Property is run down. Staff are not dress to impress. Iron damaged my shirt and needs to be replaced. No breakfast/coffee at 7 am. Property lights is dim and needs bulb replacements. Train goes by every hour and is loud. You get what you pay. Overall, needs a major TLC.

The property badly needs a facelift. The shower area was moldy. Barking dog at 6:30am. The indoor pool was not opened as advertised because it looked like a swamp pond that appeared not be open in the future.The staff lady was polite and helpful

They advertised a pool. It was green. The front desk had to be called by a phone and acted like we were interrupting him. When the key wouldn\'t work, he just told us on the phone it was our fault because it "can\'t be too fast or too slow" and let us figure out that on our own. I am not sure how he has a job. Even if the room would have been perfect, I would never stay there again because of his attitude. However, the rooms were far from perfect. The room had mop boards broken & bent back. No caulk around tub and shower. The chair and carpet were stained, and I wasn\'t sure of the cleaning. The grill on the heater looked like it had grit all over it. The refrigerator had a leg missing. The one light was unplugged. If it hadn\'t been so late and I was so exhausted, I would have checked out as soon as I checked in. We left at 4:30 a.m. because I couldn\'t rest. We chose this through your website because it had such a high rating of satisfaction. Wow, was that a lie!!! I hope Hotels.com does some investigating into their ratings. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It shouldn\'t even be a choice for your guests!

There was no one at the reception desk when we arrived. He had gone out to run errands. The room was very dark. Only 2 bulbs burning over the bathroom sink. Old carpeting. Price was cheap though.

This place is a dump! Terrible parking too. Old, rundown facilities. Roach motel! Check-in & check-out are next door at the Days Inn which might be a better choice.

TV didn't work. Phone didn't work. No one was available at front desk. Area was too dark.

No one at front desk, there is a phone to call for check in. The heater was not working properly in our room, and the bathroom door latch was broken. Callled front desk , thankfully had another room available. Moved to that room which did not have a coffee maker. Coffee is available in the lobby, but it is terrible and had to call for cream and sugar. Bathtub had a patch over a large crack which we only noticed after waiting for 5 minutes for the water to get hot! There are repair patches in the ceiling of both rooms. Outside all the screens on the upper rooms were torn. The pool was closed. We ended up only staying one night instead of two after listening to the couple above us scream and bang around half the night. Definitely will not stay here again!

I didn't like the swimming pool area it was disgusting and water was green

Pool was closed, no elevator and my bed had stains on it.

Pool was not heated and too much chlorine. Made our nostrils hurt. Towels were not available for our next day stay. Continental breakfast was not available. Nor COFFEE.

This hotel is beyond disgusting. The room is filthy, no maid service at all within the 4 days we were there. The hotel manager keeps the lobby locked and is never there. You’re told to go next door to another hotel and try to get them to handle it. The area is extremely run down. I understand this may be a new venture for the Knights Inn and perhaps they’ve put bought the hotel from someone else. But this was foul. It did not feel safe whatsoever.

What a cluster! Expedia site said this Travelodge was pet friendly. When I received check in email, it showed I would be fined $250 if I brought a dog on the property. The lady at the desk (very nice) clarified this was just an error. Property looks more like skidrow. Man in parking lot at 6am asked if we had any beer. Noise from next door, people talking in parking lot, and train every 20-30 min made sleeping difficult. Tables in room were dirty. Tile coming up off the floor. Carpet was thilthy. If I had seen the property before reserving while on the road, we most definitely would NOT have stayed here.

Disgusting towels had brown water stains with chunks of something in it the floors were filthy and after the shower i walked to the bed and had to get socks and wash my feet again after wiping the dirt off my feet It was very uncomfortable and we booked out as fast as we could

Overall this was a really nice stay considering the price point. The only thing that could have been better is the carpet needed a good cleaning and there was no breakfast or coffee. This definitely wasn’t a deal breaker as everything else was good! I would definitely stay here again!

Shower door was a cheap plastic curtain and there was trash under the beds. Only stayed for a while and decided to keep driving.

I didn’t stay, the room was dingy and gross. I turned around and left after walking in. Obviously hotels.com has no standards on who they let on the site for bookings!

They need to learn how to clean.

