Everything was excellent. Unfortunately the rooftop pool wasn’t open which the staff did warn us about beforehand. Great location for the Manchester marathon!

We had mixed feelings about our stay at King Street Townhouse. On the plus side, the room was lovely—beautifully designed, comfortable, and exactly the high standard you’d expect from a boutique hotel. However, the main reason we booked was for the rooftop infinity pool, which was out of action during our stay. Given this is the hotel’s flagship feature, it was a massive letdown. What made it worse was that no goodwill gesture or compensation was offered for the inconvenience.
