Great stay! Nice breakfast, decent outside pool, and spacious clean room. The gym was decent, but a lot of the machines did not work and never got fixed. This hotel was in the perfect area to restaurants and shopping. About 20 minutes to downtown Savannah. Overall, we enjoyed this hotel.

Kind of disappointing that the pool wasn’t open but everything else seemed ok,was at breakfast at 8:45 and there wasn’t any more gravy for the biscuits, that was kinda disappointing too. Staff at breakfast and front desk were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

Very humid. All medal in room rusting. Thx chair an food stool had dirt stains. We were uncomfortable walking in our room without shoes. It’s our first stay with this company and will most likely be our last.

Front desk was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. But unfortunately, the room left a LOT to be desired. It was very musty and damp smelling. Found a cheap Glade room freshener on the floor in the corner. It was as clean as it could get I guess. Light switches were cracked, the mirror was stained and the top of the desk was sagging. The air conditioner was very loud and woke me up several times throughout the night and there were random loud clicks coming from the walls. I won’t be back to this hotel.

You get what you pay for, so there's that. In my room specifically there were water damage stains all over the bathroom ceiling. The sheer curtains were shredded like a cat had jumped up and clawed them to pieces. The bathroom had an odd smell (could've been the water damage). Again, you get what you pay for, and it was affordable and near the highway, so that was nice.

Rude Staff- Manager even worse. Unwelcoming. While checking in our card was charged 2x which they said they would take care of it. Manager Amore was yelling at front desk staff, as well as housekeeping staff, being very judgmental and disrespectful of them. Hotel smelled of mold/mildew/smoke. Chose this hotel for pool, however it was closed due to it rained earlier in the day and it was a green color indicating it had not been cleaned in a while. Cracks in the walls/ceiling. Stains on floor. Gross!

I made an error in my booking. I called both Expedia and the property to cancel within 10 minutes of my booking and I was told I would be charged because I booked the same day as the deadline to cancel. The property told me to call Expedia and Expedia told me to call the property. Total run around. Lousy customer service and I will NEVER book through Expedia again.

I thought this would be a better place to stay but I was mistaken. Ample sized room and bed was ok but only a desk and hard chair for sitting. No couch or bench and no where to open your luggage except the floor or the bed. I had to ask a couple of times for a luggage stand. Family with me had to ask for one for their room as well. Breakfast was horrible. When we arrived downstairs there were several workers standing around and eating some of the food even though the breakfast bar was out of eggs and Canadian bacon 45 minutes prior to the end of breakfast time. I asked one of the workers regarding refilling the products and she directed me to the kitchen where there were several more workers chatting and laughing. I asked one of them them about more foods and it took almost 40 minutes for them to come out with some and then the eggs were were very watery and no additional bacon. There were at least 8 or 10 people waiting as well as myself for the food. Hallways and rooms needed attention with regard to cleanliness and maintenance.

The property looks good from outside. Inside was very average. The lobby furniture was gray but looked worn and dirty. The staff was not friendly or helpful. The corridor carpet was worn and you could feel uneven flooring while walking. The bathroom sink was broken, piping was showing rust and wallpaper needed repair.

Excellent hotel everything about it was great. The staff were friendly everywhere is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good plenty of everything we couldn’t fault our stay. Close to 95 and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Would recommend and stay again.

Checking in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was beside the elevator which I was concerned about, but it was a quite night. We ended up booking a second night. We ate the free breakfast both mornings and it was beyond expectations. Hot eggs, bacon, grits, and make your own waffles. Danish, muffins, fruit, cereal and 3 juices. There is freah coffee station all day. Its about 20 minute drive to Savannah, but definitely worth staying a little outside the city for the price and comfort.

Breakfast was not so great. No half and half for coffee, just those little ridiculous containers. The scrambled eggs were absolutely terrible. They were swimming in some kind of salty fishy taste. Two bites and I was done . The bacon was severely undercooked . No oatmeal? Just grits , which I don’t like . And no bagels or English muffins. I went across street and had breakfast at a restaurant. In the bathroom in my room the fan was extremely loud and the shower curtain was too short and would not stay in the shower !
