This motel was a great surprise for our last overnight of our holiday. It was clean, inside access with elevators. The beds were amazing and had the best sleep of our trip. It was so reasonably priced. Also a fridge and microwave and small table and chairs allowed us to make our own dinner and breakfast. The only drawback was there was no coffee machine. Toiletries were just bar soap but no big deal. Would highly recommend to all. Not sure why it doesn’t have a better rating.

Its a basic hotel, but the hotel and rooms were very clean. Very pet (dog) friendly. Lots of grassy areas for dog walking. Parking lot well lit, in an apparently safe area. Close to highway (though no highway noise) and lots of places to eat. (Miller's Ale House is dog friendly too!)

The elevator hadn’t been working. Staff didn’t tell me until after she gave me key. Telephone in room was dead. The exhaust fan in bath rattled sound bad. The rear entrance door to hotel was disabled. Key reader was removed. I was very disappointed with this Hotel.

I've never stayed at a Motel 6 before. I sold my house and was homeless for the Labor Day weekend. This was a great stress-free experience. The staff was amazingly helpful (Raj) and accommodating. I got a room with kitchenette and I have dogs...it was so convenient to walk the dogs around the property and back by the other hotels nearby. Walmart and Wegmans right across the street for groceries as well as many restaurants. I could see my car from the room and the parking was well-lit. It was super quiet, the bed was very comfy and the pillows excellent. Overall the best stay, great deal, coffee in lobby in AM, free parking and free dogs. A+++++

This was a good basic motel with no real bells or whistles. It was clean, somewhat modern, quiet and felt quite safe. Only issue was there was only 1 ice machine in building and could have used a small fridge in the rooms.

Clean room but the bed was a little harder than I expected. Had to ring the bell on counter several times before anyone came to check us in . Ice machine was broken in the lobby . Very quiet and good location .

Room was large, but very spartan. No spots for even small suitcases. No counter space in the bathroom Bathroom was large and had many assist bars. Mediocre TV - small screen and few channels. TV service was s-l-o-w. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. Ice machines were all inop. NO BREAKFAST even though I thought I saw they did offer it. Decent location. Not sure we would stay here again.

Avoid! Found bed bugs and mattress and sheets had blood stains. There’s no excuse for that. We got out of there as fast as we could. Thankfully the guy at the front desk was great and accepted to vouch for us with Expedia to issue a refund, which we got.

The bathroom has a tub with a shower head and a separate shower wand. There was no plug to take a bath. There was no way to divert the water to the tub. The shower head worked but the shower wand did not. There is no counter in the bathroom to put anything. The room was echoey and could hear every sound from the hallway.

The first room we got smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that we had to get another room. The second room had zero water pressure in the shower and the shower faucet continuously runs and won’t shut off. If you don’t close the shower curtain it soaks the bathroom floor from the water dripping if you can call it that. Also hairs in the shower, sinks, and bed.

Got there and tv sid not work after trying for 30 minutes. They changed my room and again the tv did not work and had to wait 25 more minutes and they got it working. Refrigerator was not cold, was told someone would come fix in morning but no one ever did. When mentioned it to desk employee when checking out was told it would be noted for my next stay. Water was not hot in shower. Loud banging at 1 in the morning. Was not happy at all, will not stay again.

Whoever designed it should have put more thought of what a traveler needs in rooms, a lot of wasted space. Did have a refrigerator but no microwave, should have put a loveseat to watch TV, and a TV that works properly. Also big bathrooms but nowhere to put your health related items.

Nothing I didn't like anything im very disappointed I came here a cpl times with my girlfriend and it was amazing. But this trip I have so much to say it was unbelievable. Horrible , horrible!! Called the front desk 5x and no one picked up, leave my room to go to the front desk and theirs absolutely no employees for about 20 mins ONLY because their cellphone went off. So you can pick up your cellphone but not do your job and pick up the hotel phone ?? I will never be picking this hotel again. Needs a big change fast!

When we walked in the people checking in before us said to the front desk worker “Are you going to tell them the same thing?” And there was an argument between those customers and the front desk worker, the front desk worker rudely told them to move over so he could check us in and to wait for the manager. The customers were having a private conversation and mentioned how rude he was being. The front desk worker stopped what he was doing with my check in and told them he was going to stop them because they were not going to say that he was rude. My boyfriend then stepped in and told him that he was being rude because they were having a private conversation and he needed to worry about getting us checked in. He was then very short with us during the check in. They also charged a $50 deposit which will take 10 days to get back but they charged my credit card for the room at check in and not check out along with the $50 deposit. If I was charged for the room at check in why is it going to take 10 days to get my deposit back?

When I went to check-in, the guy at the front desk had a bad attitude. I questioned him as to why my reservation quoted me one price and he was giving me another price. He even asked to show him the reservation, but when I did, his only response was to call Expedia Customer Service. He showed little to no interest in helping resolve the situation. And when finally got into the room, there was water all over the floor because the A/C unit in the room was leaking. Had to go and get towels to clean it and just felt like I was a bother to the front desk employee instead of him being there to assist me as the guest. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. Definitely unwilling to return.

We just needed a clean afordable place to stay close to the highway on our drive north. This hotel was perfect for that. We did not need to enjoy the amenities or anything else just needed beds for family of 5. Two rooms with full beds were more affordable than any other we could find.

Traveled to visit a sick family member. My sister and I shared a double room with kitchen. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, however some of the bed linens had cigarette burns in them, but they were clean. Location was great, easy on and off interstate. Plenty of restaurants and places to shop close by. Staff was friendly. Motel was safe and security monitored parking lot at night. I would stay here again.

The room had a strange smell upon entering, but everything was clean. The front desk staff was nice! The rooms are very basic with minimal storage space but worth the money. There is also no breakfast. Don’t let the negative reviews steer you away! Cards are shut off 8am day of check out even though it’s 11am

I booked a room ahead of time during my drive up the East Coast to visit family. The room was perfect for a solo stopover and very practical. Great pub and grub establishment in the shopping center across the street. Very pleased with the room and location for the price.
