The pool was green , Sign that said closed. The area that eld the lights between the headboards was broken and fell several times during our stay . Room 504. it was unacceptable and I am very upset that Expedia endorses this hotel

The staff was very good and friendly. The hotel needs at least two more carts to move luggage. When leaving I had to wait at least 20 minutes to get one to move our luggage and cooler.

The hotel was in poor condition. The elevator ride was scary at best. It opened a couple of times way below the floor level, I almost tripped getting out. We booked a king room and they put us in a double. The AC in the room was making a terrible noise and we couldn't use it. Without it on, we could hear the neighbors AC making a big fuss too. Talked a few people that were staying there that were complaining about the same thing. On the plus side, they did have a good breakfast with bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles and biscuits & gravy. Was very glad I only paid for one night. We went to the Baymont Inn the next night and had a much better experience and for the same price!

Room was clean and comfortable but definitely dated. The tub leaked water. Every couple minutes, you could hear water drip. Bathroom was also pretty small for a 'suite'. Things were tapped up in the room. An elderly Indian guy roams the top floor hallway every morning, which was kind of weird. Elevator was super slow. Being on the 5th floor, it took at least a couple minutes to reach the 5th floor. Breakfast always smelled good, but never made it down in time to try it. Ice machine on the top floor runs, but I never got any ice to come out. 3rd floor ice machine didn't work. 1st floor ice machine was fine. Neighborhood was fine. Never had any indications of anything bad. Plenty of parking. Overall, not a bad place, but just a smidge rough around the edges. For the money, pretty easy to recommend.

The lady in charge of breakfast is fantastic. The place is a little rundown, but not enough to cause a problem. The only thing I’d say is urgent is to get some working ice machines.

I don’t normally like to leave reviews, but I feel it need attention. The shower head had mold and mildew all over it. The wall under the desk had something splashed all over it. There wasn’t a microwave and in the details of the room said there was. The service at the main desk was kind, and the breakfast host was the sweetest. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and lots of good choices! All in all, it was a good stay. I think my real complaint is in the cleanliness of the room. The floors were so nasty. I wish had thought to take pictures, but I was already gone when you sent this review request.

As soon as we checked in and went into our room the fire alarms went off and no staff spoke to us. The sheets of the bed smelled clean but seemed to be stained yellow in some spots which kinda grossed me out some. An older staff lady at night behind the desk was very sweet tho and gave me some tooth brushes and tooth paste when I asked.

I reserved wrong room on 5th floor. The smell of curry was so strong. They moved us to 2nd floor smell wasn’t as bad but overall the place is an old dump. Smelly dirty.

Bev, the lady at the breakfast buffet was excellent and so friendly. We looked forward to seeing her each morning. We had to change rooms because the bathtub faucet was leaking terribly and the cable box was out of the wall. The 2nd room had duct tape around the cable and we had to jiggle it to get tv stations. The front staff was average. Air conditioning was okay. We've stayed a few times and this was the worst stay so far, other than Bev the breakfast worker. She made our day.

Bev at breakfast was the best!! Food was great. Room was comfy but first room had big issues. We were transferred and it was better. New room cable connection was duct taped. Had to jiggle it and then we could watch tv. Otherwise, it was a good stay and we'd stay again, especially because of Bev.

The hotel had been refurbished and looked very clean, spacious, and modern. The beds were comfortable and the TV was easy to use. The AC worked but was kind of loud. The bathtub plug did not seal so the bath leaked but was usable with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent with a very friendly and efficient worker running it.

The hotel itself was good. My room was very clean and organized with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Two things will make it unlikely for me to stay there again. I stayed two nights in the first was very quiet. The second night there were several people in the next room who were up talking and laughing until about 2:00 in the morning. The walls are like paper. I turned the cooling unit fan on high and had it run continuously and played the soundscape on my phone but it was still like they were in the room with me to some degree. The second thing has to do with the TV being on Fox News all through breakfast. Less than a week before a hotly contested presidential election, one would think that a place of business would not have such a polarizing station on and turned up loud. Even though Tennessee overall is a conservative state, the guests were the very diverse. I'm shocked there isn't a corporate policy around having something on the breakfast TV that isn't the news...ESPN perhaps?

WATCH OUT FOR THE BED! We stayed in handicapped room. The bed height was over my waist and I am 5 ft 3 in. I had to use a stool to reach the bed.No way someone in a wheelchair could access the bed. Not handicapped compliant. The bathroom shower area did not drain properly so that much of the room got wet when taking a shower. Paint was peeling off in affected wall. Overall staff great, property safe, but the whole property could use an update AND new beds!

We were on 4th floor so it was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable but too high for me. I'm 5'1". The cover had stains which was off-putting. Shower had great water pressure. TV was a nice big screen.

I tried to get partial refund or credit due to an emergency. I talked to multiple members and let them know we checked out. Tried to get ahold of manager. Was never available until the day our reservation ended. She contacted them and said we didnt check out so she would not refund. Poor customer service. Will never stay with them again.

When I initially booked reservation for 2 nights, both were to be on the first floor. I didn't appreciate being put on the 2nd floor on 7 July. Also, customers key card should not been deactivated until check out, not beforehand.

The staff at Comfort Inn were great! Bev was always extremely helpful when she was working the breakfast buffet. Dave was always friendly and helpful - even when I locked my keys in my room. The property was clean and very convenient for my work location for the week.

The main thing was that after four nights I never got the promised wakeup call (I was getting up at 5am and my alarm wasn't always waking me) and, despite the fact that the last two nights the desk clerk left a note with my cell number to tell his replacement my room phone wasn't working. I could not even call the front desk with the room phone.

Hotel was clean and very conveniently located near Walmart and several places to eat within walking distance. The hotel was considered smoke-free, however, our room was directly over the front entrance where everyone went out to smoke, therefore all the smoke was pulled inside by the air conditioning. This made our room smell.

We visited the Oakridge area on a misson to see what was known as the automic city during WW2. This hotel was located close to everything we wanted to visit. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast had a good selection and Ms. Bev was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our food. We played in the pool and used the exercise room during our stay. The room AC unit was a little squeaky as it cycled off initally, but seemed to quieten down after a few cycles. In all fairness I didnt mention it as a problem. It worked itself out. Otherwise, the room was very clean and comfortable. We were conveniently located to shopping and all the historical sights. I hope to come back to the area and would definitely stay again.

I was there for 4 nights. The room was very adequate. Well lit, with lg window. Sm fridge, desk with chair, an extra chair and a very comfortable Q or K bed. Nice bathroom, w shower in tub. Not huge, but sufficient. They serve a VERY NICE Continental Breakfast, hosted by a very kind, gracious, friendly lady named Bev! Scrambled eggs, a bkft meat, sausage gravy and biscuits every morning and waffles if you want. Plus all the cold stuff too! And that’s only part of what you can get. Great job Bev!! This motel is walking distance to WalMart, other shopping, theater, and all sorts of eating places! About 30 minutes from Knoxville and an hour to the Smokies!!(depending on the time of day and Knoxville traffic!) I would choose this motel again! Oh yeah, weather permitting, it has an outside pool and a small inside exercise room.😁

Just dirty. Limited plugs in the room. Almost ran out of breakfast by 8:30am. The safety instructions in the elevator were ripped off wall. It didn’t feel safe. But very comfy beds.

We were glad to find this motel so easily. Nice parking lot, quick check in and a decent room. Price was very fair. What sets this location apart is the breakfast and the lady running it….Bev. The food was good, plenty of it and it was clean and organized. Good coffee, too. Well done. Probably never be back there again but we would stay there again.
