Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip to the area. Great location opposite Centraal Station and walkable for the many shops, bars and restaurants of beautiful Rotterdam. Rooms have everything you could wish for, full kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. Small but well kitted gym. Will be my first choice when in the area again, thanks!

This hotel is just perfect! The rooms are modern with a fresh feel, and all of the basic amenities for cooking are provided. There's a laundry service (which we didn't use as we were only there for 3 nights) and a 24 hour gym as part of the booking which is a bonus. The mini mart by the desk is handy but pricey as you'd expect. There's no need to use it though because there's a supermarket about a 3 mins walk away. The hotel's right opposite the central station so it's super easy to find, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I thank them very much for their food recommendations which we asked for one evening :) Because you're in the centre you can walk to anything, or take a tram from right outside. I couldn't recommend this place more highly if you're looking for an affordable and comfortable option where you're happy to do a bit of cooking or prepping for your food.

Great location near Rotterdam Central station. Check in was efficient, given a detailed help list for our stay. Room was clean & tidy and provided many facilities except a microwave. Advised that no cleaning would be done, however extra towels, waste bin bags are available if asked for. The room was extremely quiet even though there was demolition of an office block next door to Premier Suites. Gym area was acceptable. Wi-fi good.

the proximity to the Rotterdam Centraal rail station, shops, restaurants. It has a laundry area which is very convenient, and the suites are full apartments with full kitchen and well appointed!

It was TERRIBLE by all means. Bed linens were disguising , smelled and spots all over , not fresh. Misquotes in the suite bitten kids in faces . Alarm sounded at 2 am and we all went down , it was false alarm and I learnt from others it did happen a couple of nights before. We stayed a couple of nights and it was the WORST in my 25 years of traveling….don't be fooled by what I think made up reviews by people of interest in this property.. the WORST.

Manque de propreté. Le matelas et draps du sofa-lit étaient tachés et très inconfortable pour les enfants. Bon service par contre et possibilité de laisser nos bagages en consigne gratuitement avant le Check in et après le Check out. Cuisine bien équipée. À côté de la gare centrale et à 25 minutes de marche du centre ville, ce qui était parfait.

La chambre était pas bien nettoyée surtout le sol. Le lit pour les enfants n’était pas, c’était à nous de le faire. Le téléphone pour appeler la réception ne fonctionnait pas donc il fallait descendre. La réceptionniste n’était pas dérangé par cela, elle trouvait ça normal Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et à ce prix, c’est tout sauf normal de faire nous même le lit.

Et godt sted for familier. Dog kunne rumsfskillelsen godt være med separate rum. Emhætte er ikke tilsluttet noget udsug, så det ryger ud i rummet igen. Ellers et godt sted med central beliggenhed og hjælpsom reception.

Fabulous place to stay. Clean spacious two room plus bathroom. Enough space to work, relax and sleep. Small kitchen with stove top, microwave and dishwasher and fridge. Perfect for a week’s stay. Opposite Centraal so close to everything. Couldn’t ask for more.

It was a great set up. We enjoyed having the kitchen and separate bedroom area. The laundry room that was very close was great as well. The body wash/ shampoo was wonderful. The only thing I missed was a closet, but the clothes rack sufficed.

Tyra at the front desk was difficult to deal with over small issues. The air conditioning was marginal in its ability to comfortably cool the rooms. The hotel is attractive and in a great location and the corner room was spacious.

Overall decent hotel with a good location. Had prepaid my stay through Hotels.com, which was confirmed on check in when I paid the city taxes. When checking out this was suddenly not enouh, and they wanted «just another» 20 euro. Unfortunately left a very bad impression upon leaving, so will not return if this is how they do business.

Check in was unreasonably long. We got much worse room than we booked. Staff were not attentive or accommodating. Room was clean, bed was comfortable but practically no toiletries. I would NOT recommend.

A very nice suite hotel conveniently located across the road from Rotterdam Central station, trains, Metro, and trams. Nearby convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The property is clean, well laid out. We had a large corner suite on the 9th floor with great views. The staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful

가족여행으로 적합하진 않은 것 같으나 로테르담을 처음 온다면 적합하다. 바로 앞에 한국 식당이 있어서 식사하기도 좋다. 아침식사가 없는지 몰랐다. 그리고 주차! 주차시설 찾기가 좀 어려운데 호텔 바로 뒤에 있고 안전한 구역에 있다. 호텔로 내비를 찍으면 주차장으로 가지 않고, 호텔 후문으로 가야한다.

We had a pleasant stay at Premiere Suites. The suite is spacious and clean. Although we didn't use the kitchen, I saw that it has the basic things. There is a laundry room in each floor with 3 washers and 2 dryers. Laundry detergent is also provided. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
