Recomiendo el lugar no más tienen que tomar en cuenta que está de subida y en Guanajuato el subir para bajar restaurantes y al centro si es algo complicado más bien cansado y algo muy importante si vas en coche la verdad sí es muy difícil meter el coche para su estacionamiento debido a que solo hay una calle muy angosta que entra y tienes que subir así que si tu coche no tiene una buena aceleración no va a poder subir es más un hotel para llegar a pie de ahí está muy bien ubicado para llegar a cualquier parte y tiene una Vista Hermosa

This is at the very top of hill. Using the gps to get to this location will not do good because does not work. With un 7 minutes walk you can be at the downtown goi g down but to get back give your self at least 20 minutes and many rest stops.

L’hôtel applique une politique zéro alcool et il est donc interdit de posséder ou consommer d’alcool dans votre chambre privative!!! Nous avons refusé cette règle car elle était pas indiquée ni disponible dans l’application expedia. Nous avons contacté Expedia et sommes partis! Le personnel nous a informé qu’ils autorisaient la cancellation avec remboursement mais que cela devait être traité par un autre département le lundi. L’hôtel a par la suite refusé le remboursement et nous avons donc du payer l’hôtel non utilisé plus un autre hotel de remplacement. Il est pas non plus indiqué que le chemin pour arriver à l’hôtel en voiture est très difficile et non sécuritaire! Il est aussi indiqué que c’est une entrée sans escaliers mais seul le lobby est sans escalier, il faut prendre des escaliers pour se rendre aux chambres! Plusieurs informations manquantes ou fausses! Je ne suis pas difficile sur les hébergements mais sincèrement ceux-ci ont étés malhonnêtes envers nous!

If youre considering taking a rental car do not take this hotel its really hard to get to it. Hills kind of steep and obviously (callejones) meaning street its going to be really narrow. So you mught damage the car. We saw it happen while we were there. The only good thing abiut this hotel was the view of the city. Some taxis wont go all the way up so if you have big luggage good luck carrying it up the hills lol. I say just get a hotel thats more accessible and closer to downtown.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean. But the restroom smelled really bad and you couldnt open the window because it was facing the walk way. No air conditioning and one of the beds was really hard felt like sleeping on a board. It is walking distance to Pipila which was a plus. Also had onsite parking which was really nice.

Nos tocó la mala suerte de una habitación con vista a una pared. No veíamos nada de calle ni nada. Es muy complicado llegar en carro manejando si no tienes muchísimas habilidades de conducción debido a lo estrechas y pequeñas que son las calles para llegar. El internet no llega a la habitación ni tampoco funcionaba la TV. Fuera de eso, el personal muy atento 24/7, limpio y todo perfecto

Es una propiedad de acceso dificil La limpieza de baños es bastante mala, la regadera demasiado llena de salitre, sale el agua por todos lados menos donde se debe, aparte te amenazan con cobrarte las manchas de los blancos y toallas. No tienen restaurante ni opciones de comida y te prohíben a la llegada el consumo de bebidas en las habitaciones, Las camas demasiado viejas y los colchones muy desgastados... Invitado a NO REGRESAR

The views AMAZING! We rented 3 rooms altogether and room 8 smelled of mildew and so did the towels in that room. The walk to downtown is a good workout! The staff very nice.

Bonita vista de alojamiento a la ciudad, buen trato del personal muy amables y atentos ya que cuando me quedé sin agua caliente me resolvieron el problema rápido, solo que un detalle en cuanto a los blancos note que a un usuario al dejar la habitación se le cobro algunas imperfecciones y que él mismo comentaba que ya estaban y tenía razón por qué varias toallas ya estaban en mal estado por lo menos en mi alojamiento por lo que tomé la decisión de no usarlas para evitar problemas al final de mi estancia y preferí seguir usando mi toalla que llevaba y efectivamente no tuve problemas al cierre. Gracias!!

Highest hotel at the very top of the mountain. Not very accessible by foot unless you're ok with a very steep hike into town. I was traveling with a baby and thought I could take a nice walk into town and that was nearly impossible with a stroller as the sidewalks are not wide enough for strollers and the only way down is primarily through sets of really steep stairs. The hotel was very clean but not very modern. The mattresses were awful. You can almost see the permanent indent of bodies that have laid there. The view was spectacular. The front desk were very friendly. My least favorite part was how out of reach the hotel was from the downtown area.

