Really nice little hotel. Room was excellent and very comfortable. Loved the little patio/balcony out back. Great location and only a few mins from the middle of West Chester. Definitely will stay again.

We visited Longwood Gardens during the day and evening and needed a place to sleep, since we lived a few hours and didn’t want to drive at night. This was a perfect place to stay for me and my friend. Check in and check out were very easy and there was ample parking. My friend had a room in the back of the building and says it was very peaceful, although my room was located in the front of the building, and the traffic noise was quite loud, unfortunately. All in all, I would recommend. The price is very reasonable and I would stay there again.

This was a nice place to stay. Very easy check in no one to talk with all done with email and text. Which is great when you really do t like talking to people. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is all though it looked clean on the surface it really wasn’t the vent in the bathroom was dusty same as the Ac vents. The curtains haven’t been cleaned in a while too. I would definitely stay here again I just hope they read this a do some deeper cleaning in their rooms.

This has got to be the cleanest property I’ve stayed in. I half heartedly believe some reviews that rate cleanliness high but this one did not disappoint. We only stayed one night but I would highly recommend this hotel. We were aware of the self check in with codes and it was not that difficult. There was an attendant available who gave us a little guidance but was very easy to use after that. Parking lot and grounds were immaculate and hotel was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

It felt like a safe area. Hotel was clean and nice. I didnt know it was a nearly full size fridge, had a stove, microwave, coffee maker, cups, plates, bowls, silverwear, cooking utilcels, pots and pans and more. Lots of towels. Extra blanket. The portch was cute and quiet with lots of birds chirping. Hallway had a coin machine washer/dryer and basket to borrow. No contact. I used a code to get in and no check out so you never have to talk to anyone. The ONLY negative was that the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything. Vacuum cleaner, people coming and going, but leaving the bathroom fan switch on coveredit all.

Love the self check-in feature. Balcony out back was a nice touch for relaxing. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Good amount of towels. Plenty of parking. Price was good. Good location. Plenty of food within a few minutes of driving. Now the ugly…. Had to carry the luggage up stairs. Not a huge problem, but is if you aren’t able to lift it… noticed a strong smell of coffee when we arrived. Discovered later the coffee pot still had coffee in it…. Upon making coffee the next day, found all the creamers were expired and chunky…. Walls are paper thin. Heard the people next door raising cane most of the night. Also was able to hear whole conversations, even a whole conversation when someone knocked on their door and told them they were being to loud. Which resulted in them just slamming doors and draws all night. Then smacking the wall when we got up at 8am and started our day. Will stay again. Just hope for a better experience.

Room was amazing. Had all utensils / cookware with large refrigerator. Make sure to request rear rooms as all have sliding glass door that opens to a deck on either floor (2 floors) which overlooks a fairly large tree lined yard which is groomed nicely. It is quiet and serene even though in close proximity to roadway. Decks are equipped with table and 2 chairs. Would have enjoyed staying longer had travels not intervened.

I didn’t think it was a big deal to not have a front desk until the morning after checking in. I notified the staff via phone that my door was not automatically locking and I needed to leave for an event. She reconnected me to a technician who seemed unable to understand my predicament and stated that the door should just lock, as if I was not aware. He then nonchalantly stated “I guess I’ll lock it remotely. You can leave.” Realizing there was no way for me to ensure that the problem would be resolved immediately, I re-packed all my belongings to take with me since the door would swing open if unlocked. Lo and behold, I return from a long day at 11pm and my door is still open and unlocked. The lack of urgency and care for security of guests is unfortunate.

The fact that there was no elevator made carrying luggage up and down stairs ridiculous. The fact that there was no front desk added problems getting into the front door impossible. For a 2 night stay, I was locked out multiple times (and sometimes past dark, unsafe)

I was a bit hesitant when I discovered the hotel does not have a front desk. But all my inhibitions disappeared when I found out how efficient the staff is. I was given a room in which the heating and cooling system was malfunctioning. I called the agency that monitors the hotel and they ended up switching my room all by way of phone. It was amazing. When they say they are there to help you 24/7, they mean it. Additionally, breakfast is a real delight. They offer a lovely array of things and it shows they care about their customers. Brinton Suites is a lovely place.

I booked the room the night before I left. I did not know I needed an access code and the room number. When I arrived on site I did not have a phone so I couldn't call home to see if there was a message in my email on my home computer (there was). By luck another guest let me in and I found the lone staff in the hotel who found out what room number I was assigned and the access code. Otherwise i would have left and booked into a hotel with a receptionist. I stayed at the same hotel last year but it was staffed. If someone had said to check my email for the room and codes when I booked there wouldn't have been a problem. My cell phone does not have internet and all I use it for is as a phone. The staff person was very helpful I found her. I will book with a different hotel next year when I come to the area for an annual event.

