I decided to book here because i had heard good things about Extended Stay properties. When i arrived, I was immediately concerned by the plexiglass barrier at the front desk. I wondered if there was a problem here and if I was at risk. The room was okay. Nothing to write home about. TV remote worked only if I stood right on top of tv. No glasses or cups in room or bathroom. No ice machine anywhere. What hotel doesn't have an ice machine? Front desk staff was as helpful as they could be, but one night was enough.

My room was dirty, spent the 1st hour of my stay cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, elevator was broken when I checked in, desk oerson never said anything put me on an upper floor, watched me take the luggage trolly out to get my stuff and didn't say a damn thing when I returned to the lobby to use the elevator to my room that's when I discovered it was not working, went to the deask to inquire why she hadn't told .e about ghe situation she said it's been broken all day I thoght you knew, I said how would I know you just checked me in without even a word about the inconvenience! Dumb isn't the word

We had an Okay stay. The hotel had bad smell at different times of the day, in the hallway and the elevator. Gym equipment works fine used it during our entire stay. You can request late check out but only until 12noon.

Took 5 rings of bell for service at front desk for help. Front desk people were never present. Always in the back. Got feeling they could care less about guests. Hotel was full of loud people and nothing was done to ensure peace and quiet. Elevator broke for 2 days. Staff only put sign on bottom floor. Worst stay in hotel ever.

Room was ok for 1 night stat, but not fancy in the slightest. No complimentary shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, no ice bucket/ice machine available, bed was fairly uncomfortable & despite the hotel's no smoking policy, all I could smell when i got off the elevator was weed.

The highlight was the staff. Everyone was frindly and went out of their way to hold doors open, etc. They were out of some items on the breakfast bar, and the staff happily went to get more items. With that being said, the room was not very clean. The microwave had stuff all caked up underneath. I used a towel to wipe something down. it was gross. The outside didn't look much better. It almost looked melted or something. The toilet had stale pee on the back. The blind was covered with different smudges, fingerprints, and dirt. The floor wasn't totally clean either. There was a weird smell in the hallway. Nothing too terrible or obnoxious though. You can hear all of the noise form the turnpike 24/7. On the flipside of that, it helped create a white noise and helped me fall asleep. Beds are cheap, and the matresses aren't covered. It has a mattress pad that lays on the top and a fitted sheet only. There were no plates, paper towels, silverware, or cups. When we were leaving, there was a little table tent that was on the floor that noted if you wanted those items, you could ask the front desk. Oh well. Overall, you get what you pay for. it is a value hotel that has a fridge, stove, and microwave. It serves its purpose for a place to stay warm and sleep. The staff was very friendly and kind. The location is convenient to a lot of places.

The staff was absolutely incredible. If I could give them a perfect score, I would. However, the cleaning team was utterly appalling. I found dried blood in the refrigerator, hair in the shower, and a ring of dirt in the same shower.

The room was very dirty. I did not request a new one because I was tired and checked in after 9PM. I took pictures and showed them to the Assistant Manager, but she said she couldn’t do anything for me because I “checked in through a third party” (Expedia)

The property inside and outside is in dire need of a good cleaning and overhaul: hallway carpeting is dirty and torn, room floors were filthy, paint chips on wall in multiple places are visible, shower filthy, stove top encrusted with burnt food and oil/dirt. Initial desk attendant was excellent; subsequent attendants had to be “rung” out for service. Copier for receipt hard copy was broken. Room door lock did not function. Going to give another chance: hoping this was a fluke!

Got to my room and there was trash under the night stand and no towels in the bathroom. Went to the front desk and was told they didn’t have anymore. What kind of place doesn’t even have enough towels to put 2 per room. Place was full so no other room to move me into. And it was 93* the day I checked in. They told me to come down in the morning as there should some in the laundry which she would run overnight. Went down and still no towels. I stay in a hotel expecting at least a clean room with a comfortable bed and a shower. Lost out here. This is not the place for an overnight stay

The hotel smelled of weed when you entered the lobby. We were assigned the wrong room (smaller than the one we booked). Had to pay more for our booked room. Got to our room and noticed there was no shower curtain and the bathroom was filthy. We were too tired to care at that point. We shut the lights to go to bed and the people staying on our floor started playing music so loud that you could not hear yourself think. Then the pot smoke started- my god, it was over the top. Seriously, for a good two hours. This place is a nightmare. You get what you pay for.

The bed was uncomfortable, the a/c didn’t work right and worked more as a heater than a cooler. In the middle of the night when I got up to use the bathroom, there was a puddle of water at the base of the commode. At that point, I got up and started repacking my bags because I knew I’d be looking for another place to stay. I should have stuck with a hotel firm I trusted.
The bed was uncomfortable, the a/c didn’t work right and worked more as a heater than a cooler. When I arrived to check in there is a button to press for service. The front desk agent came up agitated and said we need to wait 15 minutes to check in because she had to deal with something else. When I told her I had a meeting she said look you have to wait and said she needed to call her supervisor. There are people outside smoking all around the building and cigarette butts everywhere. They claim on expedia there is free breakfast. They have some prepared packaged muffins and small packaged granola bars. No juice or anything that would even be considered a continental breakfast. Stay away from this place it is not a hotel. More like a boarding house. No one was there at all to check out and folks just threw the keys on the desk.

The staff was courteous but when we checked in our room had one pillow for 2 beds and no shower curtain. The tub was kind of dirty looking. We were moved and the 2nd room also had no shower curtain and the toilet seat was very loose. All in all it wasn't terrible for the price considering the staff was nice and the beds were clean.

