The room was good and comfortable. When we checked in, one of two elevators was not working. Went out for evening and came back to both elevators down. Being handicapped and having to walk 5 flights of stairs definitely put a damper on our stay here. When checking out the next day, they were still not working. The desk clerk didn’t seem to see it as a problem. 😡

My husband, granddaughter, her cousin and I checked in for one night to celebrate my granddaughter’s 11th birthday. It fell on their school’s spring break, so a weeknight for the girls to swim, enjoy the fitness room and eat dinner in the hotel’s “The Placery” was perfect. Our 1st floor room was spacious and with a noon checkout, we had plenty of time to pack and relax the next morning after the free, delicious breakfast. Will stay here again!

The stay was generally good and clean. However, beware of the unavoidable hidden "$10 parking charge" they\'ll hit you with at check-in. The only hotels in which I\'ve ever seen an "optional" parking added into the bill was in big metropolitan densely-packed cities like New York or Chicago, in which parking is scarce. This hotel is located in a sparsely-packed area of suburbia next to a large shopping outlet with more parking space than people. Do I feel like I got conned out of a measly $10? Yes. Was it a deal-breaker? No. But, it did leave a bad taste in my mouth, and I would certainly warn people about this shady practice.

We travel a lot. This hotel was clean, breakfast had a wide variety of food(buffet style), and was good. It is $10 a night for parking, and there is no onsite guest laundry. We did have to go down to the desk and request toilet paper as the room was out when we checked in. And there was no microwave in the room. It’s a nice hotel. And it’s clean. I wouldn’t personally stay again just because there’s no onsite laundry and that’s what my family needs. But if it was a short trip and didn’t need that facility, we would stay again.

I usually like staying at Hyatt Place but I won't return here. One elevator was out the day we arrived and the other was out the next day. I was just glad I only had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs and not 6. Not interested in staying in a hotel that neglects maintenance

Very much of an a la carte budget hotel. We spent 3 nights, our room was never cleaned, towels were not refreshed. Reception staff is friendly; but several of the back room staff were wraithlike. I did not appreciate having to pay $10 a night for parking. The wifi was good. At this hotel, one buses their own bags.The hotel sells $6/bottle water in the rooms instead of providing at least a bottle of purified or mineral water, per person, per day. The rooms require a bit better sound-proofing around the main doors.

Overall not the worst stay I have had, but definitely NOT the best. First walking into the room it was fine. But the shower had mold and there was trash behind the curtains in the windows. The husband I decided to go try their Placery bar and food located in their lobby. Turns out the service at the “restaurant” is also the lady who gives you your room key. She did not know how to make drinks and told us our food wouldn’t come out super fast due to only having her and one other employee working. I asked why they had a “restaurant” if they don’t have kitchen staff. No real answer was given. Moved past that and when we got our food it was served in take out containers haha. The burger was TERRIBLE! Like wow! Could not eat that. They really should NOT hype up their “restaurant and bar” when they don’t even have qualified people to cook their food or make drinks. Will be finding a different hotel for next time.

Overall the stay wasn’t bad, did not enjoy being placed in a room right next to he parking garage door as you can hear everyone coming and going. The room was mostly clean except you can tell the room had not been vacuumed in quite some time, I did find a blue morphine pill on the floor, near the bed, that could’ve been hazardous. It was quickly flushed down the toilet. There was leftover decoration tape on the walls The day was enjoyable, however housekeeping needs to do better

Had a terrible stay…the first room I was in had no working heat. I was promptly moved to another room but, I was put next to a group of teens and in the middle of the night a huge fight broke out all up and down the hall. Although this isn’t the fault of the property it was handled terribly. We (myself and other guest) were told that our night would be comped (due to the ruckus that lasted well over an hour with police being called…etc) at checkout, it wasn’t. The morning clerk acted as if she didn’t know anything went on the night before

Food not so great-Oatmeal was like water daily, bacon under cooked and wimpy. Banana's would be nice. Bagels could be changed up only plain all 5 days I was there. Muffins or something sweet would also be nice.

My check in was great, staff super friendly and very helpful! The pool area wasnt kept up especially for how many guest where there. Towels where not kept up at all. Breakfast potatoes were very salty n the french toast sticks hard as rocks. As well if you serve breakfast until 10am guess shouldn't be turned away before then.
