Stay was great at the hotel. Very disappointed in the parking options as we could not park at the hotel and had to park two blocks away. Do not expect to park at the hotel during event weekends. Hotel should be clear that they have very limited parking as check in was on 12/17 and tried to get parking prior to that and after and they were completed booked (not sure how that happens).

The staff and location was phenomenal! Very clean. The bed was NOT comfortable and left us unrested. They only have 30 parking spots onsite for an additinal charge, requiring quite a hike with your luggage if you dont get one of those spots. They have loading/unloading zone in front of the hotel, but the dont enforce the posted signage and people park there, leaving you to trek from a parking garage.

Hotel room was clean, the restaurant and bar were so short staffed that tables were piled with dirty dishes. Extremely limited parking on-site only 30 spaces, arrived and we were not able to park on property. An email or phone call ahead of our arrival to make us aware that all spots were taken would have been helpful. We parked in a ramp 1.5 blocks away and paid $58 for overnight parking. Curious to find out how the parking is assigned, we checked in about 3:45 p.m. and no spots available.

Rooms were not super clean. I am a germaphobe so clean them when I arrive anyways, but this one could’ve been better. Big misses on the floor and a suspicious looking substance on the phone cord. Parking garage was sold out within 30 minutes of checkin time, though there was a huge event happening. $68 for parking at the stadium parking garage was not something I expected after paying so much for the room. Skyway to parking garage and the stadium was convenient. Waiting for elevators after said event was rough. Staff would not allow anyone to use stairs. Would stay here again, but only due to convenience of the stadium access.

I was a little confused about the parking situation being first come first serve and the additional cost to park. Seemed like a crap shoot if you get a hotel spot as they only have like 30 spots or finding a ramp to park in when there is a football game going on. Otherwise all was great! Cheese curds in the bar were best I have ever had!!

Add for the property said there was provided parking. Unfortunately, that means third party parking at the stadium ramp. If there’s an event at us bank stadium, you’d better get your parking early and not plan on leaving the ramp until the next day if you plan on having parking during your stay

I liked the game area and gym and restaurant that were all within the hotel. Staff made sure to make my friends birthday the greatest experience. I didnt like that there werent microwaves in the room but there was one in the hall that worked fine. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the selfie station was a real hit with me and my friends.

CAUTION BED BUGS!!!! We woke up to BED BUGS crawling on the bed. Pictures and videos to prove it. Front desk did not apologize. They responded with: "what do you want us to do about this?" ..... Then they said they couldn\'t refund us , only Expedia could refund. Than they rejected Expedias Refund request. We were supposed to stay 8 night, we only stayed 1 night! This is complete insanity. This place is not safe to travel to. BED BUGS

The biggest issue is the hallways smelled like old wet socks. One night my pillowcase did too. Maybe you need some dehumidifiers? Also, the cleaners would activate the sink stopper and I could never get it to open back up.

The room was not functional. No full length mirror. No shower door-water gets everywhere. There was one staff member that told me no information when i arrived. I had to ask all of the questions. And they barely knew the answers to those. I had no body wash in my room-glad i brought my own soap.

Loved the location. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was a glass bathroom door. First, if you use the room at night and turn on the light, the sleeping area is also lit. The other, bigger issue was that the door didn’t remain closed! Finally, because we arrived in the city early, we hoped to park there and then walk the area until we could check in. We were told that we could do that but there would be a $75 fee (penalty) for early check-in! I had already checked in online after getting an email encouraging me to do that. We found that to be a very unfriendly move and have never experienced that before.

This place was odd. Just lots of little weirdly annoying things. First the shower doesn't have a curtain or door, it has 1 glass pannel and then an open space where a door should be. So the bathroom floor gets soaked everytime you shower. Then the thermostat in the room was super weird. Would take hours to change the temp in the room after adjusting the settings. Sometimes it just did it's own thing. At one point the setting was set for 72 degees, and hours later it was only 63 degrees, even though the setting was still for 72. When I checked in to the room, the lamps on the bedside tables were unplugged, and I quickly realized that was because if you have anything plugged into those outlets, your phone won't charge. Then I had a weird experience where I was waiting for a food delivery in the lobby. The front desk lady was talking to someone at the counter. She stepped in the back office for a couple minutes. While she was in back, the guy she was talking to approached me and pretended to be my doordash driver and just be generally creepy and said slightly inappropriate things to me. I wasn't having it so he left me alone. The front desk lady came back out and he left. I notified the front desk lady that he was being creepy to me and her only response was "I know him and he's fine".

