NO HOT WATER ALL WEEK! upon check in I asked if there was Hot Water since my wife saw reviews that said there was not. The unprofessional staff at the front desk said there was, but lied. horrible experience and will never return.

Hot water was not working. Was lukewarm at its best. Problem was not solved. Breakfast was one of the worst ever. Pancake machine was broken, biscuits were burnt both days, eggs were infused with brown chunks from being stuck to the chafing dish. The response we received when we mentioned these was "sorry "
