Staff was friendly upon arrival as well as throughout our stay. The fitness center was very clean with nice equipment. The pool was fairly large, clean, and heated. The rooms were spacious and clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay and will be back again next time we are in the area!

My room & bed was nice. No breakfast. No housekeeping. The lobby was being renovated. The renovation crew took over the pool when they were done working. My granddaughter was swimming in the pool. The parking lot had no lights and was very dark at night.

Disappointed in the pool, was maybe 75 degrees and way too cold to swim. This was one of the main reasons that this hotel was booked. Also were not happy that they kept leaving the side door open and unlocked for anyone to wonder into the hotel instead of getting the lock fixed.

We stayed here with our three little kids (6 and under) for one night as we were driving through. We thought by spending a little extra that it would be worth the spend. The room was dirty. The sheets had stains and it looked and smelled like some of the pillows were not even washed. The drain in the shower would not work. We were charged $170 for a night and were highly disappointed. They should consider dropping the price especially since they are currently doing construction in the lobby. Chose somewhere different!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time on the first day but the second day, noticed a bed bug crawling on a pillow. We packed up and I told the front desk lady that we were leaving and would like a refund for the next day (we were staying again) but didnt want to stay after finding the bug. I understand its not their fault, things happen. I was frustrated because I wanted a refund for the night we were not staying but I never got a clear answer on if it was happening or not when I left. I am pleased to say it has been refunded now. Thank you for handling this matter.

The staff at check-in completely ignored me while they sat on their phone. Another family came downstairs as I was checking in to say someone else was already in the room they were assigned - that was terrifying and very concerning. The lobby was completely under construction and smelled bad. Our room was very dirty - stains on the floor, sheets, and curtains. There was hair in the bed and on the pillows and a dead bug on the bathroom floor. It was very obvious this room was not cleaned. The desk chair and the shower door were both broken. The couch was damp. There was a trash can full of trash right outside the door to our room that smelled terrible. We arrived late (11pm) or I would never have stayed here. We were woken up by drilling and very loud construction noises at 7am. I complained to Expedia and fortunately they switched us to another hotel immediately. Do not book a stay here!!!

Perfect for our family trip to the Cincy area. Close to Kings Island and the Zoo, which is where we were heading. Loved having the full size fridge and kitchen. It helped save money on dining out since we could bring our own food. Plenty of storage for food, too. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The area is excellent. So many dining and shopping options. Check out the nearby Hurts Donut, you won’t be disappointed!

There was a musty smell in the hallways and even worse smell in our room. I had to buy febreeze plug in to reduce the smell. Beds were too small for me and my family of 4. Weird setup for bathroom and bathroom sink. Not enough towels in pool area. Hotel and room was clean, staff was very professional, hotel location excellent close to stores highway and restaurant, kitchen in room was very convenient.

Refrigerator was broken so I could not keep items I brought with me cold. Staff working in lobby were not available and took forever to check me out. There was only one towel hook behind the door that was nearly impossible to access/close in the bathroom and there was no storage space in the bathroom for my toiletries. This was not the corporate hotel Expedia made it out to be, more like a roadside motel in which case I would not have paid such a high price.

Check in was quick and easy and the room was clean and neat. That’s the end of the good. I reserved a king bed with pull out couch. Because two grown adults don’t fit comfortably on a full size bed. I shouldn’t have to sleep separate from my husband. No other king rooms were available with the pull out couch, for our daughter. So we slept extremely uncomfortably all night, well what little we could sleep. Between the hard mattress, and ridiculous amount of noise. We got maybe two hours of sleep. We had to call the front desk multiple times from midnight to 1:30am because another room had what sounded like a 12year old girls cheer team celebrating a birthday until 2am when it finally stopped. I’m sure the front desk would have known before 1:30 had they bothered to answer the phone. 6 calls before someone finally answered. I will never stay here again. Front desk people are rude. You can hear every single breath someone takes in the hallway, beds are hard and small. We got the room on a deal so I thought we would try it. But god do I wish I stayed with my regular place. Never again.

We checked in late at night. It took about 10 minutes for staff to appear. She said she was on a smoke break. We get to our room and it smells like weed. There is no housekeeping so we ran out of body soap on day 2 out of a 3 night stay. We were given 3 towels for a party of 4. There is also no breakfast. The room was way overpriced.

I was a bit nervous to stay here based on the up and down reviews. We weren't sure what we were going to get.... I can share with you that the negative reviews posted on this site are seriously wrong. We stayed in room 511 and it was PERFECT. Clean, comfortable, cough is in excellent shape, bed clean, room is big, comfortable, air working perfectly, etc.. all good. The entrance to the hotel is excellent, pool is perfect too. I'm not a hotel reviewer, nor do I have a vested interest in this review I am providing, but just want to right the ship. The reviews listed here that are negative are just not valid and shouldn't concern you staying here. If I were to give some feedback, I'd say a free breakfast and more coffee, etc.. would be great. However, the hotel is right near Starbucks, Mission BBQ, Walmart and countless other spots. Parking was excellent. Anyway,,, excellent stay. Would recommend.

This was an easy spot to walk to restaurants/shopping, and a quick drive to the facility my grandma lives in. Unfortunately the room's refrigerator was broken, and was not in working order by time I left. I had to fill the ice bucket to keep my food cold. They did not have continental breakfast. Did have small gym (4 machines) which I was able to access. Staffing appeared to be slim.

The stay was great. Its in an excellent area of town. Its very close to King Island amusement park which was my reason for this trip. There are tons of stores and resturants right across the street. All in walking distance. There is always a "Greaters" ice cream right outside of the hotel. They sell great island. Its a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and help. The room had a mini kitchen which I loved. It was a great stay! I plan to stay here again when I revisit Ohio.

Great rooms with nice design. Very clean and has a nice pool. Very close to some nice breakfast restaurants as well. It puts most other big name hotels to shame.