Everything was fantastic. No HDMI input option on the TV was kinda aggravating.Having to stream only special apps that were compatible.not the end of the world, and the only downaide. If you are going to The Armory this is the hotel for you

No strong likes. Bedding was thin and king bed with twin pillows? I dislike bathrooms with tile floors and no shower door. I think they’re dangerous since the floor always get wet. TV options were weak. Won’t be a return customer at Red properties. Oh, and walking into an empty lobby and waiting for a desk clerk to show up, and with a knit cap and t-shirt is not the look from staff at any Radisson I’d expect.

Not sure if I liked the ac. If you’re not in the room in resets and goes back to 74. After walking in the heat from the stadium or wherever you’re hot and just want to cool down and it took awhile after getting back to the room for you t to cool down. Making it hard to fall asleep at night.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Room was nice and comfortable and its in downtown so perfect location. We had 1 major problem with the housekeeping. Radisson had sent us an email before our stay stating that there will be hybrid housekeeping and the staff will go into our room everyday to remove trash, wipe the counters and floor and refill supplies. This never happened. We asked the reception and housekeeping twice. They said we will be right there and never showed up. It was disappointing!

Upon checking in our (not so friendly) front staff person acted as if I was a burden. I was told there would be an “early check in fee”. I was less than an hour from the stated check in time, but advised the room was ready. Why is there a fee for an early check in, if the room is ready??? The hotel was sort of grungy everywhere. LOL But the room was super clean and comfortable otherwise. Not sure what this VIP access is referring to??? Maybe the $15 off meals at the hotel restaurant? Otherwise, I don't think I knew about the VIP access.

We had a great stay, rooms were pricey because of the event happening, but the queen room was larger than expected which worked for 4 adults. The shower drain was very slow and we told staff multiple times that it might overflow but they didn’t seem to care. Check-in staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful, 10/10 Check-out staff was very dismissive and not once made eye contact or looked up from the desk when I was speaking 2/10

There were no signs offset from the building to identify the hotel. We had a difficult time finding it and knowing where the main door was located. The worst check in I’ve ever experienced. 20-30 people waiting to check in and only 2 staff at the desk. I waited 20 minutes in line to check in. Where was the manager to assist? Room is industrial and feels cold and unwelcoming. Bartenders and drinks were great. Food was very good but they were short staffed.

The restaurant is not open later on Sunday, even though they advertise that it is on Google. I asked for housekeeping to clean after 2 nights stay, after being told yes they still didn't clean our room. The concierge apologized with a complimentary breakfast - which was very nice of her. Plenty of homeless people and trash on their outside benches.

Liked: Location - great location in downtown Minneapolis. Easy to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, Metro stop. I took Metro from airport and it was only 2 blocks walk to the hotel from the metro stop. Decor - I like the eclectic decor of the Radisson Red hotels, including this one. Disliked: I had a drink at the bar and there were unaccompanied kids (about 11/12) who were being extremely rambunctious in the lobby area, then they came into the bar area and were literally fighting. Very nice property, newly renovated, and very clean, but very overpriced for what you get. Parking is not included with the price of your room, there is no restaurant open from Sunday to Thursday. Not very convenient. This hotel is more like a fancy hostle.

This hotel was the perfect introduction to Minneapolis. The front staff were very accommodating, the lobby has a fun design, and the adjoining restaurant has great food and the best coffee I’ve had in years. The proximity to the Mississippi River and public transit was also a great perk. This will be my top choice for future stays when I’m in town.

The staff was helpful , friendly and attentive however on Saturday night saw a crack in the ceiling and heard water dripping- I didn’t pay much attention because I didn’t see anything- thought it was the bathroom sink or toilet- woke up Monday morning to water all over the floor and a steady dripping of water from above- called the maintenance and left a message and my husband went downstairs to tell front desk and advise him to tell them to check the room directly upstairs he said maintenance will be in at 7am but he will call and give them heads up - about 7:20 maintenance showed up and said that the guest in the room upstairs left the shower on - although we were checking out at 11am we were not comfortable staying- The employees at the front desk and in the OUI restaurant were wonderful- we were given 2 vouchers for breakfast trying to compensate for the inconvenience however it was not a good ending to a great vacation away - we do have photos if necessary

The rooms were perfectly luxurious, and the location wasn't horrible. Customer service was mediocre, except for Sabrina the waitress. The kitchen was closed a lot, so we couldn't even get boiled water to make tea. Coffee at the restaurant was $4.50!

We went for a concert. It was easy to walk to where we were going. The staff at check-in was great. The bartender was great. There were limited food options in the restaurant. It seemed like they were out of a lot of things whether it was liquor or things in the morning.

On a friday morning the restaurant was severely understaffed. No tables cleaned no one seemed to know what was going. Very slow service. Nowhere did I see that it was a dog friendly hotel. The yappy little down the hall barked incessantly.
