We stayed at 4 Trees apartment hotel for 15 nights in our family vacation and loved it. With close proximity to many Prague sites in walking distance, 4 Trees has everything you need to feel at home, kitchenette with all utensils and kitchenware, refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. We were in one bedroom deluxe unit that had 1,5 bathroom (one full bathroom and second one toilet only) Very roomy apartment with tastefully furnished, plain and without unnecessary decorations. We only wished that we had was the self serve laundry facility in the building. That would have made perfect. Luckily there was a laundromat not too far away (15 minutes walk) Nice quiet street with keyless electronic entry to the building and the flat was very convenient. Every fifth day cleaning of the flat was well thought off, Thank you very much.

Pra mim tudo foi prefeito, Check-in prático e sem burocracias, gostei de tudo no apartamento, ele é grande, Internet funciona bem, cama confortável, cozinha com o necessário. Prédio está em reforma, mas não existe nenhum incomodo.

Die Apartments haben eine Top-Lage – zentral und dennoch absolut ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit einem angenehmen Raumduft ausgestattet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders praktisch: es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler macht. Im Innenhof kann man außerdem gemütlich sitzen und eine Zigarette genießen – sehr entspannt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Perfect location without being where all the chaos and noise is. One room to the backyard was really quiet, the other room to the street that was fairly quiet. The apartment was nice and well equipped.

Location is great, walkable to most major sites, many restaurants and shopping nearby and metro stop is close. Great cafe at the corner. The building is cute and clean and digital entry is nice. The courtyard is really just a table and a few chairs. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had everything bathroom was clean and nice. No A/C was rough a few nights when it got rather warm. The TV did not work and the cots for sleeping for 3 of 5 people were the worst I have experienced in Europe. Thankfully we were too exhausted most nights we collapsed into bed but sleep was not restful for all.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut - viele kleine Geschäfte und schöne Restaurants im nahen Umfeld. Gehminuten bis zum Altmarkt knapp 15 min. Großes geräumiges Appartment - von Luxus würde ich hier allerdings nicht sprechen. Die Unterkunft war okay wenn auch einige Bereiche (Duschtür, Küchenzeile und Fliesen) Gebrauchsspuren aufweisen.Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption via Mail war super und unkompliziert. Schade fanden wir die nicht vorhanden Parkmöglichkeiten. Nahegelegt wurde uns ein Parkhaus, allerdings zirka 25 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Stadt. Mit kleinen Kids wird das dann schon eher stressig. Wir haben in der umliegenden Straße (Klimenska) geparkt - via EasyPark zirka 36 Euro pro Tag unbewacht. Das war leider bisschen schade, da es zirka 2 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft ein Parkhaus gibt, welches man in Kombination zur Appartement-Buchung nutzen könnte.

This apartment had only one advantage in comparison with the ones we rented on our trip to Europe - large size. All the rest was not great at all. Communication with the stuff was only possible by phone and only during business hours. If you don't have a European number or having an issue outside their working hours - good luck contacting them. When we were in this apartment the temperature outside was 94 degrees, but they had no air conditioner. They did offer 2 fans, but this did not help much. They had a requirement of checking out by 10:00 AM and when we were a few minutes late and wanted to bring down the rest of our belongings that were left in the apartment they had reset our entrance code by that time and we were left outside by 10:10 AM with a bunch of our stuff still inside. There was no way to go back. We literally went through hell due to these 10 minutes delay. Their main hall entrance door often used to get stuck during the entrance and one had to apply tremendous force to open it, something a weaker person may not have been able to do. They claim to be an environmentally clean building and somehow due to this they will not clean anything or change towels more often than once in 5 days and even this we had to request. Nevertheless they left a note that they will be happy to clean if you play 15 euros.

Excellent stay. Great location, close to Palladium and walking distance to Old town square. Appartment very well equipped (incl a safe, kitchen and fridge). Much more spacious than I expected. Clean. No issue with online registration and getting acess code prior to arrival. Sofa bed comfortable.

