We had an outdoor opening and it was chilly air coming in around the door. We were discouraged from enjoying the hot tub because we had to go outside to go inside to the pool area. Then would be wet on the return.

The room was not ready when we checked in at 4pm. Housekeeping asked us to give them 20 mins. We left and came back, wait was a total of 35 minutes. The Shower when they left was FULL of black hair in and on the curtain and the shower floor. The "Hot Tub" was barely warm and the pool was not clear at all. The Room was good, with great accessibility options, and small kitchen area. Was disappointed in the rest. Really was looking forward to the hot tub! Next time, we will stay on the West side of the Springs!

Room is clean, however the A/C does not work very well. Our room was comfortable but if it were warmer outside it would not be. Parking was not very accommodating for our room not enough spaces for the amount of rooms and the room was difficult to find.

Our sliding door in our room was broken and came off completely, almost falling on us. The elevators did not work during part of our stay, and when they did, they were crazy slow for just 3 floors.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very nice stay. The hotel is very clean all the way around. The bed was very comfortable, the fitness center was clean and had the basics. Our only complaint was that the hot tub was down for maintenance the whole time we were there and that was the major factor in why we picked this hotel. Overall though, great place, great stay!

My husband had knee surgery so we stayed here the night before and I stayed the night of surgery. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub jets weren’t working but went back to our room to just chill and get to sleep early since we had to get up so early anyway. The fridge in our room was extremely loud with a rattle. Husband tried to get it to stop. Next night it was just myself and after a long day I just needed a place to sleep. That darn fridge wouldn’t stop so I got up in the middle of the night to unplug it. Problem solved. Breakfast was very decent. Overall I would definitely stay here again and just hope for a better fridge but it’s a great place and so close to the hospital.

Although very newly constructed, many bathroom fixtures were crooked or loose. There wasn't sufficient hot water later in the morning to have a warm shower. The outlets on the light fixtures only barely functioned to recharge tech devices. Without a rug, the vinyl flooring makes the rooms feel cold and echoey. The rolling table in our room was assembled incorrectly and the wheels either scratched the floor or fell off when it was moved. The pool and the hot tub were murky, as though not properly treated. The staff was stern and many were unwelcoming. I will not be coming back to this location.

Very nice that it had a full refrigerator & kitchen. Utensils were dirty & couldn’t be used unless I cleaned them. There was a full sized dishwasher, too. When I arrived (staying 2 nights) someone had cooked fish or brought it in to eat. It smelled up the entire hall, even into my room. Otherwise, it was very nice.

Wow ! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Extremely clean, very comfortable mattresses and bedding, hot water with excellent pressure, great breakfast and good coffee, and quiet . We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette, and there is a grocery store within eyesight , so making lunch or an easy dinner was great. There are many food choices in the area. We plan on staying here again, without question.

Couch was super uncomfortable. When we got ready to eat there was one plate and one saucer. We had brought food with us. But there was only one small pan so we had to go get food at a restaurant and bring it back to the room. They need to restock the room especially if one is going to stay for longer than one night. Front desk was very friendly. If you are staying here the Big Dog BBQ is an excellent place to eat.(we brought ours back to the room) the TV was large but you couldn’t see what shows were playing as every station said no information available. Walk in shower was fabulous. There was no dish soap to wash the dishes either liquid or for the dishwasher. Over all I rate it between a 7-8.

we arrived 9/19 at 3 pm hoping to get an early room.. we were told to come back at 4pm the actual check in time… the lobby was packed and finally desk clerk said rooms were still being cleaned.. we didn’t get into our room until 5:22! After that everything was good…

The property was clean and up to date. The rooms were cold however. There is a gap under the door (to outside) that let in quite a draft. The cleaning person cleaned room and did not replace the towels. This was a mainstay with kitchenette. There we re no silverwear or soap and towels to clean the dishes. Great location. Close to stores and restaurants.

No convenient pet relief areas on property. For those traveling with pets be prepared to be placed on the 2nd floor and ultimately walking quite a distance because the building itself is surrounded by gravel only. You have to go to the few small grass patches near the King Sooper store, just to allow your pet to potty. However watch out for all the many piles of poop already left behind my other irresponsible dog owners who dont pick up after their dogs. This hotel is very inconvenient for those who may be older, have mobility issues or disabilities that warrant usage of the available handicap parking stalls for shorter distance walks but are traveling with a pet. Breakfast was standard continental/convenient foods. Bacon was paper thin and limp like a wet noodle, eggs were mushy. Juices and coffee were fine. The shower handle in the room i was in kept falling off the wall. There were eating utensils (except forks), cups, plates and a couple pans to use. The rooms were nice and spacious, and located to near stores and food places, but in my opinion after everything else was not worth the price per night on top of the extra daily pet fee.
