Lotus Inn

The Lotus was great! Salt water heated pools down to the good water pressure in the shower. Would've given a 5 star but the beds were hard as rocks. Also we found previous small pieces of plastic trash from the family who were there before us in some of the drawers.

Location is excellent. Clean, friendly, generally quiet, Would like to see an additional elevator and a ramp put in to replace the steps to the office area.

The rooms needed a total update. Everything was old, room had a musty smell. The bathroom needed a total remodel. There was no GFCI outlet in the bathroom. The pool was nice but only in the sun in the morning. If you wanted to lay out in the later afternoon, it was all in the shade.

Ocean front rooms very nice. Pool is a little small for number of rooms.

The staff was very accommodating. The grills are large enough for a full meal if needed. The only negative was no regular frying pan in the room so bring a small one. And when i boiled water for my morning tea it kept setting the smoke alarm off in my room.

The rooms were very clean and equipped with the simple essentials needed to cook a quick meal. Bbq area is very clean and spacious enough for grilling a full meal. The pool was clean but the only caveat or better said con is where the pool is located, the sun only shines till about 1:30p by 2p you are in full shade. We didn’t use the pool for that reason and spent the days at the beach which is right across the street. Bike rentals are also very close by. We personally will not stay again because of the pool shade and we usually like to go to beach and come back to Pool about 3p ish. Otherwise if your plan is to enjoy beach and be in a quiet environment without the noise and craziness of the boardwalk.. then this place is great for you and your family. Front desk staff is very nice as well as all other staff we encountered.

Was an amazing stay and staff are super friendly and helpful! Great location to beach and restaurant near by! Elevator has long waits most days stairs are good if you have 2nd or 3rd floor room maybe 4th floor too.. by elevator is good to have for 4th-6th floors

The parking spaces were ridulously small!

Overall the Lotus Inn was a nice hotel with clean rooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room appeared to have been updated with central air and other details. Only downside is that the parking can be tight especially if larger vehicles don't fit in 1 spot. Then you need to do free street parking

The process of checking in was HORRIBLE! The room that I was in was freezing like Antarctica There were no instructions on how to operate the thermostat. The bedroom door did not close all the way and the shower looked like it had mold in it

My family and I had a very pleasant stay, the room was clean and spacious, the pool was great and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and offered plenty of privacy, which made for a relaxing stay. The pool was also very clean and well-maintained — perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. The view was amazing.

First time visit and it was an overall pleasant stay. The front office personal was friendly, welcoming and informative. The room was clean and spacious. The building itself needs maintenance but besides that we had a great stay and would definitly go back.

The property is a bit outdated but it did appear to be well cleaned. Our major complaint was that there was a beetle on a pillow when we first arrived. We threw it out and did not give it much thought until we found two more beetles in the bed in the middle of the night... we packed up and left at 4:30 in the morning because we could no longer sleep in that bed. It appears someone had left the door open at some point allowing the beetles in.

Very nice very clean. Definitely one of the better options in wildwood. Always do wildwood crest or north wildwood., never regular wildwood! Staff is great., partial ocean view was amazing. Best part is that it was CLEAN and close to the beach! Nice pool too!!

We stayed in a double suite. This meant we had a separate room for the beds and a kitchenette. The fridge was full size, and it had everything we really needed. I have celiac and had to have a place to fix my own food as opposed to eating out. It had plenty of space to spread out for our family of 5. We could get up and go to the other room without worry about waking others up. The ac is also in the bedroom which was also great. We had a decent view and could atleast see the ocean. Now the cons; *The room was not as clean as it should have been. Hair and dust everywhere was so bad my brother in-law walked in and had an immediate sneeze attack. We had 2 rooms and both my sister inlaw and myself had to clean the rooms to feel comfortable. The sheets were clean, but the dust and hair were aweful. Also we found spots of blood on our bathroom wall and light switch. Thankfully my sister inlaw is a germaphobe and she had disinfectant wipes in her car. So after a really good wipe down we were set for our stay. If it had had a cancelation refund i probably would have taken that route, however im glad we didnt it was worth just wiping it down myself to take the guesswork out rather than find a new place to stay at such a good price and location. *Loved that the beach was close, but the pics made it look like it was right ON the beach and it was accross a park and street (which a Wasnt a deal breaker). Over all once we cleaned the rooms the stay was nice.

