Good variety for breakfast, bar menus could offer a bit more but what was offered was delicious. Breakfast and bar staff very friendly and accommodating.

We had no hot water the entire stay. We called multiple times. Maintenance came and it was fixed temporarily. The water turned back to cold mid-shower. Follow through with issues did not happen.

Everything was fine our first night, on the second night I requested a roll away bed for my daughter and she woke up with bug bites. Later that evening I found two bed bugs crawling on the wall. We notified the staff, they moved us to a new room, took our belongings to be cleaned. Mid next day they retuned our belongings, some damaged from the high heat of the dryer. The bed bug situation was a big stress on our vacation with damaging some stuff and then spending the next two days at home rewashing everything to ensure we didn't bring them home. The hotel was unwilling to do anything to compensate us for our damages, time spent on this issue and the risk of bringing bed bugs home. Stay at your own risk of bed bugs!

Liz from Valet was a doll, as my boyfriend and I took advantage of the Area Shuttle... Furthermore, Breakfast was superb!
