We have stayed at this property several times previously, and knew what to expect. We return because we love the location and the accommodations.

Property was booked 9 months in advance as we have stayed her past 5 years. This was a 2 week stay that we were told only 1 day before that there would be no elevator available. We could not change our plans and had to walk 8 flights of stairs all day long in a warm stairwell. With luggage and grandchildren this was horrible conditions. The shower was clogged for the first 4 days … unusable clog… and day after day said would send someone but nothing tillTuesday. Ceiling fan was removed in living roomPrior to our arrival and wires left hanging from the ceiling entire visit. Old fan was just left in the outside balcony. Could not walk barefoot in the condo or your feet would be black from filth. We have stayed here many years and this was u unacceptable for the price we paid for 2 weeks. Very disappointed as no one has reached out for any refunded compensation even with all our issues.

The view was great. The condo was beautiful. BUT no elevator service on the fourth floor condo was not feasible and destroyed my good time. Although I realize this was not the host problem it should have been the host problem. I still expect compensation monetarily for having to walk up four flights every day every time we went out. The shower drain in the master bathroom would not drain. There was no ceiling fan in the living room room. There was bare wires hanging down. The kitchen sink faucet would not go on sometimes, and you kept having to mess with it. When I called Vrbo to to complain about it my wait time was always over 35 minutes, which was not acceptable and it was with someone from another country. I have a hard time understanding accents. Expect more monetary compensation for what we went through.

Beautiful views, and the screened in porch was great for sitting and enjoying the ocean. Would definitely come back to this VRBO.