Very quiet and clean and working nights even quiet during the day

I liked the cleanliness of the room but when the door was locked you could see all the way through to the hallway all the way around the frame. Made me feel exposed

The attendant was very friendly and nice, however it was just one of the rooms we had, the cooler/ac did not work so the room was warm

Doorlock was busted. Could see through the crack in the door. Drywall patches unpainted, red stuff (blood from people shooting up) on the ceiling above the bed. Ac unit one temp and loud. Owner was rude to everyone he dealt with while i was there. Then when Expedia called him about my over charge, he said he had to ask his manager! They are liars and know how to play expedia to their advantage. I got charged $20 extra for using Expedia with no refund. Butt they told expedia that it was for towel deposit. Not cool.

Cheap but decent. Didnt fe unclean and rooms were big. Not new by any means, but the price and location was right! On route 66!

Very comfy bed with all required equipments: Microwave, Fridge, Closet, Bathroom; facilities for cleaning clothes.

When i got there at 6 pm,no one was there to check us in. I had to leave to another hotel cross the street to keep myself warm.

I arrived late at night on a road trip, after booking on Expedia. The owner of the establishment was apparently out of town and left the employees with NO WAY TO CHECK IN CUSTOMERS. So instead of staying here, i had to pay AGAIN for a room at the Days Inn they own next door. Worst experience. Lost the money on the room I never even got a key or checked in for and then paid MORE for an equivalent room. Do NOT go here if you want a guaranteed place to stay on a budget. I cannot give them few enough stars for this stressful experience 14 hours from home.

The front desk was not manned, and we failed to check-in. The door was open, allowing strangers to enter.

The owner was so kind & helpful to me. I was traveling cross country & so exhausted from driving all night. He allowed me to check in when they opened in the morning @ 7am instead of waiting until 3pm for reg check in time (Note: The lobby is closed for check-in between 11pm & 7am) & then let me pay the extra $10/hr after 11am checkout time to sleep longer till 3:00 but when I decided I needed more rest before hitting the road again he only charged me for the difference between the $10/hr of $40 @ 3pm to the full nightly rate instead of charging the whole amt of both. It's not your fancy or regular chain hotel but if you want someone who treats you kindly & works w/ your needs I definitely recommend Thank you so much Lori

Check in was quick and easy. Loved how nice the worker was. The room I got this time was perfect because it was downstairs.

I had informed property of my planned very late arrival but the office was locked when I did arrive around midnight. Needed to go to adjacent property to check in. There was confusion finding a key to my room although my reservation was made a week in advance. Basic room was clean and comfortable and grab-and-go breakfast was available at checkout.

Had a great night rest. Quick check-in. friendly staff. Hot Shower.

We were driving from Michigan to Arizona, long drive! After 20hrs of driving we booked this room, went to check in and there was nobody working there! A phone was left on the counter, dialed 0 it just rang the attendant never answered! Called the other number for customer service it happened to be a co-worker at the super 8 down the street, they sent us there to get a room…. The lady was rude, and looked like I just woke her up! The hotel itself was a old, dirty, and definitely not worth what they are charging per room! I will never stay or even think about booking with this company again! I should have just slept in my truck!

Management wasn’t at desk, gentleman not friendly at all. Would never recommend or stay there. Took one look and left again charged for all three days that I never used. Very unhappy NEVER Again

The motel itself was good. The road conditions are awful around the area. There is plenty of food places but you will have to drive to them.

It’s was disgusting!! Outdated and ghetto!! Pictures on the site are not even close to what the property looks like. I pulled and just looking from my car, I felt unsafe and did not want to get out. There was trash and empty beer bottles in the parking lot and smelled like urine. I had had my windows down and smell was strong. Would never recommend staying there. Take down the pictures for this property and put the real pictures up.

Peace and quiet.

First the staff at the days inn where we had to check in were lovely and hard working. The hotel is half abandoned in a weird neighborhood in Gallup, no check in or check out except at the hotel nexrt door, dirty room, dead bug on the bed, paint peeling, thin and uncomfortable single sheet to sleep, and I felt unsafe like we should jam the door. It was pretty loud from both the train and hwy sound, glad we didnt have anyone on either side. Breakfast wasn't set up, again not at our hotel either, and there was only a prepacked take away bag ready. Ok price, but very sketchy with 2 kids and not a comfortable stay or process. Again, not at all the fault of the staff who was managing 2 hotel properties seemingly overnight and on his own.

There was no breakfast. The train went past several times per hour quite loud. The ice was built up very heavy in front of doors.
