Everything was clean! Restaurant was just okay though. But concierge and room service - amazing. Breakfast in bed - amazing. Valet soooooooooo expensive but convenient 😭😭😭 Pool is small but the rest of the patio was cute. Gym was chic. Location - love that it’s right off the freeway and so close to shopping.

This is a very secure property. The hotel is clean with great views. Very modern and up-to-date. There is no self parking at this hotel. You have to pay the $50 valet service.

As soon as you get out of your car you are hit with a strong smell of weed. The lobby of the hotel seems nice. The room was very dirty, with hair and other things still in the bed. They seem to use dark colors and low light to help hide how dirty the rooms and hallways are. Would not recommend staying here.

I chose this hotel because of it's central location, reasonable price, and - let's be real - swanky lobby. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a great West-facing view, but there were obvious signs of wear throughout (the pleather bed frame and headboard was peeling on almost every surface, the loveseat was worn/stained giving a dirty appearance, and wardrobe door broken). It didn't impact the experience, but wasn't a great look. Everything else was great.

The room furniture and bed frame were old and damaged. I asked for towels and new sheets twice in one day and never got them after the staff both times told me they would take them up to the room. I let the front desk know of this at check out and not once did it the guy apologize for the inconveniente. Wouldn’t stay here again

Pros: -Location. One block from Crypto Arena. -Modern. -Courteous staff. -Room: Good size, no carpet (always a plus), modern, HUGE bathroom, confortable beds GYM: Clean, nice size, more than adequate. Has everything for a “short stay” workout. Price: For the area, location and overall modern style and amenities is a GOOD one with VALUE. Cons: -Expensive Valet parking. -Room: Some of the furniture has noticeable signs of being run down, water pressure in shower is TERRIBLE with little to no cold water. Lighting in bathroom was sufficient but not adequate for a bathroom. Annoying automatic and to bright light would go ON when stepping of bed and AC was super loud, so loud we turned it off.

I really enjoyed the size of the rooms. I was in DTLA for 5 nights and I never felt cramped or closed in. Bathrooms were updated, the only improvement I’d like to see is the room furniture. Maybe an update to something more modern, but definitely a more comfortable chair. The lounger was comfortable, but worn. Everyone was friendly and you are walking distance to LA Live and most downtown events. I would stay there again at the right rate.

I loved the decor and lighting of my room. It was stylish, fun, and comfortable. The bed was dreamy, the sheets, pillows, and mattress were heaven. The sofa/loveseat and table for working or eating were cozy and useful for me. The bathroom design was very modern and jazzy. I appreciated the large counter space and mirror to spread out my toiletries. The hotel staff was friendly and gracious. I was most impressed by the restaurant on the ground floor, which was excellent for dinner, particularly after a long day at the LA Convention Center. The hotel location was a very short walk to my conference but near a freeway exit and a very busy street. Starbucks next to the hotel was useful.

For the price, the property seemed somewhat run down. Dirty carpet in the lobby. Worn flooring in the rooms. Some of the furniture in the room looked older. Bathroom counter was not completely clean on arrival. The most disappointing thing was the AC in the room apparently wasn't working and a portable unit was in the room. It was vented to the outside via the window and the open sides were duct taped allowing a lot of noise from the street below in addition to the rather noisy portable unit. Staff was friendly. The lobby bar had some good unique drinks.

Cute boutique feel, but clearly in need of updates. The room was a good size for 3 of us and decently appointed, but the furniture was very worn and the air unit broken. A portable unit was installed with black duct tape up the sides of the window, which let in outdoor smells (not good) from time to time. Good thing we had a purifier!

The property was very clean and I loved that there were electrical sockets all around the room so you can charge your phone, plug in your laptop, charge your other electronics, etc., without having trouble looking for places to plug them in. That's an amenity I strongly value when staying in hotel rooms. Loved how spacious the room and bathroom was. I also loved that a refrigerator was standard in the room, but also wished it had a microwave. Hardly any hotel rooms I encounter have a smart TV, so it would've been nice if this one had one also. The only reason I gave it a four star for service, is because most hotels can provide turn-down service until 9pm, but this one stops at 4pm. So, when we left the room at 5pm and wanted our room cleaned, they told us it was no longer available.

