A clean, up to date, convenient place to stay within a few minutes of Greenville/Spartanburg airport. Shower was awesome with adjustable shower head. Continental breakfast was nice. Shuttle back to airport was quick and convenient!

It was a brief one night stay. The room was clean the check in was easy and staff was friendly. As far as hotel breakfasts go...it was disappointing and offered few choices As far as eco-friendly...there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, I guess that's a step in the right direction. I was hoping for an electric charger for my car..but not expecting it. If you have a late arrival at the airport be aware that the shuttle stops running at 10:00pm.

Hotel is very clean and has excellent breakfast options. That the pool is indoors is a nice bonus as well. The folks at the front desk are very friendly and helpful as well.

Very, very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location close to airport. Only wish the free shuttle runs all night. Had to pay to get to airport. Need to expand free shuttle hours.

My stay at the Hilton was wonderful but I wish the cleanliness was better. My bathroom shower was very dirty and had a lot of stains. My sheets also had stains as well.

This property was the cleanest I have ever witnessed in a hotel. They were even shining the walls in the elevator while I was there. The bathtub was immaculate. I was able to take a bath with no worries because it looked brand new! The breakfast was wonderful and the cleaning crew had every table squeaky clean. Highly recommend if you love cleanliness as much as I do.

The room looked nice when we entered. But, after looking around. The desk chair was very dirty, dried food on it. The ironing board cover Disscusting we has to use towel on it. And, that phone in the room must have Never been Cleaned. We only stayed one night thankfully. The front desk people were very nice.

I travelled with my toddler daughter. Her lovey fell and rolled underneath the bed. Instead of the usual boxed in space beneath the bed, this hampton inn simply had a bed skirt. Looking beneath it to retrieve the lovey, I found food, trash, and so many dust bunnies. None of these things were from our visit. I felt like we need to launder all of our things immediately.

Friendly staff; great breakfast; however, room was not clean, trash under beds and floor appeared not to be vacuumed; there was an unpleasant smell in the room when we arrived and we asked the front desk to spray deodorizer in the room - they complied and it smelled much better when we returned a few hours later.

Checking in was fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However the bathroom was not clean at all the floor appeared to not have been cleaned In a while. It had a coating of dirt and grime that you could feel. When I went to wipe up the floor from the shower with a towel it turned black from just one 2 foot square.

This hotel is clean and relatively quiet, but the bathrooms are due for an upgrade. The sink never had any hot water the entire stay the shower was hardly enough pressure to get the shampoo out of your hair.

Shuttle from airport was nice. Drivers name was Shanning Rashad. He was super nice. Receptionist very polite. Breakfast was ok. My room was nice, but could hear traffic all the way up the fifth floor.. it was good that I could walk 15 minutes to most fast food restaurants. Very happy with my stay

I drove in for the LSU game, and I was extremely tired. The staff was great and had my room ready early. I was able to get well rested before heading to the Game. The room was clean and the beds were so comfy! Breakfast was good too. Definitely would stay here again.

Our family got to the hotel about 1AM and when we checked in, it was fast and easy. We got to the room and it was really hot. The heat/air unit was off, so I switched on the AC. The heat began to blow out. It went from 70 to 74 in 10 mins. With an infant, we decided to request a new room but they were full. The manager on duty was able to get us into a smaller room with a cot for the night. The next morning they were able to move us into a bigger room but it was minus a bed. ReRe the house keeper helper was amazing! ReRe helped us move the cot and also helped us carry breakfast to our room. Despite our issue, all the staff went above and beyond to help us and made things much better! We will stay here again on our next AAU tournament. 👍

We had a room with a sofa bd, which we needed to use, however there was no bedding provided beyond a sheet. Called down for a blanket and pillow and was told not a problem. After 30 minutes ( with a sleepy child waiting) I called again and was told that I needed to come down to front desk and get it. Would have liked being told that from the beginning, and when I went to pick it up, desk clerk came from behind a partition and he had a mouth full of food !! Not good.

Upset with the staff because someone entered our room at 1am. We chased them down the hallway but they must’ve got on the elevator. Staff was informed but nothing was reported to the morning manager. All that was said was I’m sorry and we can not comp your stay. Never investigated nor even made a courtesy call to say that the situation was looked into. My teenage daughter is still traumatized 😳

Nice, clean, and easy to get in and out of on a corner. The pool area looked nice, the breakfast was hot and plentiful with an attendant restocking and cleaning throughout the morning. Plenty of seating. Room was clean and comfy. You can request housekeeping during your stay. There are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

I was disappointed with the breakfast..... for the first two days they did not have hot food out or ran out by 8 am and had to wait for them to bring more out. coffee was cold by the kitchen..... but the coffee by the front desk was hot.

We stayed for 5 nights during the Women's NCAA Regional Tournament. All staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were really good. The dining staff were exceptionally friendly and worked hard at keeping food stocked during very busy times. All in all a very good stay.
