We took the shuttle to the airport and it was exactly on time. We had a very good dinner in the restaurant. Thankful it was there since this area isn't really walkable to other restaurants.

I was disappointed in the pool areaa. It was open but not usable because the hot tub was not heated and the pool had a layer of dust and oil scum on the surface. Maybe it hadn't been cleaned after the winter but it should have been closed.

My 2022 Chevy Silverado that was custom built was stolen off their lot…This place has no security no warning that theft happens the ratings say this was a nice and safe place .. hotel didn’t even comp our rooms out of courtesy.. since this happen on their property.. not even a feee breakfast which they don’t have a continental breakfast free at this Holiday Inn.

Great hotel. Great service and beds are amazing. FYI the shuttle runs from 5 am to 10 pm. If you are arriving after 10 pm the very short ride will cost you over $20.

The property is offering a pool. The pool was dark green and not in operation. My niece and I suffer from neuropathy after affect of cancer and chemo. I needed to exercise in pool. I was told that I would get a refund because I checked out that morning; stayed 1 day instead of 5. But, I have not got a refund or my $50 security fee.

Great stay, close to airport. Only complaints I had was shuttles don’t start until 5 am and I boarded at 6. Then after a long day, I checked in around 4:30 but the restaurant didn’t open until six and I was starving. Other than that, it was great!

Would not stay again. The property definitely needs improvements. The rooms need a renovation and deep cleaning. Stains and scuffs were all over the walls, and the carpet was stained and ripped in multiple places. The workmanship of the rooms was overall messy too; poor job caulking the shower and terrible job on the moldings throughout the rooms. The overall cleanliness was lacking; hair in the tub, dirt and blood on the walls, and dust everywhere I looked. I was not expecting to stay at a 5-star resort, but this was a disappointing stay at best. Definitely will not be considering a Holiday Inn on any other travels in the future. I gave it 3 stars because it was good enough for one night, but I could not imagine staying any longer than that.

We stay here frequently and know the standards of this particular hotel. It wasn't as clean as we've experienced during previous stays and not worth the $170 we spent. Furniture in this room was looking dated and rogue hair was in shower. The walls had something splashed on them and it didnt appear anyone atttempted to wipe it off. I initially declined the breakfast but had a last minute change of plans. I asked if I could add 2 breakfasts to my reservation and was told to just pay in the restaurant. Rather than the discounted rate with my previously paid room, I was charged full price. Also, for a "restaurant," I expected more than a Motel 8 breakfast. Eggs, sausage, cereal, and prepackaged oatmeal doesn't come close to the $30 additional I paid for us to eat.

Upon arrival the front office staff was so accommodating as we arrived early with two babies. However, the room was so filthy. The carpet was dirty, trash left behind. We had asked for a crib with linen and the night front desk staff said “you need to come get it yourself as house keepers are gone”. She refused to give us a blanket for the baby crib .. pretty much a bust.

We had an early flight but the ceilings do not quiet footsteps from floor above our room The kids above us were running around and jumping off the bed. Finally was able to fall asleep around 11 pm and up at 3:15 am. To top it off the bathroom door queeked when moved.

One of the most wheelchair accessible rooms I’ve ever been in EXCEPT for the bed height. I’ve never seen taller beds in any hotel room and it would’ve been impossible for me to transfer solo without strong assistance. Bathroom, wheel-in shower, and space in the room was very wheelchair friendly.

Serious issues with the WiFi. (Would not stay connected). I had to log in constantly because it kept dropping. The plugs in nightstand next to the bed don’t work. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the people talking in the room next to me all evening. A lot of hotels will allow a 1p late check out, this hotel does not. Other than that, it was fine

We had an unexpected layover in Houston that required a one-night hotel stay. Holiday Inn staff was fantastic with shuttle picking us up off-hours, and getting us checked in at the end of a long travel day with a toddler. The restaurant staff was also extremely friendly. The only minor complaint was bathrooms were a bit loud and you could hear hallway traffic slightly more than a typical hotel stay. Otherwise, this was a pleasant stay during otherwise stressful day.

We never actually made it to this hotel, the uncaring management and staff forced us to pay for a night that we did not use. My sister was being transported to MD Anderson cancer facility, we had the hotel in order to be near her. Unfortunately, we didn’t get that far and landed in the emergency room in Dallas. I called that morning to cancel and they told me I needed to call back after 3:30 to talk to a manager. After calling back, it was determined that they did not care enough about my situation and would not refund my room. Therefore, on top of all of the medical expenses and the additional hotel, I had to pay for in Dallas, I was forced to pay for this room, which we did not use Due to a medical emergency. I will never use this company for hotel, travel again, regardless of where I am in the United States. And I travel quite a bit.

I was grateful to the property staff for their kindness and assistance, I phoned from the airport when I arrived early and asked for assistance because I had fallen on the stairs at the airport and injured my ankle. They sent the shuttle driver right over, and helped me checked in early so I could get to my room and get off my foot. They gave me what I needed to ice the ankle and in general were just helpful. The property was very clean and well kept! I will absolutely stay here again next time I am in town. Thank you to the staff for all you do!

Saddik the receptionist was excellent this morning, very attentive and personality was great. The evening I arrived i requested for a room in the top floor after waiting for 15 minute she put me on a second with windows so dirty that i could see anything. I ask to be transferred the next day and she the receptionist ignore my request. We ate at rhe restaurant was great and service was good also.

The stay was average. The front desk person was far from hospitable. I overlooked that at the check-in, because other than that, the hotel was In great condition. We finally got into the room and it was scuff marks all over the walls. So, I called to make sure the front desk was aware. He said the rooms were being remodeled and acted as if I should have had awareness that they were remodeling. He acted as if my concerns were invalid. Notifying me of the condition of the room would have been a great talking point at check-in. One person made an otherwise GREAT stay, okay.

The staff from the airport shuttle driver, check in staff and resturante staff were all so very friendly and welcoming. Check in was fast and all my questions answered. The drinks and food in the restaurant was amazing. The shuttle driver got me back to the airport and made sure I knew where to go. I was so very pleased with my stay.

It’s a nice, newer, clean hotel, but they charge you for your breakfast. I thought for $12.95 per person they would at least give you something better than what other hotels serve you for free but it was the same old typical eggs, meat, and waffle buffet.

Everything was excellent the only thing is that I wasn’t some to have breakfast as was served till 10:00 and I went to have breakfast after 10:00 I was worried as I had to take my médications and the worst was didn’t served lunch!!!! They sell only chips, chocolatés which are not good for somebody with diabètes. My suggestion is to sell something different if is possible

The shuttle was our favorite part. David was so helpful, friendly and nice. The other driver was very kind too. I am sorry I don't remember his name. The bathroom floor was dirty and in need of repair. There were cracked tiles, loose toilet seat and curtain was hanging down on one panel. The restaurant was a hour and 10 minute wait for our food!