Hotel comodo y con una excelente vista. No cuenta con clima pero es manejable con el ventilador que esta en la habitacion. Ligeramente complicado el acceso pero vale la pena. El personal muy amable, todo bien durante la estadia.

La habitación estaba excelente, muy amplia, con una vista estupenda, pero tenía muy pocos muebles. Recomendaría que, para maximizar la experiencia de los huéspedes, poner muebles para poder guardar la ropa y agregar puertas al closet.

Check in was a nightmare. We sent a sales representative to the hotel and the reservation was paid by the director of the company. We had to talk by phone up to 3 times, send multiple whatsapps and copies of the card and personal information of the company`s director.

Reconozco que el trabajo del personal es excelente muy muy educados y mucha calidez por parte del personal,,, lo que me dejó mal sabor de boca es la ubicación del Hotel está muy incómodo llegar y siento que está muy incomunicado a los servicos,,, ví algunos hoteles más céntricos y con un precio más comodo, otro aspecto que no me parece bueno es que de cortesía solo una botella de agua,, caray por la ubicacion del Hotel y el precio considero que debería tener más concesiones y lamentablemente esto deja ante mis ojos a Trivago como un mal recomendaron de servicos.

El servicio desde antes de mi estancia fue muy bueno, un gran seguimiento de mi reservación. El check in fue rápido, los empleados muy atentos, nos supieron ubicar bastante bien. Nos indicaron rutas rápidas a pie lo cual era importante para nosotros. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y limpias, me parece que está bastante cerca del centro, algo que también buscábamos, es un gran hotel. La vista es espectacular en la noche!

Highest hotel at the very top of the mountain. Not very accessible by foot unless you're ok with a very steep hike into town. I was traveling with a baby and thought I could take a nice walk into town and that was nearly impossible with a stroller as the sidewalks are not wide enough for strollers and the only way down is primarily through sets of really steep stairs. The hotel was very clean but not very modern. The mattresses were awful. You can almost see the permanent indent of bodies that have laid there. The view was spectacular. The front desk were very friendly. My least favorite part was how out of reach the hotel was from the downtown area.

Las fotos son engañosas, las camas aguadas, el ventilador no funcionaba adecuadamente y no pudieron proporcionarnos otro estando a 30 grados, pésima ventilación, te están hostigando antes de llegar que mandes foto de tarjeta de crédito e ine cuando jamás me habían solicitado eso, mentira que el acceso al centro es a 10 min caminando, al salir pésimas formas de decirte que no te puedes ir hasta que revisen, cuando lo único que te dan es un control y 2 toallas, el internet no funcionaba. En general jamás volvería.

Nos tocó la mala suerte de una habitación con vista a una pared. No veíamos nada de calle ni nada. Es muy complicado llegar en carro manejando si no tienes muchísimas habilidades de conducción debido a lo estrechas y pequeñas que son las calles para llegar. El internet no llega a la habitación ni tampoco funcionaba la TV. Fuera de eso, el personal muy atento 24/7, limpio y todo perfecto

Recomiendo el lugar no más tienen que tomar en cuenta que está de subida y en Guanajuato el subir para bajar restaurantes y al centro si es algo complicado más bien cansado y algo muy importante si vas en coche la verdad sí es muy difícil meter el coche para su estacionamiento debido a que solo hay una calle muy angosta que entra y tienes que subir así que si tu coche no tiene una buena aceleración no va a poder subir es más un hotel para llegar a pie de ahí está muy bien ubicado para llegar a cualquier parte y tiene una Vista Hermosa

This is at the very top of hill. Using the gps to get to this location will not do good because does not work. With un 7 minutes walk you can be at the downtown goi g down but to get back give your self at least 20 minutes and many rest stops.

If youre considering taking a rental car do not take this hotel its really hard to get to it. Hills kind of steep and obviously (callejones) meaning street its going to be really narrow. So you mught damage the car. We saw it happen while we were there. The only good thing abiut this hotel was the view of the city. Some taxis wont go all the way up so if you have big luggage good luck carrying it up the hills lol. I say just get a hotel thats more accessible and closer to downtown.

Es una propiedad de acceso dificil La limpieza de baños es bastante mala, la regadera demasiado llena de salitre, sale el agua por todos lados menos donde se debe, aparte te amenazan con cobrarte las manchas de los blancos y toallas. Room was nothing like pictures. Mold on shower curtain, mold on bathroom window. All amenities were miles away. Stair way to go down to the city was not easy. First day we were told by staff to take the steps that residents take vs the steps that are located on hotel premises which are much safer than the neighborhood steps.
