Very conveniently located. Good food, friendly and very helpful staff. We were able to park in one the few tight spots available alingside the white building. The doors accessing our room did not securely close although we were able to lock the room door once inside. Overall good stay.

The property was in a great location with easy access to the centre of Stratford Upon Avon. This made finding food during our stay very easy. There is no car parking but the multistorey next door to the property only cost £20 for 3 nights. The room itself was nice and comfortable. However, it did lack a fridge in the room. For the price, this is something we'd have liked to have seen. The room also had quite a few cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Being an old building, this can be expected, but a quick dust before our arrival would have added a extra star to the review. The walls are also very thin between the rooms. During our first night, we had an uncomfortable night's sleep owing to the couple next door... The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. We asked for an ice bucket for instance to take to our room and they were more than willing to help. Overall, if you're looking for a convenient, well located place to stay in the centre of Stratford, this is the place for you.

This newly furbished hotel was very nicely done. Staying with my cousin we had single beds, which were not comfortable, they were very hard. The menu in the evening was easy, and the pre ordered breakfast was good. On arrival the entrance to the car park wasnt easy to find, and spaces few. On leaving there was a delivery, which blocked the only way in and out. We were in no hurry but others may do well to ask if a delivery is due, if they dont want to be held up. Some staff (food servers)were very helpfull, others didnt seem to care. Very well positioned to walk to Shakespeares birth place.

I was at a do at the crowne plaza . I used their parking and walked across the road. Very friendly greeting … nice room, good shower (over bath, but good) . Nice size room , desk , tv etc. was a bit early for breakfast but they went out of their to provide a smashing full english

5 minute walk from centre of town, very close to RSC. Excellent breakfast. Only downside was the lack of car park which meant an additional charge of £20. I sid check prior to booking that there was a car park. Hopefully the website will now show this change.

Accommodation is right in the centre where all the action is in Stratford upon Avon, perfect for sight seeing, bars and restaurants. Very reasonably priced for this area, room was very spacious with a large window with a view. Tea coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, little seating space and a desk. There was a fan in the room which was perfect and needed as it was a warm day outside. With it being a pub below and the room looking over the pub outside garden, it was a little noisy but expected! Staff were very polite and helpful! Would stay here again!

We were there to to the RSC and all the historical sites and this couldn’t have been a better place to stay. The friendly staff made it so enjoyable and the room was perfect.

Great stay - perfect location for the centre. Room was comfortable and clean with lovely decor. Staff were helpful even letting us leave bags after checkout for our day exploring. Breakfast was delicious too! Would stay here again and reccomend.

Everything was fine. Our check-in was delayed because the computer system was down. We waited in the pub-would have been nice if you'd comped our drinks. The clerk was perfectly kind-it was out of her control. We were surprised that there was only very minimal housekeeping (bathroom trash emptied, but dirty mugs not replace, towels left on floor). Usually if there's no housekeeping except on request there's a notice that states that.

The location is great. Check In at the bar was friendly and helpful. While I didn’t report it.. the toilet had evidence of a fulsome poop… flushed a few times and used my sani wipes. The room was quaint … I was worried about bar noise but the evening was quiet. I forgot a new hooded sweatshirt there, sent an email as but never did hear back. It’s unlikely I’d stay again with other great options in town.

view of the RSC theare outside the window, yet a really quiet room, no traffic noise at all. Room small but very comfortable and pleasant, with lovely bathroom. We will certainly stay again next time we are in Stratford for a play.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and had everything you needed. Desk lamp needed fixing/replacing - spring missing that held lamp up. Also, very warm in room, a fan would have been nice. Excellent location and value for money. Would recommend.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable clean with all you might need on your stay. It definitely couldn’t be in a better position for sightseeing and visiting all the attractions.

The hotel is conveniently located near the RSC and downtown Stratford. The room was clean and comfortable, but the stairs to get to our room were extremely narrow and steep. It was impossible for us to carry our suitcases up those stairs ourselves, so we had to ask the staff for help. Fortunately, they helped us out - but we had to wait, as they had other duties, and seemed a bit put out by our request.

Perfect in every way. Room superb with all that u need. Comfy bed and very clean. Perfect location next to river basin. We ate at night which along with breakfast was faultless but from check in to check out the staff were awesome with genuine attention to detail. Will be back and will recommend

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable clean with all you might need on your stay. It definitely couldn’t be in a better position for sightseeing and visiting all the attractions.

5 minute walk from centre of town, very close to RSC. Excellent breakfast. Only downside was the lack of car park which meant an additional charge of £20. I sid check prior to booking that there was a car park. Hopefully the website will now show this change.

Accommodation is right in the centre where all the action is in Stratford upon Avon, perfect for sight seeing, bars and restaurants. Very reasonably priced for this area, room was very spacious with a large window with a view. Tea coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, little seating space and a desk. There was a fan in the room which was perfect and needed as it was a warm day outside. With it being a pub below and the room looking over the pub outside garden, it was a little noisy but expected! Staff were very polite and helpful! Would stay here again!

I loved this place and would have extended my stay but it was fully booked out. Brilliantly located for Shakespeare sightseeing, everything was within walking distance. Highly recommended.
