Property was excellent, comgortable, clean, helpful friendly staff. The only down fall was being unable to reach the shuttle at tge procmvided phone number. I spent an hour after my flight trying to contact the front desk. I tried reaching out to the customer service line and she was unable to reach them either. After a 2 hour unexpected flight delay this was definitely annoying.

The hotel room is nice clean and spacious and the complimentary breakfast is amazing. i utilized the gym & pool to relax in the morning & before bed! Fireplace was cute and cozy.

I love this hotel, ive stayed here before. The only down fall is this time they filled in the hot tub. After a long day in a workshop the hot tub would had been nice. The pool has a nice ledge to sit on but the water was freezing. The kids loved it. As a person with Cold Urticaria i broke out from the temp. Definitely wasn't relaxing. Overall it was okay, id stay again.

The room was clean & online check-in was breeze! Was shocked to see I was charged $10 a night for parking. Never saw that anywhere when booking, and it’s not protected, garage parking - nor was it downtown. Seems like an unnecessary money grab that I did not appreciate.

Top notch facility, with amenities like free laundry machine use and kitchen has paper towels, soap, silverware etc.

Grill, we enjoy cooking amd relaxing by their outside patio that has 2 grills

I was basically satisfied with the room, pool, employees. It would be nice to have a hot tub.

All of the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Our room was spacious & beautiful! We enjoyed a glass of wine by the fire each night, which was an added bonus that we loved.

The Home2suites stay worked out great for me. I used one of the treadmills in their exercise room. After that, I took an invigorating dip in their pool. The staff was both knowledgeable and helpful about everything pertaining to my stay.

I wish that pets were not in the general population. I hoticed mild pet odors in the room. The rooms were clean, but I used a bath towel then the bathroom smelled doggy. Otherwise, I enjiyed the stay.

The room was very clean, spacious and new. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk rep was friendly and helpful. We also like the outdoor seating area with the fire pit - it’s a nice place to sit and hang out. I’ve always had consistently great experiences with Home2Suites in several locations and this one was no exception.

This hotel is super clean, and the customer service was consistently top-notch. We were so pleased with our stay here that we are already pretty decided that this will continue to be our hotel when we visit friends in Milwaukee for future visits.

To be perfectly honest, I like Homes to Suites by Hilton. Just from the hotel being part of the Hilton brand. Hilton has high standards, and that’s what attracts me and my family into staying with Hilton hotels. This being my second stay at this particular location, I was actually disappointed and disgusted this time around. My wife and I stayed here back in the summer about 5yrs ago to visit and have the pleasure of attending State Fair after flying in to Milwaukee from South Florida. It was an enjoyable experience. The room was clean, spacious with a kitchenette. Very nice and quiet as well with a few grills, pool, gym and firepit for guests to enjoy. So this time around, I didn’t hesitate to book a room again at the hotel while I came to visit my family. This visit, I arrived early before check in and was allowed to check into my room with no extra fees which was greatly appreciated. I got in my room, which look clean, warm and comfortable. I unpacked a few things and laid down and took a nap. When I awakened, I decided to shower and change before going out. While in the shower I noticed a tiny roach crawling on one of the glass shower doors. I threw water on it until it went down to shower drain. Every evening after, when I entered the room and turned the lights on, I found a roach crawling on something, or somewhere in the room. Nice room, location and service. However praying that you don’t take any roaches home in your belongings trumps all that.

First room key didn't work, so I had to go back down with all my stuff to the front desk and get a new room key. Room was dirty, hair on the bathroom ceiling, light switch fixtures needed cleaning, bathroom sink was dirty, big towel had a hole in it, top drawer where the TV is doesn't stay shut.

We were greeted by friendly staff, the room was lovely, large had a freezer and everything. I was apprehensive about the airport next door but we never heard a plane. The tv had Netflix preloaded for you after I put my password in we were watching our actual shows not just cable.

A nice property close to downtown Milwaukee. The blackout shades need replacing. They’re torn at the top, so you get light in from outside.

It was a studio apartment with full size appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher. The bathroom was large and brilliantly lit. Furnishings were well kept and clean. The king sized bed was comfortable and the sheets were ultra soft. A large oval table on wheels was perfect for work and dining.

Room was good. Would be great for a longer stay. A/c fan was too loud. Staff was very kind and helpful, always had a smile. Breakfast offerings were excellent, fresh, thoughtful. Would book again.

Suites are clean, spacious, and very nice. Our USB charger ports did not work. Concierge loaned us an adaptor. Free Internet is only available if you are a rewards member. Otherwise it is $4.95 per day. You can sign up in the room when you try to login to Internet. They have a very nice patio in front with a gas firepit but our room was just above it and there was a loud, raucous party going on there until after 1am which woke us up several times. If you stay here and need sleep, ask for a room facing the back. Drinks and snacks from the hotel store are $5.00 each! Go to the store first because your suite has a full size microwave, fridge and plenty of dishes plus a dishwasher. Not enough toilet tissue for 2 adults so ask for more from the beginning or bring your own. Be sure to put out the Do Not Disturb sign or else they will come knocking at 8 am. Breakfast is good for a hotel breakfast. Very good coffee. Hotel charges $10 per day parking but does not tell you at check in or checkout. It will be reflected on your bill. My card was charged $25 more than the receipt they gave me, which was likely the parking charge. Overall nice rooms but I would not stay here again due to cost and noise level.

Melissa and Anastashia were amazing. Anything we needed or asked they were very helpful. The hotel was clean and always un order. The breakfast hostess was very nice and kept the breakfast full. Overall the staff are amazing, the room was very clean, the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Wow. Anastasia provided the BEST check-in I have ever had! Smiling, pleasant, welcoming, joyful and just a wonderful human being! I felt like an expected guest. I truly felt welcomed. The hotel is spotless, quiet and has everything you need. An absolute pleasure staying here.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful especially Anastasia and Patrick. The room was fine except that the air conditioning was blowing down on our bed making it difficult to sleep. The outside temperature was 88 during the day and it was 75 degrees at night. But still, we had a great time.

There were issues with the thermostat. They moved us to a different room; most accommodating. Staff made us feel like family!

The breakfast was one of the best I had in hotels. the chef preparing the breakfast was very nice. we asked for something for our baby and she gave us something for him. She is very sweet and kind. The rooms were clean and comfy. they had a full kitchen. I only wish the blankets were heavier.

We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. Everything was clean and staff was super friendly and very helpful. My husband dropped my wedding ring in the room on the floor and they and we forgot it. The staff called us right away and put it in the safe for us so that somebody could come pick it up for us as we were already flying home

The people at the front desk are beyond kind. They are helpful, considerate, friendly....I lost my airpods there and they offered to look for them for me. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Everything was superb!

Just a stopover in Milwaukee to go on to Door County. Excellent location near airport. (No airport noise at all). Would stay again.

The very nice lady at the breakfast buffet was extremely helpful providing gluten free options. She even gave us GF snack bars for our flight, which turned into dinner after unexpected delays.

Really impressed! Super clean public spaces and my room was impeccable. Mattress very comfortable. Patrick, evening front desk staff, looked quite dashing in his red hat and was very friendly as well as efficient at check-in. Breakfast had a great variety of items and the staff person that was working it was cheery and kept everything stocked and clean. Did walk across the parking lot to a different Hilton property for dinner/drinks and everything was tasty, appropriately priced, drinks were not light on the liquor. Over-all I had a great stay and it was so close to airport with easy car rental return. I will definitely return to this hotel!
