Excellent location, room and breakfast value

I’m rating this property excellent but I sure hope management reads the reviews. There were actually a couple of issues that troubled my party but overall it really is a good property. The valet parking was not adequately staffed for most of the stay. The gentleman who helped my half of my group on arrival mid Friday afternoon was excellent! So helpful with me and my Mom in. Wheelchair! I think his name was Jay ? Maybe? Top notch guy! The gentleman who helped us leave on Monday was just as good! Savannah at the front desk was so helpful and in room dining agent could not have been more pleasant! There was a wedding reception and a formal event on Saturday night and the parking was an absolute nightmare with what we understood had only one valet?? ONE? In room dining wasn’t available Saturday morning we were told because the person who does it Didn’t show up?? You have one person and no backup???? Pool didn’t have towels regularly?? Anyway—it really is more positive than negative but management and planning needs to re-evaluate.

The breakfast was cold…eggs cold and French toast cold. Yogurt was great as well as toppings juices and coffee. Next time I would forgo the breakfast and eat out….

Great weekend getaway with the wife. Enjoyed our stay. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Will definitely be back 👌
