Clean as a whistle throughout the building. Staff was courteous, the 24 hour guest coffee and cocoa bar was an added bonus. We appreciated NOT having to pay for a breakfast, swimming pool, gym or other amenities to keep your price lower!! Grateful you accept small pets.

Hotel is clean, comfortable, up to date. It is close to dining options and highway. The refrigerator and kitchen area is super even though we didn’t use. The staff friendly and laundry room clean.

This was our second stay at My Place in Missoula, MT. We appreciate the facilities, the ease of access, and the parking. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. This stay we noticed a couple things that could use some attention. The pet poop bag stations were empty, so there was a LOT of doggie poop in areas where dogs could be walked. We had our own bags, but obviously not everyone did. Also there was a steady drip in our shower which needed attention. The parking lot lighting on the south side of the motel was not working. Thank you!

Really enjoyed having the kitchenette, larger fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Good wifi! Great TV channel choices HBO ! BREAKFAST in bed nice addition ( room service ). Friendly and respectful staff. Outside picnic & BBQ area very usable. Cracker Barrel next door convenient. Had some remodeling in lobby upgrade no interference with operations or noisey.

I would stay again. It was well located next to Crackle Barrel & close to the freeway but just far enough to not be overly noisy. The overnight staff person was great. The parking lot was well lit. The grass was dog friendly & there were almost no unscooped poops. There was a nice covered shelter for self BBQ (6 large BBQ to use). I didn't staff for breakfast but there isn't much space in the lobby. They have a program to bring it to you that you can use to order room service online.

Welcomed our pet. Convenient to travels. Staff friendly and efficient on check in and out. Room felt dirty. Seemed like old carpet. Hair on night stand and on one of the beds. Dog poop in the hallway that was never picked up.

Overall a great hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and really nice, though there were a few specific things that didn’t work great: almost all the lights on the bathroom mirror were burned out, the kitchen sink drained extremely slowly, and the blinds were very difficult to work. The area was nice, there was plenty of parking, and they have various areas for dogs to do their business with bags provided. The staff was very nice, I didn’t interact with them other than check in and check out. The biggest negative was that the side door by the stairs was open multiple times when I would exit and enter and it did not seem to lock properly, which could be a security issue.

Mostly everything seemed satisfactory. We found that the location of our room was to close to the stairs with the foot traffic coming down was a bit noisy. The only other issue was the refrigerator when it would cycle on during the night, it was kind of loud and takes some time to cycle off.

Great greeting by staff when we got there. Room was nice and clean. Full sized fridge, a cook top, coffee maker and full sized microwave. Hotel is RIGHT next to the loud freeway, but didn't notice once window was closed and fan running to sleep.

Our overall stay was okay, but the check-in process was very disappointing. When we arrived, there were two employees at the counter but only one was actually checking people in. No one greeted us when we walked in, no apologies for the wait, and guests were left standing in line with no acknowledgment as it kept growing. Even though we arrived 20 minutes after the official check-in time, we had to wait about 10 minutes just to get to the counter, only to be told our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for another 45 minutes. We noticed other guests being turned away as well because their rooms weren’t ready. Once we finally got into our room, the rest of the stay was fine, but first impressions matter, and the check-in experience really set the wrong tone.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel with such deplorable customer service. The staff was horrible. In the five days we stayed at the hotel, I was only able to find staff to help me on two occasions--when I checked in and when I checked out. My husband and I came and went at various hours during the day and night and we never saw anyone at the desk. We couldn't get clean towels and our room was not cleaned or restocked once during those five days. We used the same towels for five days and only by sheer luck didn't run out of toilet paper. Only one young girl on staff was helpful, everyone else sat outside smoking or disappeared. People who didn't work at the hotel hung out with the staff and confronted guests, housekeeping sat in the back office reading a magazine, boxes sat stacked in the lobby for days, and pallets sat in front of the entrance for hours, a definite safety hazard. The service was so bad, my husband and I cut our trip short by a day and left early. I will never stay at My Place in Missoula again.

We were woke up at 2 am to a hotel worker trying to enter our room good thing we had the safety lock, locked we we asked what they were doing they just replied oh sorry. In the morning I asked the front desk what the heck was going on they replied it was probably a night audit.... dont stay here if you want privacy

They charged me for a room that had already been paid for!! Ok, the staff here were extremely nice, but they seemed to be having some issues. I pre-paid for my room in full, but they took my card for incidentals( no big deal) and then proceeded to try to charge me again for my stay. I went down a few hours after checking out and addressed it. They corrected the problem quickly and the charge was removed. The next morning I checked out and after leaving town I noticed they’d charged me AGAIN!! I called them and addressed the problem. Again the girl behind the counter was very apologetic, and told me her manager wasn’t there yet, but they’d fix it. It’s been 24 hours and the charge is still there. Other than that, the hotel and rooms are clean. This is a basic hotel with no pool or spa. A good cheap place to stay if you just need to sleep. They obviously need to work out some kinks in their front desk though. Watch your bank statements!!

I have no big complaints, I have stayed at this location numerous times. The only thing different is that there is never anyone at the front desk upon checking in or when you come down there is always a sign saying they are helping other customers. I understand with the working shortages employees are doing double duty. Also I was just handed my keycard wasn't told what room I was in or where the elevator was located. Again i stayed here before so knew where elevator was but had i not i would have had to find it

Safe quiet area of Grant Creek. Cracker Barrel restaurant right next door and a Starbucks and another restaurant (pizza, salad, sandwiches) within walking distance too. Hotel was clean. Would stay again.
