Easy access with restaurant. Maintenance issues, faulty lights, bathroom wall panels not fastened to wall, shower head needed cleaning and extractor fan needed cleaning to which made it very noisy. Trucks parked outside made huge amount of noise on start up early in the morning.

Room was comfortable, however the cleaning staff need to do a better job. Cups in cupboard were dirty, one with "crusty" stuff all on inside, shower/bath screen and walls had not been cleaned and windows on sliding door covered in greasy fingerprints.

In general the unit was ok. BUT the there was mold around the windows and dust on top of anything it could collect on. Even the heaters were very dusty. Beds badly made. Sheets weren't even tucked in properly & blanket half way down bed almost. But kitchen shower & toilet were all clean

It’s a no-frills type of motel but it’s very budget friendly and offers clean spacious rooms with comfy beds, hot showers, and free parking while being only about a 10min drive to the CBD. Nice clean comfortable rooms and great service from staff only negative was the room had a night store wall heater on a timer which wasn’t efficient enough to keep the big room warm and you couldn’t pre heat it…the temps were 3-5 degrees so I was wearing my jacket in the room sadly

We needed a clean place close to the airport for one night . This place was very clean and offered a pub and a restaurant. We enjoyed great pub meal and adult beverage before we got comfortable in our room. Staff at the pub were really friendly and helpful. ( they helped us to check in)

This is an old school motel. Nothing flash but all the basics of a hotel room is there. Quiet location in a residential area opposite the racecourse was great. Traditional sports bar and restraunt on site also makes it worthwhile.
