I spent 3 weeks in the Texas and this was the best hotel we stayed in. Loved everything, location, breakfast, speed of check in/out. Maybe the only thing that didnt blow me away was the pool; too warm as it's indoor but did the job. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was wonderful. We usually like to stay in the stockyard hotels, but they were sold out. This was a great find. Just a short drive to the historic stockyards and rodeo. The breakfast was great. The quiches were a nice touch. Pool table in the lobby. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The staff was very nice and professional. Very large room and bathroom.

They are doing construction so it’s noisy. The food is only in the bar and it’s terrible and very expensive. The lobby and common areas are freezing cold, 65°. The hot tub is great but the pool is not heated so it was too cold for me at around 70°. The staff is accommodating and the rooms are very clean. Adequate parking. Uber eats and GrubHub does deliver food if you don’t want to leave the hotel, also there are places to eat anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes away. The bar and restaurant is closed on Sunday, which is ridiculous so there’s nowhere to go nothing to do nothing to eat. So forget socializing or having a cocktail on Sunday.

Our stay was beyond comfortable, the place was amazingly clean. Desk service was okay, didn’t seem too happy. I was looking forward to the hot tub spa however it was a cool temperature. I reported it, maintenance came to take care of it, said give it a few minutes and it never got to a nice hot temperature you’d expect and I had waited 30 minutes. That was the only disappointment. Other than that it was a good stay.

The Front Desk Manager was Outstanding! She insured that our stay was everything we asked for and more! She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests! We also utilized the evening bar area and the service was also outstanding! The bartender was excellent!

Hotel lobby was nice, amenities and activities were an impressive offering. Breakfast buffet was decent. Beds were VERY comfortable, and loved that there were a selection of different pillows (fluffy to flatter)... so great! AC worked well. Sofa bed was NOT comfy, was better to just sleep on the couch versus the hide-a-bed. Room didn't come across as all that clean, residue, smudges, finger prints and such were evident which made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. Overall, we would use this hotel again just based on the comfort of the beds.

Bathroom was not cleaned and when we got our second room, it was not cleaned there either. We had to clean the counter ourselves before we could use it. You don’t want to have to do that when you get to a hotel room tired after a long trip. Otherwise, room and lobby were nice.

We typically stay with other hotel chains but decided to give Marriott a try. The room was spacious and updated. Some furniture is worn and our blinds were stained/dusty. Sheets and linens were quite scratchy and could use replacing. Overall it was a decent stay and typically for the price of the hotel. They offered standard breakfast fare. After checkout, I was charged an unknown 20 dollar “cleaning fee”. When I called I was accused of “taking a pillow” and told they charge it under cleaning supplies. That sounded strange and like an odd excuse to me. I have never taken a pillow from a hotel in my life! No one bothered to call and ask. They just assume and add extra charges. I’m not sure if they do this with all third party bookings but it rubbed me the wrong way. I’ve never had to worry about counting items at the beginning of a hotel stay. From this experience I will avoid Marriott properties in the future. For the price you can expect better consistency at Hyatt or Hilton properties.

The rooms were Antarctica cold! The thermostat in the room did not work and literally made my son sick from the extreme cold in the room. Informed the service desk about our problem and nothing was done to fix it. Wasn’t enough towels for our family of four.

Slightly inconvenient to get to from the direction we was. Outside seemed questionable at first, but inside was absolutely beautiful & clean. Staff was very helpful & polite. Room was spacious & clean. Curtains & shades were old & stained. Pillows were not good, but we managed. As the night went on, the AC wouldn’t kick on. Idk if it was locked or stopped working.

Most Springhill Suite Hotels are quite nice. this one was no exception. Large rooms, nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was plentiful and decent. What could be improved? We were in room 313. The bed was too soft and the pillows provided offered no support. I don't believe there were any other options for pillows. I slept badly both nights and woke up with a sore neck, shoulders and back both days. We stayed in three Marriott Bonvoy hotels during our week in Texas, and thought the beds at the one at Dallas Love (Elements) and Springhill Suites Woodway were better.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The only issue we had in the rooms is the AC was locked out so you could not change the fan setting and it was too warm at night. The breakfast was not terrible but not 5 star. The lady that checked us in was very rude and kind of looked down her nose at us. The front desk staff when we checked out was very nice and thanked us for staying at the property.

The property is in a quiet and safe area. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. We were staying there due to unfortunate circumstances as our close friend was in the ICU at a nearby hospital and passed away while we were there. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. They made sure we were taken care of and took the time to accommodate our need to stay longer than we expected. This was extremely helpful, especially during such a difficult time. The outdoor area is a nice spot to relax and you can even play put-put golf. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the spacious rooms and were pleased with the service that the hotel provided.

The sevice was great and the facility was very clean. My issue was that I had a reservation confirmation for a 2 queen 1 sofa bed andended up with 1 bed. This is twice I have booked thru Hotels.com and have been put in the wrong room. When I called the front desk, I was told they dont know how it happened but were sold out of the room on my confirmation.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast. Our only problem was that we asked for connected rooms and were assured we would have them. Instead we were placed across the hall from one another so we asked for a change but they had no adjoining rooms left. We have young kids so it was a bit inconvenient.

Very nice clean hotel. A little out of the way but honestly for the value it was not a problem. The room was huge and beds were comfortable. The staff was amazing. Pool, hot tub, and fun recreational area were a real highlight. Would absolutely stay here again.

Loved the outdoor patio area. Cleanliness. Modern. We stayed 3 nights and were always treated as we came and went but when my key stopped working the staff member was rude about it. The bartender was rude the night we went there. I didn’t care for the bar hours. What bar isn’t opened on a Saturday? Or stays open after 10pm?
