Our air conditioner was not working when we got in the room, and the staff went above and beyond to fix it. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was excellent!! The pool was very clean.

The facility is very clean. The staff were super friendly. The pool was closed for maintenance, not that we planned on using it, but if you are, you might want to call ahead. Otherwise, great place to stay!

The hotel is fairly new and everything was in fantastic condition. The swimming pool and spa tub was excellent and we were lucky to have it to ourselves. The suite was very well equipped. Well located for dinner options. We went to 49ers at El Rancho hotel opposite. Close to shops in the downtown area too.

Parking lot is not very secure. Inadequate security lighting. Cigarette butts and trash strewn around the rock beds of the exterior. Lobby is dark and gloomy during our nighttime arrival. Both automatic entrance doors were propped open.

Clean and spacious room. Decently-fast wifi (~20Mbps) that seemed reliable. The bed was uncomfortable - the mattress was very deformed and sunken in parts. Not a lot of road noise, but noise from the hallway intruded into the room readily. I asked for a quiet room but I was given one on the ground floor next to the main entrance from the carpark. 😕 There was no cold water available from the faucets, only hot and scalding hot. Even after refrigeration overnight, the water still tasted quite bad. There were soap dispensers in the shower - great - but they dispensed so little soap with each push that they were virtually useless. Luckily I'd brought my own soaps.

Room was very roomy and loved having the kitchen area available while we had our toddler with us. Our stay was good but I would say the hotel looks pretty outdated. If you’re looking for something more modern, this is not it. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy looking as well. I honestly did not feel too safe with all of my belongings in my car from our move but thankfully nothing was taken.

When I checked in I was given a key that wouldn’t activate my door, went downstairs to get key reprogrammed only to be told I held my key too close to my cell phone! I travel on an average two to three night every week, trust me I know not to put my hotel key in with my cell phone, and besides I carry my cell phones in my backpack and motel key in my front pocket!

Staff was friendly, breakfast mediocre, shower in room 220 did not work. Asked to be contacted by management when we checked out. Front staff took my phone number and said they would call. I never heard from management. I feel that I should get some type of compensation because the shower did not work.

The Front Desk Staff were horrible. They did not honor initially the room we had booked even though I had confirmation for a “King Suite”. Instead, they blamed Expedia but never would show me what they received for room booking. In short, they lied! I refused to accept room they tried to give me because “I paid” for a King Suite. Basically had to make a scene to get them to call a manager to get our room. Mind you, this is at 9:00pm at night after driving for 8 hrs. What’s the point of making a room reservation in advance and having the property give you excuses for something they already received payment. Obnoxious and rude the staffing was and certainly not something anyone looking for rest at end of the day should have to deal with. When finally being able to speak with a manager by phone (no manager on site) she even started to give me an excuse until I told her I had reservation confirmation in writing. After all this, 20minutes later, we finally get the room we paid for. The hotel itself is mediocre at best and the location isn't in a great area. For a Best Western property it is a horrible stay. Never pick that property location again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to either.

Centrally located, easy on and off to major roads and restaurants! Breakfast was different items each day and hot ! Best breakfast of 3 hotels we stayed at on our trip! Highly recommend this hotel and friendly staff!

The only hotel in my experience to properly make a bed with 1.) sheet, 2.) light blanket, 3.) bedspread. Others put sheet, duvet, bedspread. Also: the best free breakfast ever. Really really good. The room was in great condition, everything worked, and the tv channels hadn’t been tampered with.

Staying at the Best Western Plus was a delight! It was very clean, easy to navigate, and had convenient parking. The breakfast buffet was delicious. But what really puts this place over the top is the staff! They are wonderful - super friendly and helpful!