Good for the price. We showed up at 2:30 to check in and the guy would not let us check in until the written time of 3 PM. I’ve never been to a hotel that they would not let you in a half an hour early. It’s not like he said your room is not ready. He just said check in and it is not until 3 PM.

My room was dirty, spent the 1st hour of my stay cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, elevator was broken when I checked in, desk oerson never said anything put me on an upper floor, watched me take the luggage trolly out to get my stuff and didn't say a damn thing when I returned to the lobby to use the elevator to my room that's when I discovered it was not working, went to the deask to inquire why she hadn't told .e about ghe situation she said it's been broken all day I thoght you knew, I said how would I know you just checked me in without even a word about the inconvenience! Dumb isn't the word

We booked online. The room was not ready when we arrived at about 6:30p.m. The general manager was helping out and prepared the rooms for us and other guests who were also waiting.While waiting, I witnessed one customer ask for a bath mat and he was told they had none. Another asked for a second room key and was told they had none. The excuse was the hotel was booked up . I was concerned about the cleanliness of the room and was thankful I brought sanitizing wipes.

Took 5 rings of bell for service at front desk for help. Front desk people were never present. Always in the back. Got feeling they could care less about guests. Hotel was full of loud people and nothing was done to ensure peace and quiet. Elevator broke for 2 days. Staff only put sign on bottom floor. Worst stay in hotel ever.

Hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived, despite of seeing my confirmation email, the front desk person offered no help and basically told me "not my problem". Having asked finally if they have any available rooms to just get on the spot, I was told that they do, only to waste another 20 minutes for them to click through the application and tell me that no, actually there are no rooms. Terrible experience all around and completely unprofessional and unpleasant "customer service", if you can call it that.

The highlight was the staff. Everyone was frindly and went out of their way to hold doors open, etc. They were out of some items on the breakfast bar, and the staff happily went to get more items. With that being said, the room was not very clean. The microwave had stuff all caked up underneath. I used a towel to wipe something down. it was gross. The outside didn't look much better. It almost looked melted or something. The toilet had stale pee on the back. The blind was covered with different smudges, fingerprints, and dirt. The floor wasn't totally clean either. There was a weird smell in the hallway. Nothing too terrible or obnoxious though. You can hear all of the noise form the turnpike 24/7. On the flipside of that, it helped create a white noise and helped me fall asleep. Beds are cheap, and the matresses aren't covered. It has a mattress pad that lays on the top and a fitted sheet only. There were no plates, paper towels, silverware, or cups. When we were leaving, there was a little table tent that was on the floor that noted if you wanted those items, you could ask the front desk. Oh well. Overall, you get what you pay for. it is a value hotel that has a fridge, stove, and microwave. It serves its purpose for a place to stay warm and sleep. The staff was very friendly and kind. The location is convenient to a lot of places.

Extremely clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Didn't get to explore the neighborhood, but it appears that driving is your best option for shopping or dining.

What I like about It was close to shopping mall and short driving distance from the hotel to where want to go What I don’t like is that the on the go breakfast wasn’t as good as the last time I been there and the shower the water pressure is to low

When I arrived, the room was clean at first glance. However, the handle for the shower appeared to have mold on it and there was someone else’s hair in the shower. The sink in the kitchenette had a two yellow stains on the corner and the fridge needed to be cleaned out as well. The sofa in the room showed visible wear and tear. Even after I wiped it down, I still didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. I kept finding hair in the drawers and cabinets. They also ran out of almost everything they were supposed to provide for the kitchenette. When I asked the staff about getting someone to clean the bathroom, I was told that the cleaning crew doesn’t come in on the weekends. This is also not a walkable area. If you don’t have a car, you’ll have to pay for an Uber to get a destination that’s 6 minutes away or walk 30 minutes.

The facility actually exceeded my expectations. It appears to cater to contractors and such coming through for work. Which matches the more industrial, utilitarian design of the facility and rooms. The room was extremely clean. The facilities appear to be updated and well maintained. Grab and go breakfast is muffins and granola bars along with coffee. The front desk staff were very friendly. As a side: This facility is somewhat “back in the cut” of a more industrial area. It is not really within walking distance of any stores or restaurants but is within an easy drive of the “Metroplex” and not far from the Plymouth Meeting mall area.

The smell of the room was musky/smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The breakfast was advertised as having fruits, muffins, etc. they only had a few optionals granola bars. Hardly a breakfast for children.

The only thing I didn’t like is breakfast is not granolas bars and coffee. Waking up at early to eat that is not right. For the price it should have been hot breakfast( eggs waffles etc.) Fix that and you would be a great hotel

When I arrived at 545ish, the room was not ready. Check-in was at 3p, so I didn’t anticipate needing to wait for a room after a long hospital shift. Despite the short wait, the desk clerk was pleasant and kind. This morning however, the desk clerk was curt and distracted. At 8a the coffee was empty, so I notified him and he said he isn’t making any more. I overheard him tell another person that they were low on supplies. I opted to pack up and check out at this time. Lastly, (more of an FYI) the faucet in the bathroom is not attached.

My partner and I stayed here to visit friends and family for a week, after moving out of state. The biggest issue we had was our room was very muggy -- to the point that our floors were sticky and books I brought with me were wrinkling from the moisture in the air. Our room only had one ventilation fan, in the bathroom but it sounded as if it barely was on. The air conditioner helped enough to sleep but the room was either freezing or thick with moisture in the air. When I talked to staff, we were advised to just open our window because they believed the weather was what was making the room so stuffy. This constant issue caused some of clothes to feel cool and damp as well as us never feeling comfortable to walk in the room barefoot. This stay was just somewhere to lay our heads when we weren't running around the city but it could have been more comfortable.
