The hotel is right next to a busy road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had variety of options to choose from. Room was clean.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was fine, comfortable and well stocked. The breakfast area was kept clean and the selection was appreciated. They struggled with keeping the coffee full and many people were waiting quite awhile for it to be restocked. I also was turned off by paying for parking when they had their own private lot. Seemed like a way to just make a few more dollars instead of including it as amenity.

The toilet ran all night, shower had hair in it so I didn’t use it. Told the front desk person about the toilet when I checked in and was told maintenance was out until the next morning and gave me an email address to email a complaint and ask for points. I didn’t want points I wanted a good nights rest in a room I paid for. Will not stay here again.

We had to wait about 40 minutes past checkin to get our room. When we got our room, there was no hand soap or tissues.

The employees were great and had good attitudes. The room, on the other hand, was really gross. The faucet water was coming out black. The wall had some stains on it. An hour after check-in, my husband and I were lying in bed, and thank God we had the deadbolt on the door because someone opened the door—who knows who it was, a random person or an employee. The AC was acting up all night, and the room was incredibly humid. There was also no body wash in the shower; it was completely empty. I won't even be thinking of staying there again or at that chain of hotels.
