This place is beautiful the penthouse apartment is spacious and has everything you would need including a small balcony. However, location and the view is not what we expected. It was a busy road very loud and in the middle of nowhere nice. The biggest downfall was AC there is no Ac it was 84+ almost every night. We went to Costco to buy extra fans. It was HOT…. Also parking was an issue there was always someone parked in our area aside from being a tight place.

Everything worked as it was supposed to, including wifi. We did not use the kitchen for anything other than heating water for coffee (instant coffee is offered free of charge AND there was fresh milk in the fridge).

Kitchen cutlery was dirty, whole flat was dirty, dusty, we were sneezing soon as we arrived, complained and was moved rooms but was still dusty. Mites on sills, dirt in units. Area is awful no amenities close by. Emailed staff who did email back, then I called kept putting me on hold eventually asked to speak to manager. Car park bays are tight someone damaged our car. Sofa was battered, dirty floors, marks on bedding, dirty blinds, bin wasn't working or shower gel container, oven was noisy, awful place

The apartment was excellent and nicely laid out. The staff was really helpful as well. Felt like a home away from home, very comfy. I only found the key locks at the front entrance and waste disposal was hard to open.
