating. Bed was very comfortable. There was hair in the bathroom. Cool old building that’s been revamped. Overall decent stay. Park across the street in the garage, way cheaper!

This hotel was extremely clean. Rooms were spotless, and towels were plentiful. Staff were courteous and helpful. If you didn't use the valet parking service, parking garages were available. Security was on hand in parking areas. Very safe.

This hotel is conveniently located next to great places to eat and within a walkable block to other great places to eat, Fountain Square, Graters Ice cream, free concerts, etc. It also has a wonderful breakfast included. Because it is attached to another Hilton hotel - you get to chose if you want to get food on either breakfast side - or both - giving you a lot of options. The room was clean. We had two doubles and a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa mattress was flat as a pancake and the you could feel every spring as you laid down. That mattress was not really well kept. If you are looking for a view - forget it. There is an abandon building just outside the window and some attempted renovation or demolition. Not aesthetically pleasing but not an issue for us. There is a parking lot next door that charges by the hour if you don't want to pay $40 a day for valet. But, the garage elevators were not working and the first 2 floors are reserved for the valet I assume. Again, not an issue for us but could be an issue for another guest. a quick drive to the Zoo, aquarium, Kentucky, the Sign Museum, and Findlay Market.

Overall a good hotel to stay in. It was downtown close to just about everything - we walked to most things we did (other than the zoo), like to the Freedom Center, tours, restaurants, and the football game. Our room had no refrigerator or microwave, and only 1 trashcan in the bathroom. The HVAC was super-noisy, and the TV channels limited (and we couldn't cast to the screen from our phone or laptop). The chairs down in the breakfast area (and btw, the breakfast had plenty of options - well done!) had really worn out chairs that looked quite stained where you sat. Front desk was helpful and friendly, and printed our tickets for our return trip quite easily - which was a big help. Nice hotel, 4 out of 5 stars.

We booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was great. The second room had a problem with the A/C so the staff was nice enough to give us another room. The second room had problems with the smoke detector. Other than those few problems, it was a wonderful stay. The view from one of our rooms was perfect. The place was very clean and very nice staff. Beautiful historic building. Look forward to going next year.

The two queen plus sofa bed room was huge! Perfect for me and three teens. Unlike some other rooms, there was a microwave and fridge. Parking was across the street in a private garage for $32 a day. Walked to the baseball stadium.

Staff was awesome! They took care of the extra rags we needed. Air was messed up in our room but fixed within 20 mins of us calling the front desk. Food was typical hotel breakfast. Location was excellent so we walked everywhere. Parking is expensive but it is thay way at every hotel downtown.

Rough check in. We arrived at 5pm. People waiting to get into their rooms and check in was 4. MAnager didn't seem to be around. Computer system didn't show rooms available unless they upgraded, but manager didn't tell front desk staff. We waited 35 minutes and the line wrapped clear around and back to the elevators. Ridiculous!!! We were almost late for our dinner reservations. We used to love this hotel. Still clean and comfortable. But management needs to step it up.

The twin ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful. At first I thought the poor woman was working multiple shifts at one time haha. The gentlemen at breakfast were also very friendly and the area was clean.

This hotel was downtown in an older building joining with another hotel. Was in excellent condition and the suite was wonderful. Elevators fast, Room key required on elevator to take you to your floor. Love that extra layer of security. And was walkable to Paycor stadium. Will definitely stay here next time to Cincy.

We chose this hotel to be close to the ballpark and it was a 10-15 minute walk, which was great. Lots of things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel, so it was nice to just leave the car with the valet and forget about it. The staff was pleasant, the complimentary brunch was plentiful and hot. Our only hitch was at check in: got there at 4:00 (check in is at 3:00) and our room wasn’t ready. When we headed to the ballpark at 5:30, still didn’t have a room, so we left our bags behind the desk and completed checking in after the game. Guess they weren’t prepared for the big weekend.

Check in process was a breeze. Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom had some previous water damage but glad they did not think it was from us. Breakfast was less than par, with kielbasa like sausage instead of breakfast sausage and undercooked tots. Parking in the garage next door was surprisingly cheaper than estimated on the website, but you had to face going down stairs/elevator reaking of urine. This was a fine option for 1 night downtown.

Everything was great except there wasn't much of anything left to eat at breakfast (which was the reason I book this one over the others) and couldn't get a late checkout. The place was really clean and the the room was very comfortable. Valet service was excellent.

Great downtown location and really nice staff. The free breakfast was excellent and had great variety. What stood out most were two delightful and kind staff working at the breakfast station every morning with the best attitude, starting guests' days off on a bright note.
