This turned out better than we expected! We chose it for its proximity to McGill McDonald campus, but benefited from a large, comfortable room, excellent staff, and a handy EV charger for the car. There is also a decent fitness room, a good sized pool and hottub, and a couple of saunas.

I called the hotel itself to confirm if the pool is open as it was indicated it's under renovation in expedia.The lady I spoke with answered the question and tried to book me already thru the phone.I told her I am going to book thru expedia and she started talking about trouble that I may encounter if I book thru expedia.and was pushy that I should book with her over the phone.Not to mention, the price she is giving me is actually MORE expensive than what I can get from expedia.So I told her I never had issues with Expedia and was firm that I will do the booking my self.The call was recorded if it needs to be reviewed, date was Oct 11 at noonish.. As per the pool, my kids love it.There are 2 options of sauna: dry or steam which is great.There is life guard on duty and pool toys are provided.The life guard lady on duty on the night of Oct 11 was nice and welcoming.BUT there were swimming lesson happening in the pool and one of the swimminh instructor told us to move on the other side because they need the lane for the lesson which is not possible too because it is being used by someone.The HOTEL admin must make sure guests are being accomodated FIRST in the pool rather than being squished in one spot because all these swim lessons are being held.

Facilities and room are Spartan and clean. No benefit to being a Gold+ member. Rooms not cleaned during stay. Only minimal basics provided. Prices for food and nonalcoholic beverages are expensive even by hotel standards. At check-in I was advised that we’re in a high auto theft area and steering lock (provided) is advised.

As soon as we got to the hotel and went into our room we found a used condom on the floor. We didn’t say a thing because it was very late and things happen. Then we got locked out of our room because the key was not working properly until 1:45 in the morning. We are very easy going but this was the worst experience.

We have stayed two nights at this hotel. We had multiple issues 1. The fridge was not working in the room and had water condensation and mold. I went and complained this we had to move out from the room 2. Next day house keeping did not clean up the room. They did not even pick up the garbage or even change toils or make up the bed When I asked the reception they told me it’s the hotel policy not to clean the rooms. Very bad costumer service

Stayed here before, the room is very comfortable. The cleaning staff on the other hand make some interesting decisions that leave one wondering how high they were at the time of the room cleaning. They threw out items belonging to us, left cleaning products in the room & did not refill coffee pods or cups.

Hard to regulate water temperature in shower. And toilet in room was so low. Like low for anyone. Able bodied or slightly older. Never had a bathroom with such a low toilet. But in the lobby everything is updated.

Over the thanksgiving weekend, Noisy air conditioner, overbooked, noisy rooms as our room had a door in between with other room. Manager unable to call or reachable despite numerous calls, utter disregard for customer service. I have stayed here before but not anymore. As microtel and other hotels have opened in west island which are comparable to price but newer and more reachable.

Check in was slow but ok. Nice room, clean. Top sheet had a tear in it. Kids running in hallway Saturday night until 11pm. Called down to front desk, sympathetic gentleman on phone. Room key did not work Mondays am - replacement key did not work either room 419. My husband had to wake me to get back in after buying some coffee

Staff at the front desk was not attentive. She kept talking on the phone for about more than 10 minutes, kept ignoring the presence of customers waiting in line to get service. She didn’t try to solve the problem by trying to bring more staff to take care of the customers waiting. She kept talking on the phone to do a task related to the cleaning schedule of the rooms that were checked out. After asking for help, she did not apologize for her behaviour , instead she talked back rudely and gave a bad attitude. I will not come back to this place to pay for being treated like garbage.

We booked 3 rooms - housekeeping didn’t clean any of them. When we called for towels they never brought them. We had asked for a crib when we booked and when we checked in late the crib was not in the room and had to wait a long time for it. Rooms are large but need repair (peeling wall paper, towel holders falling out…) Would not book here again because of their lack of customer service.

Top hotel. Room and common spaces were really clean and spacy. Closed to the highway but I never heard a single noise from the road. Breakfast is varied but I couldn't try because I had to leave early every morning. Staff is very welcoming and quick. They helped when I had a question and were very quick for arrival and departure process. I will come back when I will be back in Montreal.

I'm not sure how this hotel has this high rate! We waited 45 minutes in line to check in! Yes 45 minutes!! in a 2 bedroom, only 1 half-used toilet paper. No plastic bag in bathroom garbage bin. Access card for elevator didn't work properly, always had to tap multiple times. (Restaurant was the only acceptable part)

This was the absolutely worst stay I have ever had! The beds were not comfortable and to top it off my Truck was stolen in the parking lot! The officer I gave my statement too said that he gets calls for thefts at this place at least twice a week!!! Go somewhere else!!!

For us it was a covenient location between Hudson and the West Island. There is a shopping mall with a supermarket less than 5 minutes away and the hotel is close to Ste Anne de Bellevue which has many restaurants.

The hotel itself wasn't bad but we were traveling on motorcycles and I was told from some locals that I should make sure the motorcycles are very secure because the area has a very high crime rate. Luckily there is a very large covered patio entrance in the back of the hotel and we were able to pull the bikes right up to the building so we at least felt better about that. The restaurant in the hotel was decent which was a good thing because there is nothing else near the hotel that we saw other than the highway.

An unusual experience - on arriving we saw a number of signs in the car park advising of crime in the area. When we checked in we were advised that the hotel offered the use of complimentary steering wheel locks as there had been numerous issues. The hotel itself was nice enough and we had no issues but the check in did leave us with a sense of unease about the area.

This hotel was amazing. We came in to town for a family event. The staff was very accommodating. They had an excellent small restaurant in the lobby for breakfast. Super delicious. The service staff there were amazing and so kind. My family really appreciates your hard work and dedication to providing impeccable service.

This was probably the 8th time I've stayed here - including during a profound and extended family crisis. the staff are lovely, the rooms well appointed, the location very convenient and the rates fair. I'll be back. ps: you need to work on your smoked meat sandwich. I had one on September 21 and it was God awful - inedible.
