Our air conditioning went out and i needed somewhere for my 3 kids and 2 dogs. Found this place last second and glad i booked it. They even have a grassy area nearby to walk the pets. Pool was nice but a little too warm which the hotel cant do anything about and the hottub was nice. Complimentary breakfast was diverse enough for my kids. The only 2 things i could think of that could be negative is: only 1 elevator in the place so if you cant do stairs keep that in mind and the showers are like warm or scalding hot haha couldnt get cold water in the shower.

The rooms are spacious. The lobby is set up in a way that allows for large groups, and the barbecue area next to the pool and hot tub is a nice touch. The selection of food at breakfast was good, and there is a kitchenette in each room in case you don’t want to go out for every meal. Also, the fitness room and guest laundry are open 24 hours a day. My mother is in a wheelchair, and her accessible room was excellent. There are lifts for both the pool and the hot tub. My entire family enjoyed our stay at the property. Thank you so much.

The hotel was fine. We've stayed there before when visiting family. The included breakfast was limited but generally edible, which is pretty much what you expect at this price point. What we did not expect however was that we were asked to pay $15 per night to park in an unrestricted lot in the middle of nowhere in Chandler AZ where there was no shortage of parking spaces and no reasonable person would arrive at this hotel via ride-share. The company "providing" this "service" was PMC. The "service" was announced only by a sign at the door with a QR code. The charge for parking was not disclosed on the hotels.com website nor on the hilton-hosted website for the hotel itself. We elected not to pay the "parking charge", since it was not disclosed anywhere in the rate prior to our arrival, and there were no consequences for us not paying. However there was a consequence for Hilton in that our esteem for the Hilton brand has fallen dramatically due to being confronted by this gratuitous money grab when we checked into the hotel in the evening weary after travelling all day. I understand that many hotels are doing this now. Hilton has an opportunity to be a "market leader" by stopping this kind of surprise BS and instead honestly advertising their rates and services.

No real complaints about the room, it was clean and in good condition. However, the laundry room was closed and there was some renovating going on so everything smelled like carpet glue. What I did not like is parking is nearly $20 a day for a suburban hotel on the very outskirts of town - that's just price gauging.

One of the elevators wasn’t working during our stay, so it took a while to get upstairs. Also our mattress wasn’t very firm. I would like more fresh fruit options in the breakfast, seemed things ran out if you weren’t down for food earlier.

Very nice hotel! However, we were told that our room would be cleaned after 4 days and we had to go to the front desk to get the room cleaned. The 2nd and 3rd floor ice machines were not working. When we asked about the machines we were told that people were using a lot of ice. Our stay was for 8 nights and not once did those machines work. However, the 1st floor machine did work. We were on the 3rd floor for all 8 nights. I did not appreciate being blown off!

Had late checking and unable to do keyless entry. Was not able to get Hilton stay put on my Hilton rewards for points. At check-in, lady in front of me was offered complimentary snacks upon check in and I was not. Rude! Felt the room was substandard in cleanliness, hair on sink and toilet. Broken arm chair at desk chair , food crumbs all over carpet and shoe print marks inside shower floor. Was too late to change rooms. Disappointed.

Upon arriving for check in, we were not greeted by the desk clerk. We had to say hello to her and she was not very forthcoming with information. She handed us our key cards without telling us which room and floor we were on. I had to ask where the elevators were. Every staff member we came across never greeted us or asked if we needed anything. The carpet in the hall had too many stains to count. Our room was spacious and nice, except for the stains on the carpet and the couch. I was very disappointed since this hotel looks very new. The breakfast bar was good. They had many options to choose from and it was well stocked.

Excellent Home2 faciltiies as expected from staying at many others. Breakfast was better than other Home2s I have stayed in. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, however carpets and chairs had some stains.

Paying a daily parking fee for a hotel in the suburbs is terrible, initial room had dirty kitchen appliances and utensils. Bathroom had bugs. Staff argued with me about compensation and lied to me as to their ability to provide a refund blaming the third party I booked with. Breakfast had limited variety and the eggs were always a fake looking circular patty.

There were a couple of concerns during my stay. 1. The TV never worked was advised to reset it we did that over 10 times it still never worked. 2. Seen a roach in our room. 3. Tissue and the people unable to look through the people. 4. Kids running up and down the hall for more than 20 minutes. 5. Fire alarm sounded I guess they were working on. It scared the mess out of us no message to the customers letting them know what was going on or if it was a real fire 6. Parking I think I would wanna know if I had to pay $15 a day for parking after the room is over $100 a day that is a little concerning and a shocker to most of the customers that I spoke with that were in that hotel. 7. they take way too long to refund you your deposit. 8. Garbage is always sitting in the hallway.