El apartamento es bonito pero NO como lo muestran las fotos… el baño es muy muy muy pequeño y la reserva fue para 5 personas… no cuenta con rejilla para poner las cosas de regadera… no tiene porta papel de baño… no cuenta con suficientes ventiladores y hacia muchísimo calor… tiene un fuerte olor a humedad y solo una recámara… los demás deben dormir en área común… Y las instituciones brindadas para estacionar el auto NO FUNCIONAN… NO ES CÓMODO PARA FAMILIAS NUMEROSAS NI CON AUTO

A lovely apartment with lots of space. It was nice to be outside of the main city and the walk in did not take long at all. We did however have issues with noise due to the bar downstairs playing music until 04.00am and this was reported.

Very cool place, very large room. We were there only one night. There were some kids (teens) climbed out on the roof from their window and I had to tell them to quiet down. Other than that it was great.

We were in one bedroom deluxe unit that had 1,5 bathroom (one full bathroom and second one toilet only) Very roomy apartment with tastefully furnished, plain and without unnecessary decorations. We only wished that we had was the self serve laundry facility in the building. That would have made perfect. Luckily there was a laundromat not too far away (15 minutes walk) Nice quiet street with keyless electronic entry to the building and the flat was very convenient. Every fifth day cleaning of the flat was well thought off, Thank you very much.

Location is great, walkable to most major sites, many restaurants and shopping nearby and metro stop is close. Great cafe at the corner. The building is cute and clean and digital entry is nice. The courtyard is really just a table and a few chairs. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had everything bathroom was clean and nice. No A/C was rough a few nights when it got rather warm. The TV did not work and the cots for sleeping for 3 of 5 people were the worst I have experienced in Europe. Thankfully we were too exhausted most nights we collapsed into bed but sleep was not restful for all.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut - viele kleine Geschäfte und schöne Restaurants im nahen Umfeld. Gehminuten bis zum Altmarkt knapp 15 min. Großes geräumiges Appartment - von Luxus würde ich hier allerdings nicht sprechen. Die Unterkunft war okay wenn auch einige Bereiche (Duschtür, Küchenzeile und Fliesen) Gebrauchsspuren aufweisen.Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption via Mail war super und unkompliziert. Schade fanden wir die nicht vorhanden Parkmöglichkeiten. Nahegelegt wurde uns ein Parkhaus, allerdings zirka 25 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Stadt. Mit kleinen Kids wird das dann schon eher stressig. Wir haben in der umliegenden Straße (Klimenska) geparkt - via EasyPark zirka 36 Euro pro Tag unbewacht. Das war leider bisschen schade, da es zirka 2 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft ein Parkhaus gibt, welches man in Kombination zur Appartement-Buchung nutzen könnte.

This apartment had only one advantage in comparison with the ones we rented on our trip to Europe - large size. All the rest was not great at all. Communication with the stuff was only possible by phone and only during business hours. If you don't have a European number or having an issue outside their working hours - good luck contacting them. When we were in this apartment the temperature outside was 94 degrees, but they had no air conditioner. They did offer 2 fans, but this did not help much. They had a requirement of checking out by 10:00 AM and when we were a few minutes late and wanted to bring down the rest of our belongings that were left in the apartment they had reset our entrance code by that time and we were left outside by 10:10 AM with a bunch of our stuff still inside. There was no way to go back. We literally went through hell due to these 10 minutes delay. Their main hall entrance door often used to get stuck during the entrance and one had to apply tremendous force to open it, something a weaker person may not have been able to do. They claim to be an environmentally clean building and somehow due to this they will not clean anything or change towels more often than once in 5 days and even this we had to request. Nevertheless they left a note that they will be happy to clean if you play 15 euros.

Excellent stay. Great location, close to Palladium and walking distance to Old town square. Appartment very well equipped (incl a safe, kitchen and fridge). Much more spacious than I expected. Clean. No issue with online registration and getting acess code prior to arrival. Sofa bed comfortable.

Die Apartments haben eine Top-Lage – zentral und dennoch absolut ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit einem angenehmen Raumduft ausgestattet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders praktisch: es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler macht. Im Innenhof kann man außerdem gemütlich sitzen und eine Zigarette genießen – sehr entspannt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!
