We had a great stay at Hotel Glance! The location in historical Florence is unbeatable—just steps away from Mercato Centrale, San Lorenzo Market, delicious eateries, and major museums and attractions. The rooftop pool and bar were top-notch, and the complimentary breakfast was always fresh and delicious. We also loved that the staff could book taxis in advance for our arrivals and excursions. The only drawback was getting back to the hotel after a night out. Finding a taxi took over 40 minutes, and calling the provided cab numbers resulted in frequent disconnects and canceled rides, which was quite stressful for travelers unfamiliar with the area. More assistance or guidance on late-night transit would be a huge help. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