This Hotel is the best we’ve stayed at so far! Was a last minute find and the price was great! Check in was great , the staff was pleasant and quick. When we entered our room we were blown away! It was like a little apartment! A little kitchenette with a mini fridge, real dished , glasses, and a dishwasher . For a minute I thought I was on house hunters in Europe where they have a tiny kitchen, minus a little stove lol. The bathroom was great too, clean ! Bed and pillows were comfy and couch turned into I think a full or queen bed. Wish we were staying a few days but it was just an overnight stay. Restaurants were not even a mile away and reasonable prices. When we’re back this way in Arizona we will definitely stay here again!Breakfast was goo Belgium waffles,cereal, variety of juices oatmeal toast, coffee, scramble egg patty, sliced ham, muffins . Very impressed with this hotel, each room was identical with the kitchen suite. Will try to find same Hotel in other towns on the road.

Nice hotel. It is new and has good amenities if you are using for a longer stay, I was staying for 7 nights. Only downside is I found the bed to be very uncomfortable. Mattress seemed worn down, even though the hotel was new...which is strange.

I stayed at H2S 3 years ago, and it was perfect. This time, however, the A/C never turned off, even when I turned off the climate control at the wall. The towels were thin, the blackout shade was ripped and didn\'t fit the window, and the bed covering was a quilted mattress pad with a dust ruffle (I asked at the desk, "What is it?"). There\'s a kitchen in the room, but there were no plates, pots/pans, etc. And the hallway carpet had not been vacuumed. It\'s not cheap, so I wish visitors could get what they paid for.

I was floored when I walked into my room. It was simply amazing. Clean, warm and I loved the layout of the room. There was everything I could possibly need in one room. I thought if I were in a palce of needing a studio apartment this would be a definite 1st contender. I have paid hundreds for a room like this and this was fairly inexpensive. I know I will come back here again. Again I can't say enough, other than thank you.

There were a couple of concerns during my stay. 1. The TV never worked was advised to reset it we did that over 10 times it still never worked. 2. Seen a roach in our room. 3. Tissue and the people unable to look through the people. 4. Kids running up and down the hall for more than 20 minutes. 5. Fire alarm sounded I guess they were working on. It scared the mess out of us no message to the customers letting them know what was going on or if it was a real fire 6. Parking I think I would wanna know if I had to pay $15 a day for parking after the room is over $100 a day that is a little concerning and a shocker to most of the customers that I spoke with that were in that hotel. 7. they take way too long to refund you your deposit. 8. Garbage is always sitting in the hallway.

Upon arriving for check in, we were not greeted by the desk clerk. We had to say hello to her and she was not very forthcoming with information. She handed us our key cards without telling us which room and floor we were on. I had to ask where the elevators were. Every staff member we came across never greeted us or asked if we needed anything. The carpet in the hall had too many stains to count. Our room was spacious and nice, except for the stains on the carpet and the couch. I was very disappointed since this hotel looks very new. The breakfast bar was good. They had many options to choose from and it was well stocked.

We went for a tournament and the whole team stayed here. We show up and find out none of the double bed rooms reserved more than a month before were ready due to “plumbing issue” so we were offered 2 rooms instead in different floors. Who wants to split their family so we ended up in a room with a full size bed & sofa bed instead of 2 queen beds. However, magically later that evening the rooms with 2 queen beds were available. We extended our stay prior to knowing this mess would happen. Well it happened again the second check in, the room wasn’t available and it was well past check in. Once I complained about the previous check in a room magically became available. NEVER again will we stay at this hotel.

Good shops and restaurants across the street but that is it for walking to something. Kind of in the middle of very spaced out buildings with dirt in between. Charge for parking. Would go again.

This Hotel is the best we’ve stayed at so far! Was a last minute find and the price was great! Check in was great , the staff was pleasant and quick. When we entered our room we were blown away! It was like a little apartment! A little kitchenette with a mini fridge, real dished , glasses, and a dishwasher . For a minute I thought I was on house hunters in Europe where they have a tiny kitchen, minus a little stove lol. The bathroom was great too, clean ! Bed and pillows were comfy and couch turned into I think a full or queen bed. Wish we were staying a few days but it was just an overnight stay. Restaurants were not even a mile away and reasonable prices. When we’re back this way in Arizona we will definitely stay here again!Breakfast was goo Belgium waffles,cereal, variety of juices oatmeal toast, coffee, scramble egg patty, sliced ham, muffins . Very impressed with this hotel, each room was identical with the kitchen suite. Will try to find same Hotel in other towns on the road.

An excellent stay with all the amenities we needed and more. The rooms are spacious and left plenty of room for our children to stretch out. The facility is very well maintained and was decorated quite nice for the holidays. The breakfast options were great and unlike other hotels. Breakfast sandwiches, scramble bowls, frittatas, huge muffins and classics like cereal and waffles were available every morning as well as coffee 24/7. We would love to stay here again in the future.
