Stayed one night. Friendly check in. Clean room. Breakfast was fresh. Only downside was side entry door was not accessible from outside. Made it difficult for loading and unloading. Location close to local restaurants and shopping.

This is a very generic and ho-hum type of experience you're not going to get anything that is exciting the pool is extremely small and in my opinion unusable the workout area is also very small but overall it was a good stay just nothing that was impressive

Wonderful location, excellent in cleanliness! No issues during my entire stay. Didn't use the pool but it was rather small- all the children in the pool were enjoying themselves immensely. Breakfast was a nice assortment of hot and cold options. Definitely would stay again.

There was a system failure whereby no keycards worked and the desk clerk had to personally accompany the guests and let them into their rooms by overriding with her key fob. She had NO help but was very gracious and efficient as she could be with so many guests in line for check in and needing to get into their rooms. In such a situation the hotel management should have provided personnel to alleviate this situation. Other than that problem, the hotel common areas were pleasant and clean. Our room was comfortable and clean.

A selling feature for this hotel choice was the pool which was closed. Thermostat buttons did not work properly, cable tv was glitchy, and the toilet was running constantly. Went out for the evening I checked in and came back around 11pm to no parking, as if the room count and parking spaces don’t coordinate. Had to park in the hotel next door parking lot. For the cost of the stay, these issues are unacceptable and will be looking elsewhere for future stays.

Stayed at the hotel one night. The hotel seemed clean and everything was great UNTIL my son and I developed what I thought was a rash and ended up being bedbug bites. How do I know it was there? My husband and daughter did not come on this trip and they had no bites, no rash. Even worse we had a bug hitch hike in our luggage and needed to get an exterminator and decontaminate all of our belongings. Tried several times to call the hotel to report this as I would not want this nightmare to happen to any other family. I never received a call back.

The bed linens had blood stains on them, along with torn bedspread. Called front desk and asked them to change them. After being assured they would change them while we were out, this did not happen. We called desk upon our return, and was told housekeeping was gone for the day. Complained to front desk manager at checkout, and was told we would be refunded our $50 room fee, but again, I am waiting for this to occur. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The heating/cooling unit was quite loud. Vibrated and rattled. Had to keep it off just to sleep, turn up the tv more during the day. Noise outside the room from other people running down halls. Above us stomping. But very pleasant staff 5stars for the workers.

Front desk and check in was easy. Room was nice, King, clean but the deadbolt was broken. Called front desk to report and personnel came to inspect. Moved me to another room after 40 min wait, so worked out.

Willie at the front desk was so helpful & friendly. In my opinion he is an asset to the hotel. He even provided take out recommendations that included his preferences. Super helpful! Super friendly! We were meeting other family there & he was tremendous at re-working the preassigned rooms to allow us to be on the same floor. And did it all with a smile while the phone kept ringing & he was training a new employee.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights; room was not cleaned the entire time we were there; trash cans over filled, dirty towels piled up etc. I had to call two days in a row to provide us clean towels and pick up the dirty ones. In our first request, I had to call twice ( one hour after the first one because noone came); the person who picked up the phone, who seems to be the manager, was not happy that I called for a second time, he angirily said 'I told you I am the only one on the desk, I will be bring it', he hang up the phone on me while I was on the line. In our second request, we waited for hours and no clean towels; so we decided not to call again because of the bad experience from the prior night. This hotel neither provides lotion nor refill shampoo, body wash or conditioner during a stay. Overall this hotel fails in so many ways one would expect basic services from a typical hotel.

We checked in on a Saturday night, and found a hoodie and used socks in our room. The sink backed up, which they didn't come to fix until our second complaint on Tuesday, and the curtains were off their rails, which of course they thought we did (we did not). When we reported the issues to staff, we had to interrupt her personal calls on her cell phone. Room service was pleasant the first day, but day 2 they didn't even make the beds, just laid the sheets back on top of the beds. Took our dirty towels, but didn't leave new ones. Twice we had to go back down to get the towels we needed. Lastly, despite us having booked through Tuesday night, we were told the hotel was fully booked that night, and that our stuff was behind the counter for when we returned. Thankfully, they let me back into the room to ensure morning was left behind, because they were not very thorough in checking the room. It turned out to be Hotels.com's fault for the missing night, but the hotel's lack of communication led to a huge, stressful problem that caused our trip to end early. The hotel is reasonably clean, but the staff and service is AWFUL. When we return, we will be staying anywhere but here.

I booked a room for my mother and when she arrived the front desk had difficulties finding her reservation, this was due to the fact that hotels.com does not show them the info of the person you listed but rather the name you have on your hotels.com account. I had to get on the phone with the staff to try to remedy the issue and the guy was so so rude and was yelling and talking down to me and my mom. I understand he couldnt find the reservation due to the name mix up it does not warrant being rude and loud to the costumer. I was shoked b the level of rudness the staff showed. My mom said the room was fine but breakfast was not good and coffee was not good quality. Very disappointed . I do not recommend

The property was okay, front lobby and spaces were well maintained. We stayed over a weekend and when we checked in on Friday the shampoos & body wash were not refilled. We requested a refill the following day, but were told cleaning services are not available. Hotels I've stayed at in the past would refresh towels at minimum, but our old towels were still in the bathroom. Breakfast was also very mediocre. Not many options at all. Again I've stayed at similar hotels and have experienced much better breakfasts..

Good location with easy access to the highway. Rooms are fine and the bed is comfortable. A room safe would be nice. Breakfast was adequate, except for the processed eggs which looked pretty disgusting. Our room wasn't cleaned the first night, but we were only there for the weekend so it wasn't a big deal. Really no major complaints. A nice hotel that we've stayed at before and would stay at again.

It was an okay experience. I was disappointed that they closed the breakfast area 50 minutes early @10:15 rather than the posted time of 11:00. I thought that you needed to know this. I never got to get the breakfast that I wanted that day because they closed it early. I was not the only customer that felt wronged. Seriously, someone needs to talk with them about it. They should be accommodating to the customers and not cold towards them. Thank you. Also…. They were installing new carpet and that made it inconvenient in the computer/copier area. Everything was in the way and I needed to check information on the computer and make a few copies. Sorry, I honestly don’t like to complain, but you asked.

We stayed for 5 days and the first day we checked in i wish they would have told me that there was going to be work done at the property and the breafast would be shut down there breakfast contains water, banana,muffin coffee for 3 out of the 5 days then the pool had so much chemicals in it my grandsons skin had bad red marks all over him and the ventilation was horrible the chemicals were burning our eyes so that was out then the workout room was also closed because they put all the materials in there from working on painting so no after traveling 3000 miles thinking i was staying at a nice hotel with all these wonderful amenities that i paid for .this was a very big disappointment the only thing i can take away from this hotel is the staff was extremely nice i also left a very clean room
