The room was clean, the en-suite bathroom was very nice. The property was well maintained. It is not near the city center, but it was near the Arno and was walkable to the city center. I enjoyed my stay

My daughter and I stayed at Mosi and we absolutely loved our experience. We loved that the property was away from the center of town, it gave us an opportunity to walk around a different area of Florence that we would not have seen, and to enjoy neighborhood restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds comfy, and the shower was great. But what we loved above all was the respite of the charming Mosi’s garden after a day of sight seeing and also as a way to start our morning. The breakfast was delicious and it gave us an opportunity to chat with fellow travelers and with one of the owners, Simona. Thank you Simona for your welcoming hospitality, and for creating such a wonderful home away from home for our stay.

Really lovely place and the 2 ladies who run it couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. The rooms were really clean and I would have given a 5 star for everything but the curtain in our room didn’t stretch across and as a result let in the light so we didn’t sleep too well. Everything else and the ladies were amazing and location wise it’s honestly so good.

Beautiful B&B with a great breakfast area, garden, large room/bathroom and fantastic staff! Agatha at the front desk was so helpful and enjoyable to talk to! And the owner Simone did a beautiful job decorating, there were tasteful signs all over the property in English/Italian indicating the location of things and suggestions for local things to do in the city. So amazing! The Wi-Fi was very fast, as well.
