Excellent service and facilities, from start to finish. Free little gifts and water bottles to keep hydrated were a lovely and much appreciated surprise. The evening meal (lamb with side of creamed leeks & brocolli) and mocktail were amazing, probably the best ever. Car park was not entirely clear, but worked out in the end, except for there were no electric charging points free, in either of the hotel or adjacent council car parks.

Good location, The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. The air conditioning /heating in the room was uncontrollable, However the staff were really helpful in trying to control it. Breakfast was not great, limited options, tinned mushrooms, eggs were overcooked and unappetising, the use of shared marmalade jars is so very Unhygienic and a major offput. Car parking in many hotels these days is becoming expensive and tight, this hotel was no different.
