Local du PDJ un peu petit et peu chauffé. Du vrai pain à la place du pain industriel pré coupé serait un plus. Pour le personnel, la chambre et le personnel c’est top. Avoir un parking est vraiment appréciable et l’arrêt de bus à proximité pour aller à Como est très pratique.

Good place, but soI won’t say this is a bad place, I just don’t understand why there is no normal passage, one passage is only for the disabled, I just don’t understand who they don’t respect, enters through an uneven road, to the reception through a disability ramp, and lift to the rooms only through degrees ,they did for the disabled only until the reception????,

I booked this last minute based on the reviews. I agree the hotel room is surprising nice, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. When we arrived, the outside lights were not working and it was dark so it seemed a little sketchy since it was my first time seeing the place. The staff was super friendly and explained why it was so dark outside. Once inside the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was really good too. I would stay here again.

Kamer was schoon, bed goed. Erg warm op de kamer en verwarming reageerde niet op thermostaat. Erg gehorige gebouw. Alle geliiden van de naastgelegen kamer duidelijk hoorbaar inclusief geblaf van hond. Op de gang liggen tegels en ieder geluidje dringt door tot op de kamer. Oordoppen absolute noodzaak voor enige nachtrust. Hotel ligt buiten het toeristiscbe deel van Como. Niet veelte doen in omgeving.

Das Personal vor Ort war sehr nett auch das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Was aber der totale Horror ist, ist das Management des Hotels. Wir hatten irrtümlicherweise 2 Zimmer reserviert, benötigten aber nur 1 Zimmer. Als wir dies vor Ort klären wollten, sah es ganz gut aus. Ebenfalls auch Hotels.com hat uns versichert, dies sollte kein Problem sein. Dann der Schock, das Management verweigerte uns die Rückerstattung. Nach direkter mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hotel, dann nochmals der Schock: es war nicht der Fehler des Hotels, keine Rückerstattung. Fakt: obwohl es keine Benutzung des 2. Zimmers gab, keine Rückerstattung. Eine solche bodenlose Frechheit haben wir noch nie erlebt, was ist das für eine Handhabung eines Hotelsmanagents, null Kundenfreundlichkeit. So sollte man ein solches Problem nie lösen. Nie mehr werden wir diese Hotelkette berücksichtigen. Hier wurde einfaches alles falsch gemacht.

Das Bett war meiner Frau zu hart. Für mich war es gut. Frühstück war ein klassisches Hotel Frühstück, Mit billiges ungesunden Zutaten. Haben aber für die eine Nacht auch nicht mehr erwartet. Das Personal am Check in war super nett und professionell. Die zwei Baustellen Häuser zwischen den zwei Hotelhäusern geben kein schönes Bild für die Unterkunft ab.

Great place to stay, quiet area. Nice little cafe on the corner. Bus drop off right in front of hotel. If you don’t have a car there’s not much to walk to. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that we were supposed to get a balcony room & we got a little patio out back that was not very comfortable to sit on. Breakfast was perfect

This was an absolute DISASTER of a hotel. It is located miles outside of the city and even the taxis will not serve you there. We had to figure out public transport and couldn't even stay in town in the evening. The Hotel is literally a building site and I am not sure if they are putting it up or taking it down. They locked the gates at night and there was no one from 8pm until 7 the following morning if anything went wrong. The people were nice enough, but really terrible.

Wasn’t aware of the construction work going on before our stay - the whole place looks partially built and deserted. Staff were lovely but the whole place looked run down and didn’t feel that safe. Miles away from the centre - make sure you have a car!
