No parking! After heading back to the hotel after a 15 hr day at a tournament (at 10:30p)there were no open parking spaces in the lot. There were several, actually 5, trucks with trailers that took up several spaces each. I pulled under the awning and went inside to ask and was told to keep trying or park in a handicapped space but there was no guarantee that I wouldn't get a ticket. I drove around a few more times but had to finally park in the handicapped space. I did not see any other option. The attendant on duty was not at the desk when we entered to see if we had found a space or how it worked out.

Property was clean and the breakfast was top notch.. Priced a bit too high. We could not use the pool because the chlorine smell was soooo strong that it bothered my lungs. No maid service for our 3 night stay, so we had to go to the front desk to get additional clean towels. We stayed in the whirlpool suite, but the tub was in the main bedroom area and not enclosed. No electric ventillation or privacy, so we did not use the whirlpool tub either. The room felt a little damp and we had to have our wet desk chair exchanged for a dry one.

I go in to every room I stay in and immediately look for bugs. When doing this we found unswept floors in our room. The dust ruffle had not been changed as was stained and had chunks of hair and other debris on it. The drawer next to the bed had left over medicines and what appeared to be chocolate from the prior renters. I will never rent here or at Hampton Suites again. This is unacceptable for the amount I spent.

First time booking at Hampton Inn. Front desk Customer service was exceptional, I’d give it a A. When I got to my room, checked for cleanliness and found a couple urine spots in bathroom toilet seat. Other than that, my room was quite spacious to my standard. Bed was comfortable although I wasn’t a big fan of their pillows provided but manageable for one night. Breakfast was okay. I’m use to more variety of breakfast food options from past experiences at diff hotels vs what we got offered that morning. Overall stay is 3.5/5 stars.

Our 1st time at this location and the hotel was extremely nice and clean. Staff was very wonderful. The pool was very clean. The room was very spacious for a family of 4. Well worth it. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel !!

A very nice hotel, very clean. Breakfast options very good. Only thing was the room heater/AC unit was very loud, rattled during the night sometimes. Maintenance was informed. otherwise a very nice place

We picked this hotel because we went snow tubing at a place next door. It was very clean, from the linens to the carpet. Shower was in great condition, room and hotel looks somewhat new. Pool was great for the short time my kids were there. A couple observations, mini fridge was not very cold, I had to double check a couple times to see if it was on, and the dark window curtains, those did not closed all the way so it allowed the street lights to still lit up the room a bit and in the morning the sun shine will definitely wake you up.

From the check in to the check out, this was one of the nicest, cleanest, spacious stays we've had. The breakfast team and selection were awesome! Nice location, close to several fun places to have dinner and easy access to the interstate so getting around to explore was simple. The staff were very professional, very safe area and the exterior areas were as well kept as the interior spaces. Just great, we will be back.

I was staying there with a youth team for a basketball tournament. The hotel was fine, nothing special. Took us awhile to check in since no one was at the front desk. Free breakfast was fine, again nothing special. However a few days after checkout I noticed an additional $100 charge on my credit card. I called the hotel and talked to the manager to ask about the charge. She told me that it was for a restoration fee of a sink. She suggested that when I left the room, I left with a huge hole in the sink??? I know for certain, since I was the last person to leave that room, that when I left the room, there wasn’t a hole. The last thing I did before I left the room was brush my teeth and pack up my cosmetic bag that was sitting next to the sink. Apparently the hole was big. Well i certainly would have noticed the hole and would have reported it to the front desk. So hoping this hotels antics doesn’t happen to others and my sports teams for baseball and basketball won’t be staying here ever again. Check your statement when you leave this hotel. Steve

The check in process was a nightmare. They had everything messed up. I reserved 5 rooms and they had me down for 7. All rooms were on different floors. The WiFi wasn’t working and they never told us even after giving us the information on how to access the WiFi.

We decided to take a quick family trip to Wisconsin. When we arrived to the room we noticed that the toilet was not secured to the floor. Every time we would sit the toilet would move. When we woke up the next day we woke up to no water. We did not get any notice regarding the water being shut down. When I called the front desk they said, “Oh yeah, the water is shut down for the next few hours”. That was it, no explanation.

Well my stay was fantastic but when I checked in you guys only sent 1 room reservation to the site and they had to get a manager and look for my 2nd room because Hotels.com did not send them the information as I had booked 2 rooms under my name and I had a confirmation # but that did not matter because you had not sent in the info this way. I was not a happy camper at all.

Hotel is amazing, breakfast is the best and a very delicious variety of food. I loved it! Everything was awesome EXCEPT customer service at Check In, the woman seemed annoyed and gave us very ugly stares as why are we there?? My mother checked in about an hour later and same issue happened with her. Check out is at noon and Housekeeping was already knocking at 10:30am on our doors asking if we're leaving already. We left the room and at 11:55am and there was about 4 people standing outside our door waiting on us to leave. I find it very uncomfortable for them to do that. I called the hotel to speak to management but he wast there. They said i would get a call back and still didnt get a return call. Hotel is amazing! The staff is just so horrible in regards their customer service

After staying at Hampton's previously, I was disappointed in the breakfast. eggs and meat were lukewarm. Also after a four night stat the trash was full and I received no housekeeping service during my stay.
