Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Gallup

Our room was on the 4th floor, however the elevator was inoperable. It was difficult to climb the stairs for my husband. The hot tub was not working, which was a huge disappointment also. I will call ahead next time to ensure that everything is in working order. Not quite the stay we were expecting.

Clean & great customer service and will stay again soon

Staff was friendly upon check in and throughout the visit. Elevator was out during our stay so going up and down 3 flights of stairs wasn’t ideal lol parking was decent. The hotel is located next to a Maverick and is a local meeting spot in the evening to very early hours for cars, trucks, specialty rides that go up and down Route 66. Trust me if you want to sleep either take noise cancelling head phones or try another place. The hotel is amazing just the noise was too much.

Their jacuzzi is still out of order. It’s been down the last three times we’ve stayed there. Pool was a little dirty and the elevator wasn’t working so we had to haul luggage up three flights of stairs. Nice hotel just wish they’d take care of it.
