This is my 4th time in 1 year staying here. Highly recommend. Very safe, lighting all around the parking, around multiple restaurants and a shopping center. The staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are very clean and even smell fresh.

We booked a week and a half after the hurricane. We called in advance before booking to ask if they were affected by the hurricane. The young lady that answered the phone stated they were not affected and they were fully operational. I proceeded to book the hotel. We drove in from Arizona to help family recover from the hurricane. After we checked in they informed us the pool had been broken by the hurricane and the washer and dryer were also broken. Tried to use the two computers in their business center and they were also broken. Every day they told us someone was coming out to fix the pool and no one ever did. For a whole week the kids were disappointed. The exercise room was decent and so was the breakfast. Eggs, biscuits, bacon, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, and variety of oatmeal.

Loved the fast elevators, the large showers and the space of the rooms. The refrigerator was on the larger scale and the microwave fit a plate which was prefect. Near lots of food and stores as well which are all walkable.

Hotel was clean and the check in people was very polite and very nice treating the customer. Also the cleaning ladies was very friendly and polite. The only thing I dislike was that the swimming pool was out of service. I stay for three days and still haven’t been cleaned. But overall everything was fine.

Everything seems to be falling apart. The faucet in the shower was popped off the wall. The grout was peeling. Paint on the walls peeling. Cracks in some of the walls. We waited for 20minutes to get a room key. The pool was really dirty. The bathroom for the pools had a fridge in the center ? The gate for the pool doesn’t work so the poor staff had to use a stick grabber thing to open. It’s right off the highway so it’s LOUDDDD in the rooms and I like white noise to sleep. Honestly just not what was expected. Breakfast was alright but nothing to write home about.

This is a really friendly atmosphere. Very quiet area and many dining options. Staff was really nice, breakfast was really good, gym was equipped with everything needed to workout and the laundry facility is free.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Hallways were stained and dirty everywhere. Couch was covered in some sort of white stain. Very visible rust all over the unit. Looked like blood stains. Shower was also rusty. Talked to the staff and they didn’t do anything.

The customer service from staff was excellent! My low rate is due to the property. There was water leaking through the ceiling in the hallway. There was a large trashcan placed under the leak. My stay was a total of 5 days and seemed the leak was never fixed. My towels had holes. Next day when towels were replace, one of the towels had holes also.

Our door lock was broken. The room it self was not clean. I had to buy sanitizer wipes for the remote and the area. This wasn’t the best place to stay. Should have spent the extra $50 down the street at Hampton. Not doing this again

Check-in wasn't bad. But the room was not very clean. There were scratch marks on the walls, stains on the bottom sheet of the bed on the side, stains on the chair in the room, the bed and pillows were damp for some reason, the room felt very humid even with the AC on, and our toilet seat was broken! They then proceeded to charge us $25 for “damages” that were already there. Not very good stay.

TV in room didn't work, attendant never showed. We looked behind and stuff was taped which had come loose we taped back after an hour wait. Left my pink apple watch in room, called and was told staff didn't locate it. Not true, it WAS LEFT. My fault, however will never go back to folk who lie. God bless the thief for finders keepers. They could have returned.

I had a stay here for 2 nights for my daughter tournament May 2-4 that we traveled 4 hours away. The first night we checked in we has no air. I called multiple times complaining for them to tell me to only make sure the unit on the wall matches with the unit on the floor. I did that several times. This did not fix the issue. Me and my kids was hot and sweated the whole night our first stay. I also purchased the suite unit. The following day I went to the front desk after a night of no sleep for me and my kids to complain again. After a hour of going back and forth I was finally switch to a different room which inconvenienced me being we had a game to get to and was late. We moved to a different room which was smaller than the suite I paid for. The lady at the front desk Teresa is her name I believe stated she would be sending me a refund which has not happened and weeks has passed by and no one had contacted me. This need to handled immedicably. This has not been my first stay but this is the first bad experience I have had. I would appreciate if someone reach out to me.

The staff were great. The pillows were horrible. They kept flatting down making sleep difficult. The AC unit kept making whistling noise. I kept hearing clicking noise waking me up from my sleep from upstairs. The door extra safety lock didn't work. The screws were loose and it didn't stop the door from opening.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel, our first visit being a year ago and what a drop off. To start, the first room (407) had no ac. Not the ac didn’t work, but the actual unit was hanging off and I could see outside. We get a second room (311) and the water pressure in the room was so bad that the shower just trickled water and the room was dirty. Top that off with us having to practically beg for extra pillows, which were only given to us after we mentioned that we had booked online and made the request for the pillows. The desk attendant wasn’t really rude but just barely present and didn’t seem to care about anything. All in all, this trip is a tradition we will make every year and we will never stay in this hotel or a holiday inn again.

Reserved a double queen room so my son could have his own bed while in town for a football tournament. At check in, was told there weren’t anymore double queens and we would have a king bed with a rollout bed. The rollout bed not only took up a lot of space in the room, it was hard and uncomfortable. My son needed good quality sleep for his tournament and he did not get that. The TV in the room did not work. The cable and auxiliary cords were taped up in the back as if to keep the cords un place. Front desk did not care and said they were fully booked and could not move us. The entire weekend was uncomfortable due to not being able to just relax

I brought to someone servicing the rooms that my bathroom sink faucet was not working and she told me that she was going to address with someone and thsy jus totally ignored me since no one aproach me after that. Also, the coffee maker was not working which also I addressed it and they ignored me.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by the front desk. In no time I was provided my room key and made aware of breakfast the next day. Overall experience was excellent. Awesome person at the front desk. She is able to multitask and ensure all is well with the customers.

Our toilet was SCREAMING all morning. It ran ALL night and then when one of the kids went to the bathroom early in the morning, it started SCREAMING!!! It was so bad that the front desk opened up the room next door to us so that we could use the bathroom until we checked out. Also, There was an omelet labeled as a vegetable omelet at breakfast. My wife has been a vegetarian for 31 years. She got the vegetable omelet that looked the exact same as the one she got several times at other Holiday Inn Expresses, including the week before in Fredericksburg, TX. Except this on had small chunks of ham mixed in. That is wholly unacceptable!!!
