The location was excellent although not quiet (but this was expected due to the Christmas Fair at George Sq.). The appartment was nice, my only issue was the parking. It was advertised as on-site which was not the case. It was actually a reasonable walk with luggage. It was also advertised as £8 but with my discount voucher I was charged £11. This would be fine for a trip with little luggage, or ideally arriving by train to Queen St., but for my purposes I would not have booked this had I known the inconvenience.

The suites+ has 3 things going for it: location, location, location. It is about 500 ft. From George Sq. and the train or bus station, on the corner with the statue of James Watt. Otherwise, there is no plus or suite or premier here. The bedrooms are poorly designed, making it hard to open or store luggage and with narrow beds, even by European standards. Doors bang in to furniture or the toilet. The rooms are airless and sparsely furnished, though clean. When we arrived the elevator was broken, so we had to lug our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. The broken elevator may not have been their fault but when we arrived back a week later, it was still not fixed. Really? The area is noisy with people breaking bottles in the alley and partying. The coffee maker is hard to figure out and then only provides a small cup of coffee. And the apartment is expensive too. Would I book this apartment again? Probably not, unless I wanted to have a short walk to the train station.

AC not working, no access to balcony from penthouse unit, for ‘insurance reasons’ unless of course you stay for a week? Really unclear about it. Neighbouring unit was rented by a bunch of young people that played loud music and screamed half the night from THEIR balcony. Decent kitchen, everything you’d need to prep food for yourself. Excellent location. So many dining options! Close to pedestrian shopping street, buses.

The unit is large and very clean and comfortable. Location is very central and close to everything. They don’t have on site parking , so the recommended lot is about a 10 minute walk . The check in info is not given until the afternoon of your arrival , which makes it a bit difficult to plan ahead . Communication through WhatsApp was good .

We loved Premier Suites Glasgow George Square; however we were very disappointed that parking for our vehicle was so far away and inconvenient. Hotels.com indicated that parking was available, but in fact there really wasn't anywhere to drop off luggage with a vehicle. The Q-Park Jamaica lot is fine, but quite a walk from Premier Suites with two heavy pieces of luggage. How are customers reasonably expected to navagate that distance with baggage and no real unloading zone and time to do so? Aside from that, Premier Suites was a fantastic hotel in the very heart of Glasgow. We loved the room and cleanliness.

Rooms were clean, comfortable bed, easy access, reception was open when I arrived. Parking at a 50% discount was less tahn a 10 minute walk away. Some noise from Queen street, where the apartment is located, but ear plugs worked for me.

Great location. Not a big deal, but note that the parking garage is located a few blocks away. No place to stop the car and drop off luggage in front of this property. So be prepared to carry/pull luggage several blocks from the parking garage to the building.

Our family booked two rooms for our visit to Glasgow. One of the rooms was a 2-bedroom penthouse suite, and we loved the amount of space, full kitchen, and peace and quiet during our stay. We were mainly focused on exploring the surrounding area, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the rooms - mostly in the evenings. It was nice having access to George Square for the hop on, hop off busses and to walk to restaurants. Unfortunately we were not permitted access to the balcony due to safety concerns, although it looked like an excellent place to relax. I hope Premier Suites will open this area back up to future guests. Additionally, we had some issues getting the dryer to function. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

I can not recommend; thinnest windows with a lot of traffic and noise all night, kitchen is okay, bed is old; carpet in bedroom dirty and old (you won’t walk on without at least socks) and and and.

This hotel really fell short of our expectations, based on the pictures and other online reviews. It doesn't have a lobby or front desk staffed round the clock. When we arrived in our room, there was strong, lingering smell of some kind of cleaner like bleach that gave us a headache and we couldn't get rid of by opening the window. The bathroom didn't come close to matching the photos online. The couch was so worn you could see the wood frame coming through the torn upholstery. After 20 minutes, we decided the room wasn't going to work for us and left to find another hotel. The staff was understanding and did give us a partial refund according to the Orbitz. Policy.

