My room was clean and staff was very nice and attentive. The pool has the floor broken and my kids got their feet cut up. We brought it to their attention and they didn’t seem too concerned.

When I booked the room, the reciept clearly stated that everything is included and I will only pay an additional 2 dollars and some change when I check in at the hotel. However, we were charged for daily parking. The rate was not much, only at 3 dollars and some change per day but I do not like the fact that this fee is not communicated upfront at the time of the booking. As for the stay, it's just a typical Marriott chain, nothing really stands out from here.

We absolutely wanted a pool and we seen it at breakfast and everything looked good. Came back later in the afternoon for a swim and was told it was closed for maintenance. Vincent, the manager on duty, swiftly righted the situation without any hesitation.

there's no water fountain in the hotel. not even in the gym. When I ask the staff to turn on the water dispenser from the breakfast area, they said they were not supposed to. I spoke to the hotel GM, he said he would inform the staff. The same day, the staff refused to let me have access to refill my water bottle. This is Austin where the daily temperature reached 108. The last day we were there, 7 cars were broken into at the parking lot when the hotel charged a daily parking fee.

The last time we stayed at this property was much better. This time, I will describe the facilities in one work: Broken. The elevator on our side of the building was: BROKEN One of two laundry washing machines: BROKEN The hot water on the other laundry washing machine: BROKEN The scale to weigh packages for FedEx to come pick up for delivery: BROKEN The card FOB on our room door for 3 days: BROKEN When brought to the attention of staff, they did not seem to care. Please do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. This property is: BROKEN. I wont be staying here again: EVER

It was a great stay. The office staff, especially Lisa, were amazing to deal with. The hotel was quiet, in a nice area, and offered many amenities, such as a decent breakfast, fitness center and pool area. Just be aware, the "free" parking as listed under the amenities isn't free. The fee is nominal but it's still charged. It can be refunded if you beef the policy.

The room overall was pretty cute but i did see some dirt on the shower wall so i know that wasn’t cleaned properly, so who knows what else wasn’t cleaned right. I didn’t feel super safe at the hotel at night because i heard a noise that sounded like fireworks popping? (I’m hoping it was) didn’t ask the front desk since it was so late at night. And when i was checking out it looked like a man was going to fumigate the room right across from me so i was a little worried after that, i hope they don’t have bed bugs because i was so close to the other room. Other than that front desk seemed really nice, parking does not come with the hotel and you do have to pay extra for that which really lame, the hallway going to the room kind of smelled as well as the water faucet in the restroom. The elevator also seemed like in a very interesting place, you have to walk down the hallway just to use it when it’s usually near the front desk just different from what I’m used to. I wouldn’t go back to the hotel, too expensive to have to pay for parking and to have a dirty room, and to not feel safe definitely would go somewhere else.

We booked the room for a week but left after one night because of the terrible mold smell in the bathroom. There was a huge drain in the middle of the floor, but it was surrounded by cheap vinyl sheet flooring, so there was an 18inch ring of visible water damage to the floor, and a horrible smell coming from the floor and drain. There was also water damage along floor near the tub, and a lot of visible mold in the caulking of the tub surround. The glass frame on the picture above the toilet was shattered but left in place, waiting to fall. The angled wood shelf that covers the pipes under the sink was broken and had fallen to the ground. The AC unit in the room also smelled musty/moldy, and the hallway were warm and musty. We were offered to switch rooms, but based on the smell of the hallway and the fact that they are comfortable renting out rooms with visible water damage and an obvious stench of mold/mildew, I didn't want to take the chance to move a weeks' worth of supplies to another room just to have to leave. So we left and went to a similar hotel nearby. We ended up staying at the Home2 Suites in La Frontera and it was AMAZING. Clean, smelled great, and wonderful air quality and breakfast and service.

Overall, very comfortable, quiet, and clean! The only issue my boyfriend and I had was the room we originally checked into the AC wasn’t working. But they were able to get us into a new room which we were very appreciative! 10/10 highly recommended.

