What a little gem for our first visit to Manchester. Lovely and clean, great location but the staff were just wonderful (Sharon on reception is lovely, professional and so welcoming) and also in bar and at breakfast. Good offer on for breakfast despite us turning up at the busy time and a well stocked bar for the evening. Lovely to sit out by the canal too in the sunshine. Will definately be back here when we next visit.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times & it’s in a really convenient spot just a few minutes walk to the city centre & reasonable parking across the road (not Aytoun Street parking as spaces are really tight there’s one a little further round with plenty of spaces & £15 for 24 hours, Major Street I think) Staff were friendly & helpful & room was clean with everything we needed

Excellent hotel. Staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was very good with lots of cold and hot options, and the hotel is a few minutes walk from both the train and tram/bus stations. AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful when I needed to make alterations to my stay. I definitely would recommend Holiday Inn to a friend. The only gripe I had was that you couldn’t open the window but the working AC helped it that!
