Fabulous stay. The room was perfect for a suite with a living room area separated by a door from the bedroom. The common area for breakfast was wonderful, very modern and updated with lots of light. My kids loved the pool.

The property was clean and quiet beds were mostly comfortable. The TV in the bedroom did not work and there was no carpet in the room. The lady at the front desk was very polite and professional and the saltwater pool was definitely a plus I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Amazing suites. Walking distance to Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebees, and many more. The second day I placed the “Do not disturb” at the door, which they honored. The third day I didn’t but they never cleaned the room. I was a bit disappointed but not enough to complain. The pool was great but definitely needs a deep clean. Breakfast was amazing and included.

Stay was great! Very clean and spacious room. Loved the king bed, but wished the pillows did not deflate so fast. I believe hotel was under renovation during our stay, but this did not affect our stay at all. Breakfast was good and service was great. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area. Also Homewood Suites by Hilton will be a hotel I search for no matter the location of our next trip.

They are in the middle of updating the property. The room was already upgraded. New floors, full kitchen and new ceiling fan. The room was tight for a king, I could barely clear the dresser to get in bed, but it was a nice room. You could smell the new carpet in our floor (4th) and you could see other carpet and walls were in progress. Everything was pretty smooth except I couldn’t login to the system to get my digital key and the free breakfast was pretty standard minus there was no scrambled eggs. All in all it was a nice property and friendly staff.

Room was not very clean. There were crumbs on counters, dirt on floors, hair in shower, stains and human substances on pull out bed mattress and cover. Bathroom tile and baseboard tile extremely dirty and in disrepair. Key card system was down and we, along with majority of other guests, had to wait at front desk for an employee to accompany everyone to their rooms, each time we needed to get it. We arrived back at the hotel later in the evening and there was only one person working the front desk, and we would have to wait until she finished checking folks in or ringing them up, until she would be able to walk a group of people to multiple different floors to let us in. It made coming and going VERY difficult, uncomfortable, and time consuming. Also, I think it presented a safety issue as she just took your word that the room she let you in was yours. It was a bad experience overall and we would not return to this location again because of it. Since I went through third part site to buy, I was unable to obtain a digital key on phone to be able to access room. However, if I booked directly through Hilton, the room costs significantly more. The pool was also very cold and there was damage to drywall and ceiling in multiple hallways and common areas, thus making the property, which is seemingly newer, seem unkept.

Excellent pizza within walking distance. All areas clean and nice despite on going renovations. Breakfast was the best. Pool was nice. It was visibly being maintained.

My family and I stayed at this hotel and were stunned by the representation inside. The room was clean and spacious enough for myself and my two kids. The breakfast was always fresh and the staff were friendly and attentive to all our needs. Not to mention the cleanliness of the hotel! Would highly recommend and even considered taking a weekend vacay without the kids to relax and regroup.

The hotel was not as clean as previous rations would leave me to expect. Long black womens hair found in the rolling chair wheels and in our shower. Pretty good room but would have liked the place to have been cleaner. I would rate this as an average room at best. Not worthy of 9+ rating it has.

We have stayed in this hotel several times before and the quality seems to have declined. The furniture in our room was broken and the couch smelled. And though we stayed 2 nights, our room was never refreshed, nor were we asked if we needed anything. The breakfast quality also was better in the past. Overall, I would consider staying here again.

I thought this would be one of the better hotels. I’m originally from Cincinnati but have been coming back last 8 yrs on and off and what I remember West Chester was always considered one of the better neighborhoods. I travelled with my daughter so I picked a more expensive place that I knew to be good because I stayed at the mason location before. Well the first night I noticed an ant in the bathroom. I just killed it but didn’t think much because it was only one or so I thought. The next day I noticed my daughter crouched down looking at something on the floor and when I got up to see what she was looking at it was multiple ants all over the bathroom floor by the closet and sink! When I called down to report it, the front desk person just said “I will send housekeeping up.” I’m like what is that going to do and he was like well “they can exterminate if necessary.” Then I said with us and our stuff still in the room!? Then he going to say well do you want to go to another room? I mean you would have thought that would have been the first thing out his mouth! Then they had the most dirty Duvet and mattress pad on the bed. I was so disgusted I had been so tired traveling that the night we checked in I didn’t get a chance to really clean my room and change out the sheets as I normally do and I regretted it the next day! I wish I could upload my pictures and videos. The only reason I gave a 3 star for overall is because the new room they moved us to was cleaned to my liking

We stayed here for a wedding. The king suite was very spacious and clean. I loved the hardwood flooring. So hygienic. Great breakfast. Negative: right next to highway so you can hear noise of cars from room. It did not really bother us.

The ceilings are paper thin and could hear every footstep throughout the day , night and morning. Ask for the 5th floor or you will be up all night. I did report the noise at 11:45pm to the front desk but unfortunately the point was not taken. Not the best experience.

Overall a great stay. I stayed here for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day it was such a nice relaxing time for me and my family. I brought Christmas decorations and I was able to cook a whole Christmas dinner on the stovetop and a few electric cooking appliances I brought from home. The facility provided a pack and play for my toddler. We had a two queen suite with living room. My teenager slept on the pull out couch she said it was very comfortable. The living room tv is a smart tv. Only downside is the beds are firm so if that’s an issue be prepared.

The facility is very clean. Check-in was quick, they lady at the front desk is very nice and efficient, we arrived a little bit earlier than the check-in time but we were able to get a room right away. The breakfast buffet was decent. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The room we got was different than I made reservations. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds and sofa bed studio type room for 4 adults and 2 kids instead we got 1 king bed and sofa bed. And they didn’t have any other 2 beds room. We made work with this room for 2 nights because we were in thigh schedule and didn’t have time to look for other hotel. Hotel property was ok but we didn’t like layout of rooms because we had to walk all the way to one side of hotel to get on elevators and walk back other side of hotel to get to our room. And elevator were only one side of hotel.

Expedia did a horrible job on this but the staff at the hotel Were excellent. I would stay there again but I will not use Expedia ever again. I waited over an hour to get my room because of Expedia’s in ability to do their job correctly. The stafff at the hotel did everything they could to make our stay great. Expedia still owes me a refund that they have refused to return and charged my card 3 times for one night. Expedia sucks, hotel and staff are great!

The room itself was nice but I had reserved a room with two queen beds and the room she gave me was a king. She said that the queens had been booked out for a couple of months but that was never known to me when I booked a room for two queen beds. Also, for orange juice at breakfast had gone bad and tasted fermented.