We only stayed one night but the room was prefect for our stay. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was big and the water pressure in the shower was good. The view from room 203 was of the beach and the breeze coming through the room was lovely. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable of places to go and eat, along with the local events going on.

Clean no bugs but insufficient lighting in the unit no handicap rails in the front

Clean and close to everything. One major dislike was i was in one of the rooms that was not upgraded to the central air yet and the AC unit in the bedroom doesnt cool off the entire room. If u get one of those rooms in July or Aug in the severe heat you wont be happy. Also, the pull out couch mattress was dirty. The beds were very clean tho. Its a great place to stay if u need a night or two away last minute.

Place was clean and staff friendly. The room was comfortable and in a good location. The room needs to be updated to 2024. Look like 1970’s . Kitchen and bathroom are old looking.

Standard rooms are like a small one bedroom apartment with a full size fridge, 2 range stove top, microwave, coffee maker, pull out couch in the living room and 2 full sized beds in the room. Tv in each room, clean bathroom and linens, nice staff, ocean view from every room and quick walk to the beach! They have free coffee in the lobby in the morning too

I would love to come back & stay at this hotel every time we come down to wildwood, I love how some of the rooms have the bed In the back area, this helps you sleep in longer without hearing any noise from outside, this place is also one of the cleanest I’ve stay at in wildwood, the location is great right by the water! It is a little pricey but it’s worth it

The room is more like a large 1bd room condo. It is very spacy and confortable with kids and friends

It was cold at night. There was only one blanket. We called to the front desk to get another blanket and left few massages. Noone called us back. The furniture is very old.

Staff was wonderful and so nice. There was a power outage in the island and they worked diligently to keep guests comfortable. Family friendly and safe. Great location.

We stay for a long weekend. The location is great , across street from park and beginning of the boardwalk. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean. John B. at check in was Very welcoming and helpful. However, Judy at the front desk could use some manners. She was almost rude to me about my service dog and had a bit of an attitude toward me. I didnt like that, but i liked the place

Service was excellent. Location is good, about 1/2 mile south of the end of the boardwalk. Pool is small. Overall very satisfied, will go back again!

From the moment I entered the reception area - they were incredibly friendly. This is in October and yet they were still wonderful and helpful. My room had a nice view and was clean and nice. Keep in mind, that this hotel is not on the boardwalk, but there are two bike rentals nearby. Yet, that could be an advantage, you are away from the noise yet a 10-15 min walk away! I would stay at the Lotus Inn again!

Ended up being a last minute booking due to another hotel not honoring our reservations. Judy at front destvwas awesome!! Hotel was clean and we slept 5 very comfortably. It was very busy and had an available parking space, but when we left for dinner and returned, no parking available, due to no fault of hotel. Other guests felt the need to take up 2 spaces for 1 car. Did find parking on adjacent street. It is on the far end, so will need to drive to Boardwalk areas. Great hotel, would recommend!

The property is convenient to the beach. The rooms are clean and somewhat updated- the bedding is old school motel quality. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Parking is limited and the spaces are very narrow. Biggest complaint is that the pool is advertised as heated but it DEFINITELY is NOT! The welcome room is nice to have so you can take advantage of the beach and pool before and after check in/check out - the coffee in the lobby is fresh and tastes great. If you don’t have ocean front then Olán to have people walking past your door constantly and you’ll have two chairs with a small table in the walkway. If you have ocean front it’s a private balcony with a large table and 4 chairs - for the same price!!! Over all the stay was fine but next time we would choose a different hotel with better amenities.

Judy was a delight! We were able to check-in early. They were able to upgrade my parents room to an ocean view for no additional cost as they had space. The place was clean. Super friendly staff and helpful with places to eat. The best location to the beach and park and pickleball courts - all within easy walking distance! Would definitely come back if we ever make it back to New Jersey!

The bedroom was small. Had a sitting area and a table for family dining. Swimming pool was good for kids.