Convenient location and great lobby bar. Pool was nice and fire tables at night were a nice touch. Showers are the smallest shower head i have ever seen. 3”*3” . Cannot understand why and also how to have a decent shower. Otherwise everything was great!

I was disappointed with my recent experience at the hotel. During my interaction with the front office staff, Andy, I found his behavior to be disrespectful. While the Front Office Manager later apologized on his behalf, I observed both of them laughing shortly after. This gave me the impression that they may not take customer complaints seriously, which I found highly unprofessional and disheartening.

Horrible service by the staff. Pool was unavailable because of a private party. Only reason I booked this hotel was because it was supposed to be family friendly and I had my 2 year old with me, so I really wanted a pool for her to have some fun before our event at night. Well, their party was adults only and wasn’t informed of this before hand. Also, I asked what could be done and lady at the front desk was rude, sarcastic and plainly incompetent. Manager came out and finally told me I could use their sister property’s, Intercontinental’s pool if I wanted to, something I could’ve used from the beginning being our limited time. At night we had an incident and we needed milk, went to the front desk and ask for service and the front desk guy treated me like an imbecile, he said, it looks like you didn’t read our booklet we gave you when you checked in (tone was obviously the worst possible). He could’ve just told me there was a convenience store two blocks from the hotel, which is all I needed. I told him, you obviously don’t understand that reading or not reading the booklet doesn’t solve my problem, i’m just asking for help. It was by far the worst experience in a hotel of the price and caliber I’ve had in a while. Don’t recommend it.

Front desk staff was great shout out to Andy!!!!! Hotel was beautiful, room clean. They were shooting a movie while I was there and even with all the traffic from that valet was great very organized car was up asap!!! This hotel will be my go to spot when visiting LA!

Great location close to highways, nice part of town felt safe and quiet on a Saturday night. Easy to drive into the check-in area. Starbucks in the same building. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Very welcoming bar. The room needed some touchups here and there, and neither the coffee maker nor the Tivoli stereo seemed to work. That said, those were minor inconveniences that were outweighed by an overall nice aesthetic and great experience. This will likely be my new go to hotel for DT LA.

Had an event at the orphium a few blocks away. This was a great spot for a nice walk to our event as well as a great central location for us to go to LACMA, and some really great dinners. Not far from the airport

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Area is not so safe to walk at night but day time is ok. Convenient to freeways and restaurants. Parking fee is a bit pricey, not sure if that is the norm around DTLA

Hotel was beautiful! Breakfast options were delicious. Valet did an amazing job. They were organized, friendly, and efficient. I can say the same for the front desk. Hotel was a 4-5 minute walk to the Crypto Arena and 20 minute walk to Grand Central. It was easy to access the highway, too. I would recommend!!

Beautiful, clean, and excellent service. (The lobby bar was a particular highlight.) The location is also right in the heart of Downtown LA, and if your trip is based in the neighborhood, this is the place to stay. The next time I stay in DTLA, I’ll certainly be staying here!

In town for an event at LA Live/arena. Nice short walk to the venue. Clean room. Water pressure was amazing in the shower! Beds were comfortable with ample pillows. Two bottles of water per day from the front desk was a nice treat. Breakfast buffet was nice according to hubby. No eggs Benedict though so I ordered them off the menu. Careful when ordering room service though as tip is automatically charged. We didn’t notice until after we ate and hubby also tipped.

great location and nice property, the housekeeping staff super nice, and super helpful. the bar staff was nice, and so was the lounge for food. Not sure why the upstairs restaurant was closed which did cause an inconvenience. it appeared to be a family hotel, i did see many with smaller kids, which is why i was surprised why no one not even at the time of check in did they share that the pool would be hosting a party. that was a surprise when you arrive with your kids and its a massive pool party only permitting women. they even asked my husband how he was able to be there which was rude since he is a hotel guest. we should have been warned about things my daughter should not be exposed to. needless to stay we didn't stay. immediately after seen security escort attendees from the party out in mist of a fist fight. seeing police outside on the curb, and then being startled by once of the attendee sliming another into the glass window where we were seated. must say i would give that stay a 3/10.
