Hotel was good. Elevators take forever and parking is a nightmare. Basically no parking whatsoever. The "assigned" parking is about 15 valet spots and if it's full, you need to park in a parking lot that charges $30 and NO in & out. We parked for 30 mins and had to leave and when we came back had to pay another $30. Ridiculously outrageous.

The staff was helpful. The hotel is dated, and the gym is very limited and the upstairs bar adds gratuity to your tab without warning. I still wasn't refunded my deposit.

The Property advertises its rooftop bar as an amenity, but as a hotel guest I was denied entry because they "honor reservations first". There were not only many open tables but tons of space around the bar perimeter. The staff was very rude and dismissive. Not the level of service or courtesy I have come to expect from Hilton properties.

Overall pretty good. The front desk was great. The valet (and only) parking sucked. $43 a day and nobody there most of the time. Long waits to get your car. The AC was WAY loud! There are signs that they have in-room dining, but no info anywhere on how to do it or hours.

Loved the roof top bar. The location is great, the room was nice and clean, easy check in, and late check out. The only downside was the lack of parking, we had to use a parking garage near by.

Nice downtown hotel in an old bank building. Because it was originally built as a bank it has a funky layout which we thought was neat. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, although keep in mind that they charge an automatic service charge. Front desk staff was super friendly. No shuttle to the airport, but Uber wasn't bad. Overall, a pleasant stay. Oh, and rooms were big! Bathroom was also quite nice. Light rail is a bit noisy outside, but not unbearable. I'd definitely stay again.

Outside was unimpressive; could use some sprucing up/a facelift. Inside was more stately in appearance. Room was large, bed comfortable. Nicely sized bath, but shower slow to warm up in afternoon. Parking is a nightmare in that area-a half block away was a Chase owned lot (now run by Ace). The elevator was filthy, it reeked of smoke, and was $28 a day. Hotel has a valet but not a very efficient one, at $40/day. So be sure and add that to your budget if you stay here.

Normally I love our stay here but for somw reason our floor smelled like dirty diapers, I noticed a floor fan in the hallway so perhaps their was a plumbing issue on our floor ...either way it was pretty bad. To top it off our room smelled like cat urine so that was fun. We weren't in the room a whole lot so I didn't cause a fuss but it was pretty bad.

We had a brief stay and we couldn't be any happier. The hotel has an old time look and feel when you arrive but has been updated throughout inside. The staff was amazing from the valet to the front desk. Beds are comfortable and the room was super clean! We will stay again…

Parking on Saturday was horrible, have a tall truck so the close parking garages were too short, had to valet…very hard to navigate with no directional signing & no “grand” entrance to the hotel. The entrance to the hotel is off Monroe, but you couldn’t see the tiny door past the valet parked cars. In my room, The bed was hard and sloped to the middle. The bathroom had hair on towels, shower curtain, and in the sink…as of it weren’t cleaned. I was so exhausted from driving that I just cleaned it up myself. The room was a double Queen and quite roomy. The food at the lobby bar had zero flavor, the breakfast was “ok”…pancakes were good. Service at sushi was very slow. We were there for basketball game, so very walkable to stadium. But zero shopping during the day, so be prepared to drive somewhere.

Big and spacious rooms in downtown setting. Location was in a beautiful vintage building but all modern decor. Comfy beds! Large bathroom. 10th floor had view of the area. 5 min walk to Footprint Ctr. Will def stay here again.

The hotel was very hot/ humid and the AC in the room did not work well. I woke up several times throughout the night from how hot I was. The water in the shower also shut off while I was in the shower for about a minute before kicking back on. The hotel is in a good location but I would not stay here again.

Breakfast buffet was delicious but a bit overpriced for what is offered. Buffet servers go above and beyond and we’re the best part of my stay. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Pillows were too soft and beds were too hard. Barely slept. Everything else was excellent.

We like the historical art deco design. The hotel wasnt crowded for a friday night when we stayed for a downtown concert. The bed is our only complaint. Hard and wornout feeling and the pillows didnt have any support.

I was a guest staying here arrived at check in , valet said they were full and I had to park at a parking garage on the street in downtown , but yet as the evening went on they started taking valet from people who were not hotel guests. Hilton should have a priority for guest of hotel . Second check in was awful with employee named Sophia , she is rude doesn’t answer questions but points when asked where I could buy drinks in hotel. Does not go over how to get to rooftop bar and when asked about valet she shrugged her shoulders with no response . Worst service I’ve had !

From the beginning of being there, the valet services are amazing and helping. The desk staff at the front desk for day and night shift were so helpful, kind, welcoming and hospitable. This will be my go to hotel when in town for work or play.

We had a wonderful time except for the front desk service. Our room wasn't available yet 2 hours after check in. They said their cleaning staff was short that day which is totally fine. They said they'd call us. 45 minutes later we try calling again and they say they have 1 room available and if we want it to return to the hotel quickly. We found it very irritating that we had to be the ones to call and check and if we hadn't, who knows how long we would have been waiting? Otherwise our trip went very well and we enjoyed our stay!

The only problem was our check in. Check in time was 3 but our room was unavailable until after 4. We had tickets to the baseball game starting at 5 and had hoped to freshen up and change before going. Instead I had to do this in the bathroom in the lobby which wasn't ideal. The staff didn't offer much other than "sorry we are short staffed".

Once we were able to find parking since it isn’t available on site everything else was good. If you don’t mind walking a block from a parking garage by homeless people to get to the hotel then it’s okay

Very nice hotel near the convention center. The variety and value of the breakfast options were disappointed. Get it, captive audience, but $35 for scrambled eggs was a bit much. I did not care for auto tip and service charge either. I know I'm sounding "cheap", its just a matter of feeling gouged at times.

Very expensive but in a safe part of town. Easy walking to food and events down town. Very beautiful art deco interior, exterior, elevator- probably most beautiful hotel I've ever seen in America. My room was clean and staff helpful. Valet parking is a rip off though because they just park it outside the hotel on the street. Expensive breakfast (breakfast should always be free).

The location is great downtown but the the friendliness of staff at check in needs to be worked on. Employees had attitudes when asking questions. The building is older and has a humid pool smell throughout the elevator and floors even though there is no pool. The breakfast was great and breakfast staff was friendly.