Fab stay. Fab position in centre of town, right near everything. Clean and comfortable. Great service from reception with clear instructions for late check in. Great service when the TV stopped working, Martin came and fixed it straight away. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival it was dark, no heat and all the windows in the apartment were left open. We reserved the penthouse suite specifically for the laundry option and the washer/dryer would even rinse the soap from the clothes. The suite was very dirty, smelled extremely musty, couch covered in caked filth, carpeted did not look to be vacuum and covered in stains. The was jam on the night stands, and the kitchen had not been properly wiped down. Went to go have a shower after a long day and there was no hot water and no one at the property to sort out the situation. The plumbers were called and they were really great however they occupied our unit the entire day until 9pm. They property did not have cleaning service so the plumbers came and cleaned up our unit for us so we could shower. We could not use the amenities for 2 days and they told us that it was not their fault, lack of maintenance of hotel property is their fault. The “hotel” staff was far from friendly and spoke very rudely to my father when he asked for compensation back being that we overheard that the hotel was aware of the issues in advance of our stay. They credited us back not even one nights stay of our 3 nights. I will never stay at these properties again due to the filth and how the staff treated us. Very thankful they have such great plumbers to service their property!

Only complaint is the hike to parking which wouldn't be bad if there was a "drop off area/check in area". This inconvenience is certainly offset by the proximity to the square, train and bus stations, and fun shopping on Buchanan Street. Pics are views from my room- great people watching.

The property could use a refresh. There was an overpowering cleaner smell that didn’t really clear even though we opened windows. Was spacious. Construction was happening on outside of the building so was noisy. Location was great, lots of shops dinning and access to trains and transit.

Premier Suites is one of the most spacious hotels I have ever stayed at but was hands down the noisiest, too. There is a pub across the street with karaoke until the wee hours and they leave the doors open. The area has lots of bars and people yelling and singing on the street well past midnight. I asked reception if they could ask the pub to try to close the doors and their response is that is a city center hotel. I had booked the hotel so we could do laundry and the dryer didn't work. They tried to fix it but were not successful. The location is convenient to both Central and Queen rail stations as well as shops and restaurants. The maintenance staff were more friendly than the reception staff and tried to help. There are minimal toiletries-we provided our own hand soap and gave up on the combo shampoo/body wash dispenser.

Great location. We had an inside double room. No window to the outdoors(we had light wells)so it was dark. The room was very warm which made for an uncomfortable sleep. If you stay here ask for a room that has exterior windows. One of our party had an exterior room and it was lovely.

A cute modern and spacious place held back by 1) Incredibly noisy surrounds, especially at night 2) Shower is lukewarm and yet still sets off the "fire alarm" almost every time.

The rooms face the sun all day, and it was not possible to sleep until sunset, as the blinds were not fully covering the window. The property's decision to lock the windows so they only opened a small amount, together with a lack of air conditioning and heating (from the hot water system maybe?) makes the rooms very very warm in summer. Large apartment with great kitchen and very comfortable bed. However a very hot apartment. There was no way to cool the room down in the afternoon except to open the windows to the hoons driving around in their" hotted up " cars. Had to shut the windows in order to sleep, then woke up to a very hot room. Turned the boiler temperature down, to no avail. Staff apologetic and explained that the building itself was very old. A fan would have significantly helped! Great position, just across the square from Queen Street Station. Beware of the hot water! About every two minutes you got scalding hot water lasting for 5 seconds, so showering became a bit of a dance! Could be a risk of a burn if young children are showering.

“Great price for a suite!”, was my first thought, but you do get what you pay for. Easily walkable between two main train stations, this “hotel” is in a convenient location. Although difficult to initially find because of its one small sign and access-requested button. After entering into an office hallway, we finally found the “reception” (which was a sad bench and a beaten-up podium randomly placed in the hallway) where we were helped by very friendly staff (onsite only between 9to5). The living room was sparse but at least the kitchen had all basic needs. The bedroom had a queen bed which was too large for the room and the door would not open fully and consistently hit the bed (a fire code violation?) and we constantly had to turn sideways to enter the room. The bathroom had a very high tub to climb over in which to shower (dangerous for someone with balance issues). The small sink area with no storage or hooks was definitely created for a single-user, not a couple. In summary, the staff were the best part about the visit. They were great. But this is a short-stay apartment, this is not hotel. No amenities - you are on your own. If that is what you are looking for - great. But for me (someone who prefers service and who is a lite sleeper) it did not feel „premiere“, nor did it feel „suite (sweet)“. It was just a place to crash for a few nights.