Viable low cost alternative. It’s a fully automated facility, no front desk, key in to enter and to your room. They don’t do a very good job of communicating that. I’ve stayed at similar places in the past, and received texts telling me to look for the code. The communication from this facility was not that good. Viable low cost alternative. It’s a fully automated facility, no front desk, key in to enter and to your room. They don’t do a very good job of communicating that. I’ve stayed at similar places in the past, and received texts telling me to look for the code. The communication from this facility was not that good. I have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The kitchens are great to be able to warm things up and have a countertop to make your drinks at. Lots of things in the area to do. The hotel is super convenient. The access is really great hands-free. The staff phone is very quick to respond and accommodating.

The property is off a main road but has a feeling that it's in the middle of no where. It's not, but driving is recommended since the road to shopping and restaurants is extremely busy and not pedestrian friendly. Adam responded quickly to my phone call regarding a few questions. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with his excellent customer service. He sincerely cares about his guests. I am beyond grateful. The photos of patios and balconies look like they're of another property? Or the property was changed. I don't know? Perhaps another section of the hotel does have rooms with balconies and patios. Mine doesn't and I haven't seen any that do. Towels are clean and thick. Bed linens are quite nice. Mattress is very comfy. Pillows are decent but I have my own. Fridge is a nice amenity. It's a "mini" but larger than what you find at most hotels. There are basic kitchenwares stocked for light cooking. There's a Trader Joe's and other markets within a 10 minute drive. The location is quite good. A convenient laundry facility is on the first floor. Maybe on every floor? The one on my floor is clean and the machines look to be in great shape. We visited Longwood Gardens during the day and evening and needed a place to sleep, since we lived a few hours and didn’t want to drive at night. This was a perfect place to stay for me and my friend. Check in and check out were very easy and there was ample parking. My friend had a room in the back of the building and says it was very peaceful, although my room was located in the front of the building, and the traffic noise was quite loud, unfortunately. All in all, I would recommend. The price is very reasonable and I would stay there again.

Good value for the money, and nice and clean. Mix-up on our room assignment on arrival, modified text gave us a room already occupied, so we used the original room assigned. Difficult to access from northbound 202, u-turn required. Liked the fridge and microwave in small but adequate room. No room for a sitting chair which would have been nice. A second night table would also have been nice, and appeared to be enough room with the queen bed shifted slightly. Contactless check-in was unusual, with no one on site to contact if an issue developed. Fortunately, we happened to see the housekeeper and learned her room #, which helped.

All communication was very responsive, but totally remote. The experience was kind of like Air B&B meet hotel - no front desk, no on site personnel, no gardens, no ice skating. However, it was close to Longwood Gardens. The room was clean, convenient, and well appointed. The price was AMAZING. The continental breakfast was adequate. I would book again for the location and price.

Ok hotel with spacious room. The breakfast isn’t any good. We arrived 40 minutes before it closed. Most was empty.. there wasn’t even coffee left…and the woman who worked there obviously wasn’t going to do anything about it. Checking in was difficult. There is no reception and we where supposed to receive a mail or textmessage with instructions, which we didn’t. Apparently they could not send a message to an European phonenumber….We where able to get in contact over the phone, and it worked out. They where very helpful

The room was comfortable and the balcony where we could eat breakfast each morning was very nice. The first room we were put in and poor lighting, but we were changed right away. Breakfast could use substantial improvements, and the first day was lacking and almost everything… Coffee, Eggs, cups, etc. We called and this was resolved. Unfortunately, when you don’t have someone in the hotel all the time, this means waiting for service. The location is good if you want to visit sites in Northern Delaware.

This is the second time we encountered a broken coffee maker, now in Room 100. The drain stopper in the shower was also broken. Beyond that the room was great and the supplies were adequate. We had some trouble getting the door open but went to the code and that worked fine.

In general the stay was very good and I would stay there again. Troy was very helpful when I arrived. Loved the balcony to sit on. The room was very clean, only issue was soap trays in bathroom falling off the wall. I loved the coffee maker in the room! Breakfast was not so good, tons of sweet breads and cold cereals. Wanted something healthier, did find yogurt and hard boiled eggs though.

Hotel and room entry were keyless and remote - we got a code in our email. Not sure I saw any staff member in person while I was there. Everything worked smoothly and quickly for us, and the room was nicer than what I was expecting for what we paid.