Have stayed at this location for the last year when I go to Austin. My TWO comments: 1. PLEASE fix the printer. It’s NEVER been operational and the only way to print is to send an email to the front desk. Really? You can’t get an IT person to fix this issue in a year!!??? 2. This place was obviously built by and for people who are 6’ or taller. The vertically challenged like me (5’ 0”) cannot reach the plates, glassware … and the microwave! (The microwave is ABOVE my head!! Terrified I’ll tip something hot on me!) Have had to call the front desk to get plates, etc. down for my stay. (I asked to stay in an accessible room last time … and it has all the plates, etc. in a “pantry” type cabinet, which is much better for those of us who are short.) 3. Love the new shower design … but wish there was a door on the back end of the shower to keep the heat/warmth in. Front desk personnel are fantastic!!

The thermostat would not stay off. It was cold for my children and it would randomly start the AC from an off state by itself. The ceiling is thin and could here everybody above us walking around at 230am to 4am. If you are planning to use the sofa bed in the king suite, once the bed is unfolded there is no room to get to the window side of the bed. You have to crawl over your partner to use the restroom. On a good note neighborhood is quiet and plenty of places to eat around the area. Oh and they charge you a parking fee in a non gated parking lot.

We like the big rooms with plenty of space especially in the bathroom area. It’s nice that 2 people can get ready while another person can be in the shower. The kitchen is great and has everything you need. Sadly the sheets are closer to sandpaper. We’d still stay here again.

Hotel was great. Good condition and centralized to stores and amenities. Room was clean, spacious, and the kitchenet was a plus. Gym and pool was clean to enjoy. Breakfast was good to get you through the start of the day. Overall would stay again and recommend.

The room was large and comfortable with a very comfortable clean bed with extra pillows.They let you borrow utensils, plates, and cooking pans. They also let us pick the floor, view and other small details for picking out our room. The only complaint I have is the floor connectors, rubber strips between the carpet and the vinyl flooring, was is bad condition and I kept tripping over it.

First, the bed. Pillow top, two kinds of pillows (foam, feather), percale sheets, medium weight quilted blanket. Slept pretty well. It’s very quiet. Soft water. Everything was clean. AC very adjustable, lots of horizontal space between counter, shelves, and sofa. Table lamps have USB and outlet for electronics. Blackout curtains great, room spacious, shower nice, toiletries good quality, towels standard but clean. In room coffee maker never used (stuck to the brewed coffee at breakfast.). Kitchen outfitted to be pretty capable- utensils, plates/glasses/cups, a couple pans, toaster, liquid and dishwasher soap. Microwave is limited for setting power levels so you mostly have to use the presets (which I usually find useless.) Breakfast changed slightly every day. Yogurt/toppings, oatmeal, eggs, breakfast meats, some grab-n-go (like pre-packaged quiche or breakfast sandwich), muffins, fruit, coffee. And I think juice. If we’re ever again in Austin, we’d definitely stay here.

This property is so clean and the staff is so friendly. They made our group of parents feel so welcome. We are always a group of about 6-10 rooms deep. We clean up after ourselves and they gave us everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our time there. They did everything with a smile even at the busiest breakfast time.

The staff was excellent! Great customer service. I had even booked the right days but wrong month and they fixed my mistake and i was able to check in with absolutely no problems. That was a great help to me and my family because it was in the middle of an ice storm and our electricity was out in our home for 2 days. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family! Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend not staying here! Several vehicles windows were broken into early Sunday morning, mine included, and nothing was done about it. The manager emailed me on Tuesday saying they appreciated my business. He was supposed to call and never did. Needless to say, I won't stay here again and I will give the manager a resounding zero when the survey comes out. No police called, report filed, no compensation offered from manager or Marriott. We were not even asked if were were okay. Funny how fast the parking lot got cleaned up after the incident. I thought it was going to be a safe place to stay but unfortunately it was not.
