Cleanest place I may have ever stayed. Decor was beautiful. Room so spacious First time in Mobile but if I ever come back this will be where I stay for sure. Top notch And breakfast was quick and delicious in the restaurant on property.

Front desk, and housekeeping were very friendly. Woman at the bar was not so friendly. I understand not being able to bring outside drinks in the bar area. We were not aware and were rudely told we couldn’t have our drinks. Totally understand the policy. Do not understand the need to be rude.

We liked that we were two blocks walking from the Saenger Theatre. What we were disappointed in that we had to pay $20 a night to park in the hotel parking lot and pay inflated price for breakfast and supper in a "friendly" restaurant and bar.

Clean and convenient. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean, smelled pleasant and beds were comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to highways. Easy walk to get food, noce park across the street. The free washer and dryer was a plus!

It was wonderful. We were there for our 35 wedding anniversary and every one was so kind. The room was amazing. We had a suite overlooking Bienville Square(the park across the street). It was really beautiful. I would stay here again and it was well worth the money.

Nice hotel, loved our king suite room with back y overlooking the park. Only complaint is the sheets and duvet comforter are scratchy and the bed is very uncomfortable (VERY FIRM). My husband and I both woke up with back, hip, and shoulder pain.

The hotel we stayed in was great! Everything we needed. However, we booked through Expedia and when we got there Hilton didn’t have our reservation. They called Expedia and they saw where we booked it but had no idea why the reservation wasn’t in the Hilton system. Luckily, the Hilton had a room just like what we wanted available and we were able to get it directly from Hilton at an even cheaper price. We are never using Expedia again, from now own we are calling the hotel directly. It would have been really bad if Hilton had not had a room!

Everyone was amazing. i only stayed one night (I was alone), but they made me feel so much at home. I was so tired when i got there and they let me check in early, which gave me time to rest. When I wanted to go out later, they were so helpful. I felt like they were looking out for me. which gave me a secure feeling. Thanks to them for making my solo trip feel comfy.

Visited Mobile for a cheerleading competition at the convention center, which is about a 5 minute walk. The property was extremely clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It is located across the street from a beautiful park. The property has a lot of restaurants walking distance. I highly recommend the Loda Bier Garten for a fantastic burger.