Pros: Easy check-in, excellent location, and spacious rooms with large, comfortable beds. Cons: The room was uncomfortably warm. We opened the window at night for ventilation, but the outside noise was disruptive. Additionally, the rooms face a parking stairwell with bright automatic lights that switched on and off throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. On arrival, one of the toilets was not functioning and dirty, and this had not been mentioned at check-in. The issue was unpleasant to discover, and although it was repaired the following morning, no one notified us in advance. Having a handyman enter the apartment while we were preparing for my wedding was very inconvenient—a simple heads-up would have been greatly appreciated. The payment process was also unnecessarily complicated. The unit is large and very clean and comfortable. Location is very central and close to everything. They don’t have on site parking , so the recommended lot is about a 10 minute walk . It is discounted and fairly inexpensive . Check in process was a bit redundant asking for credit card info to be entered , even though they already had it from my initial booking . The check in info is not given until the afternoon of your arrival , which makes it a bit difficult to plan ahead . Communication through WhatsApp was good .

Fab stay. Fab position in centre of town, right near everything. Clean and comfortable. Great service from reception with clear instructions for late check in. Great service when the TV stopped working, Martin came and fixed it straight away. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was the best part of this property! James was very helpful with appliances. He was wonderfully friendly and helped us with recommendations and directions. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

This was awful. 6th floor with no lift (no advanced warning, one of the party was disabled and had to book another hotel) No staff (manager) that would address any issues. No respinse to trying to contact the hotel about issues as 'the manager doesnt work weekends) No working heating Dirty room with old cigarette butts on the floor. No soundproofing, sleepless nights. - Even On the top floor you are hearing every word of conversations, screams shouts, bars, parties outside. Advertised as soundproofed butvits singke pane sash windows. The absolute opposite of soundproofed? Handles fell off doors. Generally run down. Bath leaks Carpets stained and dirty Poor guests crying as they couldnt reach their rooms or carry thier heavy bags to stay. No managers would take calls or respond to emails. The hotel charges £50 if you call them to report problems. Really shocked and very disappointed in the building and the way they chose to not deal with guests. Such a shame, it could be good. Refusing to respond to guests and lying to them is not acceptable. Atvcheck im we were told rhe lift was being repaired as we checked in and would be done shortly. Then told at checkout the lift engineers don't work weekends and they wouldnt find an alternative company as it would cost the hotel. Seriously? Guests in tears and they didnt think they should turn up to speak with them.

Premier Suites is one of the most spacious hotels I have ever stayed at but was hands down the noisiest, too. There is a pub across the street with karaoke until the wee hours and they leave the doors open. The area has lots of bars and people yelling and singing on the street well past midnight. I asked reception if they could ask the pub to try to close the doors and their response is that is a city center hotel. I had booked the hotel so we could do laundry and the dryer didn't work. They tried to fix it but were not successful. The location is convenient to both Central and Queen rail stations as well as shops and restaurants. The maintenance staff were more friendly than the reception staff and tried to help. There are minimal toiletries-we provided our own hand soap and gave up on the combo shampoo/body wash dispenser.

Good location for walking around, lots of shops and eating options. Downside to being in a busy area was a little noisy at night. Overall though very nice and we’d stay there again.

Rooms were clean, comfortable bed, easy access, reception was open when I arrived. Parking at a 50% discount was less tahn a 10 minute walk away. Some noise from Queen street, where the apartment is located, but ear plugs worked for me.

Wonderfully clean and spacious. Little tricky to find as the entrance is tucked between 2 businesses. Only complaint is the hike to parking which wouldn't be bad if there was a "drop off area/check in area". This inconvenience is certainly offset by the proximity to the square, train and bus stations, and fun shopping on Buchanan Street. Pics are views from my room- great people watching.

The kitchen and laundry were great. Bathroom and bedroom were ok (although the garbage bin was broken). But the living area was poor (the sofa too low and uncomfortable and a coffee table). Flooring coming up.
