Boa estadia . O apartamento possui uma cozinha com fogao , microondas e refrigerador . E simples , sem luxo , porem limpo. Possui estacionamento e comercio ao redor . A opcao de comida sera somente indiana , porem ha dois shoppings com mercado ao redor . Comprei minha comida e fiz no quarto.

I Didn't have any problems for my stay, the place is opposite to an esso which opens till late. There food options up the street. The facilities is not great so don't expect that. Also the walls are very thin and you can hear everything and everyone.

A every day essentials for a rental accommodation. Where you can have a fridge, you can cook your own meal, seat down and eat , all in the same space. Most importantly at a reasonable price

The room was in good condition but was too small, the description was deceiving. There was 1double bed and a sofa which can be turned into a bed. The double bed was good for my son because I travelled with my son and sofa bed was very dirty, there was no sheet to cover the sofa bed, only a duvet and pillow was left in the cupboard which looked used. I had to buy new cover to cover sofa bed to sleep on. The toilet and shower room were good enough for I person, but there was no hanging device to hang towels etc. Also I left 1gallon of tropical fruit juice unopened in the fridge and small gallon of milk which I forgot to take and when I remembered I text Hill View Apartments about it and the man reception called me to let me know that he has the juice and the milk and can pick it up, I agreed to pick those up before 6pm, I arrived before 6pm and called him to my my stuff, he said he left he is not at the property and hung up. He stole my juice and milk.

Perfect for a one night stay! The room was clean enough and had all the amenities needed! Free parking was a bonus! 24 hour garage directly opposite!

My stay was ok the bed was to soft for my back didn't get a good sleep on my first night there my car window was smashed in there car park did not get any contact off the staff about the inserdent it would of been courteous don't think I would stay there again

There were so few things in the kitchen - no clothes. Nothing to wash up with . One tall beer glass and one wine glass and three mugs. No frying pan - kitchen was so sparse . No way of regulating heating except radiator valves and it got cold early evening . Sofa was rock hard - no good to sit on and god knows how you would open it as a bed - no space . Bed was very comfortable I have to say though smallish double. But definitely no garden view as per description as there is no garden and far from deluxe. Good free parking though Shower was excellent avd powerful . Also good WiFi

Das Zimmer war bei unserem Besuch in sehr stark abgenutztem Zustand und sollte "richtig" renoviert werden. Die Duschkabine war nicht dicht und provisorisch mit Silikon versucht abzudichten. Die doppelglasigen Fensterscheiben innen waren alle gesprungen. Die Schlafcouch war komplett kaputt und man lag praktisch auf den Stahlfedern drauf beim Schlafen. Weiters bin ich es in einem Appartment nicht gewohnt, dass nicht einmal Wassergläser vorhanden sind. Ich hoffe, das wird bald behoben

The actual apartments are really nice, very clean & have all the essentials for a short stay, including parking. However, the entire place smells of weed & people smoke in their rooms. There are fights and noises & I could not sleep so had to leave at 4am & go sleep in my car - what an absolute shame. I did send a message to the team who manages the property to let them know - what a dissappointment!

The room was not at all what the picture looked like. Mold on the bathroom roof due to no ventilation. Wallpaper held up by tape. Generally dirty and not a clean room.

The room was good and clean. The check in was remote but all went well. Very good value!

Terrible communication, whole building inside smelt of smoke and overall was not a clean place.

Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.

The room was basic which is fair enough but it was full of dust, conwebs, handles were half broken, doors were battered. Walls were paper thin! We could hear everything including a couple arguing all night

I realise that I was paying a premium price for the Saturday night because of the Oasis concert and this was all that was left available. Not coming from the area and reading the reviews I had an expectation that it may be a lower grade property. It is in a poor area and I can only imagine what the normal clients would be like. But it didn’t feel entirely safe. The lock on the door was very loose and had no fitting, just going into a hole in the battered door frame. There was a couple, who at 3am were trying to kick their door open. Following much shouting. There was blood on the hand rail on the stairs the next morning. The room was very poorly maintained, laminate flooring peeling up. Thick paint on wood frames which meant bathroom door didn’t close properly. Mould satins in bathroom. It had been cleaned to the best of its worth but when it’s in such a poor state it’s difficult to see past it all. Chipped hob with burn on grease stains. Smashed light coverings. Bottom on kitchen cabinets not fixed. Worst of all was the extremely stained mattress with blood and all sorts & no mattress protector on. The sheet covering it had a cigarette burn hole. Staff were very friendly but I feel there’s little they can do. It’s a bitter pill to swallow, paying hundres for 2 nights when we were pretty scared to go to sleep.

The door to the room had clearly been kicked in from both sides and glued back together. The main door to the property was left unlocked throughout the night. There were people constantly hanging outside the front door and in the carpark. The atmosphere made me feel unsafe as if I needed to barricade myself in the room. I want to re-iterate that the staff were friendly but would never return.

HONEST REVIEW AFTER OUR STAY So we booked this property for a place to crash after seeing Oasis. We only needed a bed for the night and it was ok for what we wanted or expected. If you’re planning on staying here as a family or with kids then possibly look elsewhere. The place is a bit run down but not massively, the rooms are basic with your own toilet and the room wasn’t dirty but it could have done with a bit of TLC or a lick of paint to freshen it up. Bed sheets were clean, bed was comfy and the toilet was clean. We were on the lower floor and one issue was we were right next to the entrance door and with people coming in and out we could hear it. This happened until maybe 2/3am so sleep was a bit disturbed. Staff were helpful, kept in touch by text. If I was attending another gig at heaton park I’d stay here again. It’s about a 30 min walk to heaton park.

Really poor welcome from reception took me 45 minutes to get into my room from arrival was calling the contact number and was getting blanked
