Located in the center of Inverness, this hotel, hostel is within easy walking distance to any city center destination. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, a great location to spend a few days. The hotel is low-end, but clean & well-maintained. Do not expect high-end amenities or comforts. Good value for the cost.

Bring ear plugs, there is noise till about 1 to 2a each night. It is right in the middle of a night life area. The Brewery at the bottom has excellent beer and service pizza is great there too. The room I had the USB ports didn't work and the EU plug in the bathroom also didn't work. The room could have been cleaner it could have used a good vacuum and the corners of the shower cleaned.

I never realised that it was more, of a sort of hostel, than a hotel. My problem, not theirs. Basic, no TV in room. Which turned out to be a positive as I read the book I had with me, and listened to the radio, which I had via Alexa and good Wi-Fi. Generally very clean, but putty on the windows, could do with a good anti-mould treatment. I will use again, knowing what I know now. (If they will allow me). Recommended with caveats above. (Also very close to the best Indian restaurant in Inverness, if you don't fancy one of their excellent pizzas. Go for it.

The room was clean and simple. The lamp hung over the bed in a precarious way that made me worried it would fall on me in the middle of the night. Unfortunately my bag was delayed by the airline and they have no daytime staff to receive a bag drop off. The location was excellent, and I didn’t have any issues with the noise.
